Madje, akademiku i njohur kosovar u shpreh se kryeministri shqiptar, Sali Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb demokratik se ish-presidenti tunizian, i larguar pas protestave t\u00eb dhunshme n\u00eb vendin afrikan, Ben Ali. Qosja vler\u00ebsoi se edhe qendrimi i faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb me dy standarte.<\/p>\n

\u201cTjet\u00ebr qendrim p\u00ebr Tunizin\u00eb e Egjiptin e tjet\u00ebr qendrim p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha m\u00eb shum\u00eb demokratik se Ben Ali. Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt nuk duan t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb rinum\u00ebrimin e votave, por n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn at\u00eb. M\u00eb cudit ky qendrim\u201d, tha akademiku Qosja.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej Rexhep Qosja foli edhe p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave. Ai tha se ky proces ndodhi edhe me vendet e tjera t\u00eb rajonit, por atje nuk u festua. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kriza n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm politike, por e gjithan\u00ebshme.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb planin ekonomiko-shoq\u00ebror akademiku i njohur n\u00ebnkuptoi se vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb drejt polarizimit shoq\u00ebror me nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb pasur e me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebr pasi, sic tha ai, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri shtresa e mesme \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrruar<\/p>\n

\u201cVizat u liberalizuan n\u00eb Serbi e Mal t\u00eb Zi, por askush nuk festoi. Kriza \u00ebsht\u00eb politike, ekonomike, shoq\u00ebrore, morale, shpirt\u00ebrore, e gjith\u00ebanshme. Shtresa e mesme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrruar. \u00ebsht\u00eb cmenduri t\u00eb mohosh k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit, \u00ebsht\u00eb iracionale, edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt mua me cudit sjellja e Europ\u00ebs\u201d, deklaroi zoti Qosja.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, akademiku kosovar apeloi p\u00ebr shfryt\u00ebzimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb i ka ardhur kombit shqiptar me nisjen e k\u00ebtij shekulli. Kjo mund\u00ebsi tha ai shfryt\u00ebzohet me bashkimin e forcave krijuese e nd\u00ebrtuese t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullit p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtuar historin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Akademiku i njohur kosovar, Rexhep Qosja ka faj\u00ebsuar kryeministrin Berisha p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn politike ku ka hyr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n

Duke folur n\u00eb emisionin \u201cShqip\u201d n\u00eb Top Channel, Qosja ka deklaruar se Berisha po b\u00ebn luft\u00eb me institucionet p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar q\u00ebllimet e tij personale.<\/p>\n

\u201cDikush do q\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb shtet privat. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet i privatizuar. Prej kujt? Prej Sali Berish\u00ebs. Berisha b\u00ebn betej\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb privatizuar shtetin shqiptar. Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet b\u00ebn luft\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e tij t\u00eb kapin pozitat q\u00eb do ai. Nd\u00ebrsa kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb b\u00ebn gj\u00ebra t\u00eb palejueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin\u201d, ka deklaruar Qosja.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, pretendimet e Berish\u00ebs se m\u00eb 21 janar Partia Socialiste tentoi t\u00eb kryente nj\u00eb grusht shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb absurd.<\/p>\n

\u201c21 janari nuk ishte grusht shteti, ishte protest\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebhet grushti i shteti me cadra, por me tanke. Si ata q\u00eb u fut\u00ebn me tanke n\u00eb 98-\u00ebn\u201d, ka pohuar Qose, i cili ka denoncuar luft\u00ebn e ashp\u00ebr q\u00eb Berisha po zhvillon me institucionet kushtetuese, prokurorin\u00eb dhe presidenc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe kemi luft\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij njeriu me prokuror\u00ebt, me Rakipin, me Sollakun, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtoi dhe tani me prokuroren q\u00eb ka v\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00eb. Nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e paskrupullt, me fyerje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Ku ka kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb tilla fyerje? Edhe me president\u00ebt. B\u00ebri luft\u00eb me Rexhep Mejdanin, me Moisiun. Luft\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr me nj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb q\u00eb e kishte pranuar PD. Dhe tani me Topin, me funksionarin e vet\u00eb. Kjo luft\u00eb ndodh p\u00ebr t\u00eb privatizuar shtetin. Madje, lufta vazhdon me mediat. Berisha i ka kaluar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e s\u00eb lejuar\u00ebs\u201d, ka theksuar Qose.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr faktor q\u00eb r\u00ebndon pozit\u00ebn e kryeministrit shqiptar, sipas akademikut t\u00eb njohur, \u00ebsht\u00eb fjalori i papranuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb ai p\u00ebrdor n\u00eb Parlament ndaj eksponent\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb e kam par\u00eb at\u00eb si flet n\u00eb Parlament p\u00ebr deputet\u00ebt e opozit\u00ebs, p\u00ebr kryetarin e opozit\u00ebs. Ky njeri shqipton m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta sesa shqiptojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb paguar. Parlamenti \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni i formimit t\u00eb shqo\u00ebris\u00eb, institucion edukativ, moral. Ai p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson popullin shqiptar. Ashtu flet populli shqiptar, sic flet Berisha me deputet\u00ebt? Jo, un\u00eb kam koncept tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar. Populli shqiptar ka etik\u00eb, ka luftuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta. Fyerja ka pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda\u201d, ka pohuar Qosja.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, profesori ka folur edhe p\u00ebr figur\u00ebn e liderit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur dhe racionale, por jo n\u00eb nivelin e duhur p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr si Berisha.<\/p>\n

\u201cRama ka nj\u00eb mendje t\u00eb kthjell\u00ebt. Fjalimet e tij jan\u00eb tekste q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019i formuloj\u00eb kushdo. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gojtar i mir\u00eb, i sistemuar, racional. Argumentet e tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb qendrueshme. Askush nuk b\u00ebn analiz\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb realitetit shqiptar. Por kjo nuk mjafton p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb politikan i shquar. Politikani duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe dicka q\u00eb p\u00ebr mendimin tim Rama nuk po e tregon\u201d, ka deklaruar Qosja.<\/p>\n

Ai ka kritikuar edhe strategjin\u00eb e fundit t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar qeverin\u00eb Berisha me protesta.<\/p>\n

\u201cPyka nxirret me pyk\u00eb, thot\u00eb fjala e urt\u00eb. Por nuk zgjidhen problemet me Berish\u00ebn me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tilla. Me Berish\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebsh nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur. Un\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah protestat, q\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet demokratik. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri PS nuk di t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb protesta. B\u00ebhen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, pastaj pas nj\u00eb jave, pas nj\u00eb muaji e pas dy muajsh. Kot\u201d, ka n\u00ebnvizuar Qose.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej ai ka kritikuar edhe q\u00ebndrimin e faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, i cili sipas tij nuk d\u00ebshiron forcimin e institucioneve shqiptare, por kontrollin e tyre.<\/p>\n

\u201cBerisha thot\u00eb se s\u2019ka num\u00ebrim t\u00eb votave. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u rinum\u00ebruan 40 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb votave. Mua m\u00eb cudit Evropa q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoi rinum\u00ebrimin dhe e solli Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kriz\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt nuk duan institucione t\u00eb forta n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por duan udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb fort\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb servil\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ata\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Qose, i cili ka rekomanduar edhe opsionin q\u00eb zgjidh situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

\u201cZgjidhja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Zgjedhjet e parakohshme b\u00ebhen shum\u00eb leht\u00eb. N\u00ebse s\u2019kalon nj\u00eb ligj n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, kalohet n\u00eb zgjedhje. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb djegur kushtet p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb reja dhe ai q\u00eb cohet kund\u00ebr zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb kriz\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Zgjedhjet po i k\u00ebrkon gjysma e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Duhet t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb zgjedhje.
