Kuli\u00e7i \u00ebsht\u00eb formalisht N\u00ebndrejtor i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb, por si\u00e7 thot\u00eb drejtori n\u00eb detyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport pran\u00eb ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb realisht \u201ckryeministri\u201d i policis\u00eb shqiptare. Pas botimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij dokumenti, i cili thot\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnkupton m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa lexohet n\u00eb t\u00eb, shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb alarm. <\/p>\n<p>Policia n\u00eb nj\u00eb sqarim, por q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtrim,  thot\u00eb se nuk e ka urdh\u00ebruar gjykat\u00ebn q\u00eb proceset t\u00eb b\u00ebhen me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura kund\u00ebr Dritan Dajtit. Sipas tyre, shkresa e firmosur nga Agron Kuli\u00e7i thjesht i ka k\u00ebrkuar k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs. Pas policis\u00eb del Gjykata e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda dhe thot\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk na e ka k\u00ebrkuar Policia, sepse nuk na e k\u00ebrkon dot policia, por na e ka k\u00ebrkuar prokuroria. Pas gjykat\u00ebs dalin burimet nga Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe thon\u00eb: Ne nuk ia k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Anila ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb turbulluar nga gjith\u00eb kjo akrobaci institucionesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos mbajtur n\u00eb dor\u00eb pataten e nxeht\u00eb q\u00eb u ka l\u00ebn\u00eb Agron Kuli\u00e7i, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa nga ajo q\u00eb ka ndodhur, duket se tremben nga fakti se po shqet\u00ebsohet \u201ckryeministri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, fakti q\u00eb gjyqi ndaj Dritan Dajtit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 ka sugjeruar N\u00ebndrejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb gjitha shfaj\u00ebsimet r\u00ebndojn\u00eb institucionet n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat paskan zbatuar nj\u00eb si pun\u00eb urdhri q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebr vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb personit q\u00eb e ka sugjeruar. Kjo tregon m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa nj\u00eb kapje t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nga pushteti. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse policia do t\u00eb kishte kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte gjykat\u00ebn p\u00ebr seanca t\u00eb mbyllura, kjo do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb pak r\u00ebnduese p\u00ebr policin\u00eb dhe gjykat\u00ebn, edhe pse firmosej nga nj\u00eb njeri, i cili ka nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb pasqaruar me k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar. Problemi m\u00eb i madh k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin q\u00eb si\u00e7 p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb shfaj\u00ebsohen vet\u00eb k\u00ebto institucione, policia nuk paska fare t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb sugjeroj\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb tilla dhe jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ka sugjeruar, por i ka shkuar fjala. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb turp\u00ebruese p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo situat\u00eb tregon se Gjykata e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, Prokuroria dhe vet\u00eb Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Policis\u00eb, duan t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb probleme me personin q\u00eb u ka sugjeruar seanc\u00ebn e mbyllur. Ata ndjehen t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar nga shembulli q\u00eb Sali Berisha dha se si i mbron njer\u00ebzit e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb afera korrupsioni apo kapje t\u00eb shtetit pas publikimit t\u00eb kabllogrameve t\u00eb Ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Ato shfaq\u00ebn faktin e shum\u00ebditur nga shqiptar\u00ebt se i biri i tij q\u00ebndronte pas biznesit t\u00eb demontimit n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, ku mbeti i vrar\u00eb dhe baxhanaku i Kryeministrit. D\u00ebshmia ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga ish- Shefi i Shtabit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb n\u00eb Ambasad\u00eb Amerikane, i cili mes t\u00eb tjerash kish deklaruar se ishte k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar n\u00eb telefon nga i biri i tij. Sali Berisha heshti tri dit\u00eb e tri net, derisa arriti t\u00eb marr nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb me e-mail pa adres\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb gjeneralit q\u00eb e linte evazive d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e vet t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ambasad\u00eb dhe doli n\u00eb TV Klan p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur t\u00eb birin. <\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ndodhi dhe me Agron Kuli\u00e7in. Kabllogramet raportonin se ai mbante lidhje me Dritan Dajtin dhe m\u00eb keq akoma, Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb citohej nga ambasadori t\u00eb kish raportuar pushtetin e friksh\u00ebm q\u00eb Kuli\u00e7i ka n\u00eb polici p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lidhjeve direkt me kryeministrin. Pas k\u00ebsaj dikush duhet t\u00eb largohej nga policia. Por nuk ndodhi asgj\u00eb. Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm u detyrua t\u00eb thot\u00eb ca fjal\u00eb si n\u00ebp\u00ebr dh\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb praktikisht duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb i akuzuari si i plotpushtetsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ket\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb pushtet. <\/p>\n<p>Kjo situat\u00eb, ky reagim i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb tij dhe gjith\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve p\u00ebr korrupsion, \u00ebsht\u00eb modeli q\u00eb kan\u00eb para syve Gjykata e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, Policia e Shtetit apo Prokuroria ndaj dhe reagojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb qesharake ndaj gazet\u00ebs Shqiptarja, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb askush nga ata t\u00eb mos akuzohet se i ka prishur pun\u00eb Kuli\u00e7it. Askush n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk akuzoi ata. Gazeta e kishte me N\u00ebndrejtorin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Policis\u00eb. Dhe boton nj\u00eb dokument q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtrohet. P\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur distanc\u00eb nga kjo histori, duke ia l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00ebri- tjetrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb se pse ka ndodhur ashtu, tregon realisht frik\u00ebn q\u00eb ngjall nj\u00eb histori e pand\u00ebshkuar korrupsioni nga pushteti. <\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk po thot\u00eb q\u00eb Gjykata ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gabim q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb seanc\u00eb me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura, as do ta kishim lavd\u00ebruar po t\u00eb b\u00ebhej seanc\u00eb me dyer t\u00eb hapura. Lajmi ishte se d\u00ebshira e Agron Kuli\u00e7it ishte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura dhe kjo d\u00ebshir\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar. Shqiptarja thot\u00eb se kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e Kuli\u00e7it i \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar zyrtarisht, kurse gjykata thot\u00eb se ia ka pranuar jozyrtarisht. Aq m\u00eb keq p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebn, e cila me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast provon se e di \u00e7\u2019duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb jozyrtare t\u00eb pushtetit. Ajo na tregon t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve se deri ku e ka fuqin\u00eb t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb.
