Nuk ka nj\u00eb \u201ccredo\u201d, nj\u00eb \u201cbesojm\u00eb\u201d, sipas shprehjes s\u00eb fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebve. T\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb komprometuar: prej t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, deri tek shteti i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb komprometuar madje edhe orientimi europian i shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb anketohej mendimi i popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr kodin e besimit t\u00eb tyre, gj\u00eb q\u00eb kam provuar ta b\u00ebj, p\u00ebrgjigjja m\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme rezulton: N\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb Zotit! Q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk ka mbetur asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u besuar p\u00ebr sa u takon pun\u00ebve dhe mendjeve njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Kriza e besimit, e besimit n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, e besimit n\u00eb njeriun, e besimit n\u00eb jet\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhja nga t\u00eb gjitha. Pik\u00ebrisht kur kriza arrin k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb me vend p\u00ebrfundimi q\u00eb shqiptuan disa institucione politike europiane: n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se s\u2019ka drit\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tunelit, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka tunel fare!<\/p>\n<p>Regresi q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend prej fillimit t\u00eb vitit 2011 e k\u00ebndej \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb dyshimit, m\u00eb i madhi n\u00eb historin\u00eb e dy dekadave t\u00eb fundme. Kurr\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk ishte d\u00ebgjuar t\u00eb thuhej nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb veprimit europian se, \u201cne nuk duam ta humbasim Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, kur thuhet se ne nuk duam ta humbasim Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201ccasus\u201d n\u00eb proces humbjeje e sip\u00ebr. Dhe, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pika m\u00eb kritike q\u00eb ka arritur ky vend n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundme.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 20-t\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt dy her\u00eb e humb\u00ebn Europ\u00ebn: n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, me krijimin e pashall\u00ebqeve dhe t\u00eb sulltanateve; dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb luft\u00ebs antifashiste, me rreshtimin p\u00ebrkrah kampit lindor t\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs. \u00cbndrra shqiptare p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn u rizgjua n\u00eb fundin e viteve 1980. Kur student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, m\u00eb 1990, thirr\u00ebn publikisht se e donin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si e gjith\u00eb Europa, vullneti politik i nj\u00eb shekulli u shpreh me nj\u00eb z\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo sot, kjo Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb administrative ka hedhur hapa drejt Europ\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, me syt\u00eb e kryeqendrave europiane, shihet si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb humbje e sip\u00ebr. Dhe, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tragjike. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se urat dhe tunelet shqiptare drejt Europ\u00ebs, \u00ebndrr\u00ebs s\u00eb humbur qysh prej shekullit t\u00eb 15-t\u00eb, jan\u00eb tronditur fort. Dhe, nuk ka asnj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr t\u2019u inatosur me Europ\u00ebn. Sepse, bashk\u00ebsia m\u00ebm\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb probleme: ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb arritje.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e sotme, e cila, n\u00eb kuptimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb budallallepsur deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb pabesueshme? \u00c7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku bindja ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e n\u00ebnshtrimit, sh\u00ebrbimi ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e rajas\u00eb, vet\u00ebdija shtet\u00ebrore ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e vasilitetit, mosbindja qytetare ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e rebelimit, alternativa politike ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmbysjes, gjykimi i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs ka marr\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e qeverisjes, shpallja e ngjarjeve t\u00eb dit\u00ebs ka marr\u00eb form\u00ebn e z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb pal\u00ebve? Nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb situat\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita implikon qeverisjen n\u00eb manifestime t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, qeverisja implikon opozit\u00ebn n\u00eb komplote pu\u00e7iste, policia nuk i bindet prokuroris\u00eb, garda nuk i bindet policis\u00eb, sh\u00ebrbimet e siguris\u00eb paditen p\u00ebr mosbindje ndaj sh\u00ebrbimeve operative, shkurt: asnj\u00eb pushtet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e vet, asnj\u00eb fuqi nuk kryen detyrat e veta, asnj\u00eb hierarki nuk zbatohet, dhe megjithat\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr \u00e7udi, mbetet vendi m\u00eb i lakmuar prej turist\u00ebve!<\/p>\n<p>Paradoksi \u00ebsht\u00eb se pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fillimin e k\u00ebtij viti shqiptar\u00ebt e pan\u00eb atdheun e tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt se kurr\u00eb; me syt\u00eb e tyre, Europa nisi t\u00eb rishihej si utopia historike, nj\u00ebsoj si \u201cFelix Italia\u201d n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e m\u00ebrgimeve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Mesjet\u00ebs; vendi i \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar, toka e premtuar, por jo dhe modeli si mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet Shqip\u00ebria e tyre. Dhe, n\u00eb fakt, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shqet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb misionar\u00ebve europian\u00eb lidhet kryesisht me droj\u00ebn se shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb demoralizuar nga pritja e gjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer nga \u00ebndrra europiane, mund t\u00eb rinisin eksodet, si n\u00eb vitin 1991, sepse atdheu i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb tronditur nga themelet, askush nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e vet, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb ethet e psikozave etnike: t\u00eb protagonizmit, t\u00eb kryem\u00ebvet\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb mosbindjes, t\u00eb anarkis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb jet\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve shpesh ka pasur vite t\u00eb mbrapsht\u00eb, dhe ata prap\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsime nga historia. Psikozat dhe komplekset e tyre vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrruese mbeten po ato. Sezoni i shkurt\u00ebr i jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs nuk u mjaftoi t\u00eb ekzorcojn\u00eb nga vetja s\u00ebmundjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda: vet\u00ebposht\u00ebrimin, cop\u00ebtimin e shtetit p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb pushtetit, kuptimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vet si vdekje e tjetrit. Por viti 2011, viti i 99-t\u00eb i shtetit shqiptar, ishte shum\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur vdekje.<\/p>\n<p>Disa koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb pata shkruar se greva m\u00eb simpatike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb n\u00ebse gazetar\u00ebt do t\u00eb vendosnin q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb nj\u00ebjavore t\u00eb mos paraqiteshin n\u00eb sallonet e konferencave t\u00eb shtypit, dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb lidershipit t\u00eb sillnin n\u00eb faqet e t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmeve dhe n\u00eb ekranet televizive vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u2019mendojn\u00eb \u201cata atje posht\u00eb\u201d, dhe jo \u201cata atje lart, restoranteve\u201d. Sigurisht q\u00eb kjo n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb utopi, sepse midis shtypit dhe pushteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb lidhje e till\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuese dhe vart\u00ebsie, si ajo e t\u00eb droguarit prej drog\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gazetar\u00ebt, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe ata m\u00eb trimat, ata t\u00eb tabulateve, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb s\u2019jan\u00eb zot\u00ebr t\u00eb studiove, n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb t\u00eb ftuarit e tyre t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb frikur prej opinioneve q\u00eb i presin, por g\u00ebzohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb se t\u00eb zot\u00ebt p\u00ebr anekdotat dhe humorin fals t\u00eb tyre. Dhe, propozimi i b\u00ebr\u00eb prej ambasadorit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb, Arvizu, q\u00eb lider\u00ebt t\u00eb heshtin s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb jav\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shembull p\u00ebr t\u00eb premte, dhe t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb popull e t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb thuhet \u201catje posht\u00eb\u201d, duket gjithaq utopi.<\/p>\n<p>Por, meq\u00eb kjo n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ndodh, at\u00ebher\u00eb cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb zgjedhja e qytetarit. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb pushtetet ia marrin fuqin\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn leht\u00ebsi dhe solidaritet si nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb dasme; nd\u00ebrsa vasiliteti (dhe jo vasaliteti) e vet\u00ebdija e rajas\u00eb rishfaqen me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn fuqi veprimi si n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat otomane, qytetarit i mbetet t\u00eb pyes\u00eb: \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb: pjes\u00ebmarrja apo mospjes\u00ebmarrja? Pjes\u00ebmarrja qytetare \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqia l\u00ebviz\u00ebse e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie, por p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn kauz\u00eb? A ka nj\u00eb kauz\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmeje ky vend? Mospjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb nj\u00eb kauz\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb ardhme, sepse asnj\u00ebra alternativ\u00eb nuk ka horizont pritjeje n\u00eb Europ\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mospjes\u00ebmarrja, sepse njeriu ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebmbrojtje, p\u00ebr imunitet, p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrfshirje, p\u00ebr mosimplikim, tek e fundit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur di\u00e7ka t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb q\u00eb ka brenda vetes dhe q\u00eb shum\u00eb thjesht quhet ideale! Me sa duket, zgjidhja e vetme q\u00eb u mbetet sot p\u00ebr sot shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur veten dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u implikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb denoncuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e nj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo. Dikush mund ta quaj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektualiz\u00ebm p\u00ebrmbi pal\u00ebt.
