Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb spikatura ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja sistematike, por jet\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr e nazist\u00ebve gjerman\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar rac\u00ebn superiore ariane, e cila, sipas mend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, do t\u00eb kishte karakteristikat e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar boten. Eksperimenti tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb synonte krijimin e nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb caktuar, ka qen\u00eb ai i drejtuar nga Pol Poti n\u00eb Kamboxhia.<br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori futet edhe p\u00ebrpjekja e pashoqe e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs dhe e paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb sistemit diktatorial. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb vitin 1990, n\u00eb g\u00ebrmadhat e atij sistemi u pa se njeriu i ri socialist ishte nj\u00eb qenie shum\u00eb e dyzuar, hipokrite, cinike, \u2026 dhe krejt\u00ebsisht e \u00e7oroditur. Duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb kontroll absolut t\u00eb shtetit e t\u00eb institucioneve, duke i njohur shtr\u00ebngesat e shtetit, dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, e rritur me nj\u00eb urrejtje t\u00eb frikshme p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka komb\u00ebtare apo q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me popullin e vet, paria jeni\u00e7er e Tiran\u00ebs e tregoi fytyr\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb sa iu dha mund\u00ebsia. Ishte fatkeq\u00ebsi e madhe p\u00ebr shqiptaret q\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e eksponent\u00ebt e asaj parie, si Ramiz Alia, Fatos Nano, Gramoz Ru\u00e7i, Salih Berisha, Gramoz Pashko, Sk\u00ebnder Gjinushi e me radh\u00eb dol\u00ebn n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. P\u00ebrtej grindjeve t\u00eb dit\u00ebs e sjelljeve prej rruga\u00e7\u00ebsh t\u00eb or\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, p\u00ebrtej kacafytjeve televizive, ata e din\u00eb mir\u00eb se \u00e7ka duan.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb i bashkon pazgjidhshm\u00ebrisht me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm formimi, e shkuara, lidhjet personale e t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb tjera, por edhe interesi i tyre jetik e i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, p\u00ebr ta transformuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, q\u00eb ajo t\u2019u sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre. Kan\u00eb than\u00eb se i p\u00ebr\u00e7udnuemi, kur e sheh fytyr\u00ebn e vet n\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb don q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb me ken\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnuem. Ata duan q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb transformohen n\u00eb skllev\u00ebrit e tyre modern\u00eb, n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sistemit t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb ndajn\u00eb vlerat e tyre, t\u00eb mos arrijn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb ndryshe prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ata duan nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e tyre e n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tyre, pa vet\u00ebdije tjet\u00ebr, pa vlera t\u00eb ndryshme e pa pik\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie shoq\u00ebrore. Dhe mekanizmi kryesor p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb objektiv \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtja e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, hallakatja mendore e shqiptareve, si dhe sundimi me dor\u00eb t\u00eb hekurt i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrmes strukturave politike partiake dhe krijimi i nj\u00eb lagermentalitat fals. Si pasoj\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb transformuar e po transformohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb friksh\u00ebm njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e ligjshme, por ka gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me bot\u00ebn e krimit e t\u00eb vesit. T\u00eb ardhurat kryesore n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri vijn\u00eb nga aktivitetet e paligjshme, drogat, prostitucioni, kontrabanda, vjedhja e shtetit dhe e burimeve te tjera. Gjat\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, hajnia ishte zgjidhje e problemeve t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs dhe tash \u00ebsht\u00eb krenari komb\u00ebtare. Hajni ma i madh nderohet si nderi i kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Posht\u00ebrsia e sjellja e pandershme kan\u00eb qen\u00eb moralisht e shoq\u00ebrisht t\u00eb d\u00ebnueshme. Tash me ken\u00eb kopil i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb virtyt publik. E k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. Por si e ka menduar paria e Tiran\u00ebs q\u00eb, me nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb dob\u00ebt ta transformoj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare? Mekanizmi q\u00eb ajo ka gjetur \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyfisht\u00eb. S\u00eb pari, me shqiptar\u00ebt e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb me ta n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar, paria e Tiran\u00ebs vepron me kujdes. Ajo e mban gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb varur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kafshat\u00eb buk\u00eb, e lejon q\u00eb t\u00eb korruptohet e t\u00eb zvet\u00ebnohet sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur, dhe e inkurajon q\u00eb t\u00eb ec\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e s\u00eb keqes e t\u00eb vesit. Si vuajtja p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, ashtu edhe untia njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr mall e gja e pushtet mbi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk njeh kufij. Dhe paria e p\u00ebrdor k\u00ebt\u00eb vuajtje t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjeshte e untine njer\u00ebzore si rripa t\u00eb hekurt q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur mbas saj.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shp\u00ebrblyer disa lloj sjelljesh, e duke d\u00ebnuar disa t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebrmes shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, politik\u00ebs, medieve e bile edhe p\u00ebrmes sistemit t\u00eb thashethemeve, strukturat autoritative t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs kan\u00eb krijuar e rikrijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb model sjelljeje q\u00eb i ka transformuar si zyrtaret e shtetit ashtu edhe gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb nj\u00eb luzm\u00eb njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb shkon kah don paria. Dhe qytetari model i k\u00ebtij sistemi \u00ebsht\u00eb hajn-militant-afarist. Kjo i duhet paris\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb model e shp\u00ebrblen ajo, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e emulojn\u00eb. Paria nuk ka fare nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb forc\u00ebn, si\u00e7 b\u00ebnte n\u00eb sistemin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb nuk duan t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb vend e t\u00eb ndjekin rregullat e loj\u00ebs, t\u00eb vendosura prej saj, jan\u00eb t\u00eb inkurajuar q\u00eb t\u00eb ikin jasht\u00eb shtetit, t\u00eb degdisen ku t\u00eb munden, sepse ai shtet u takon \u2018q\u00ebndrestar\u00ebve\u2019 t\u00eb paris\u00eb, ai shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb krijesa e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb mb\u00ebrrijn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e duhur vet\u00eb, pa ndonj\u00eb shtys\u00eb prej saj. \u00cbsht\u00eb vendimi i tyre dhe paria e respekton at\u00eb vendim. E k\u00ebshtu, nj\u00eb milion e gjysm\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb ikur e nuk kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmend q\u00eb t\u00eb kthehen m\u00eb, jo pse nuk duan, sepse aty i kan\u00eb hedhur kursimet, por se u vjen frik\u00eb e neveri kur shohin se \u00e7far\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar atje. Ata nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00ebfar\u00eb lidhje me at\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e kthehen n\u00eb vendet ku jan\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, por njer\u00ebz me vlera e me dinjitet.<br \/>\nPra, fatkeq\u00ebsia e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb se, pak a shum\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebta 20 vjet paria e Tiran\u00ebs ia ka arritur q\u00eb ta transformoj\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb kan\u00eb ikur, ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur nuk kan\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb tjera, shum\u00eb e pranojn\u00eb sistemin e paris\u00eb dhe e konsiderojn\u00eb si m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e vetme t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs. Edhe bot\u00ebn, kur e shohin e shohin p\u00ebrmes lentave t\u00eb sjelljes n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar. Njeriu model i tranzicionit \u00ebsht\u00eb bosh, materialist, hipokrit, pa vlera morale t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, arrivist dhe pa pik\u00eb ndjenje sh\u00ebrbimi publik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Natyrisht, jo te gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb pre e paris\u00eb. Rezistenca e grupeve t\u00eb caktuara \u00ebsht\u00eb intense dhe n\u00eb rritje, mir\u00ebpo n\u00eb dukje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb konformohen me sjelljen e pritur nga paria. Pra, Beljajevi duhet t\u00eb rrotullohet n\u00eb varr, sepse, n\u00eb dukje, e gjykuar nga mitingjet e nga tamtamet e medieve, paria e Tiran\u00ebs po ia mbrrin objektivit t\u00eb vet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dy breza.
