Ndon\u00ebse presidenti i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Jashtme mbajn\u00eb postet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti i K\u00ebshillit (n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Lisbon\u00ebs), duhet t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi n\u00eb BE. Duke u p\u00ebrpjekur vazhdimisht p\u00ebr ta qet\u00ebsuar situat\u00ebn, Van Rompuy ia ka dal\u00eb q\u00eb t&#8217;i harmonizoj\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrimet e vendeve t\u00eb fuqishme si Gjermania dhe Franca, me interesat e vendeve m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla duke arritur t\u00eb parandaloj\u00eb, q\u00eb Evropa t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga eurozona.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb vet\u00ebm brenda pak muajsh u konceptua Pakti Fiskal dhe q\u00eb at\u00eb e kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha shtetet e BE-s\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb merit\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Van Rompuy-t. Tani ai jo vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar n\u00eb postin e tij, por do t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb edhe samitin e vendeve t\u00eb eurozon\u00ebs, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr d\u00ebshmi kjo p\u00ebr besimin ndaj tij. Pozicioni i Ashton-it brenda BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i komplikuar. Ajo mban nj\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajtur &#8220;kapele t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb&#8221;, si\u00e7 quhet n\u00eb zhargonin e Brukselit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, q\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson jo vet\u00ebm K\u00ebshillin e vendeve an\u00ebtare, por \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebspresidente e Komisionit. Ajo k\u00ebrkon gjithashtu kontakte t\u00eb ngushta me vendet e p\u00ebrfshira nga revolucioni i pranve<em>r\u00ebs arabe. Koh\u00ebt e fundit tema e Siris\u00eb ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr prioritetet e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb saj. Gjithashtu Ashton qysh n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb saj \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar p\u00ebr mir\u00ebkuptimin mes Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrpiqet p\u00ebr zgjerimin e &#8220;partneritetit strategjik&#8221; mes BE-s\u00eb dhe vendeve si SHBA, Rusia, Kina dhe India.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Volumi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebneve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb me jasht\u00eb b\u00ebn, q\u00eb Ashton nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb kudo.
