Nj\u00eb fakt i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb cituar n\u00eb raportin m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni, publikuar me rastin e 60-vjetorit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni. Ai citon se si nga vendet e Ballkanit, vendi i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga Gjykata Evropiane e T\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut n\u00eb Strasburg ka qen\u00eb Bullgaria, me 231 raste, gjat\u00eb 12 viteve t\u00eb fundit. Duke vijuar me shifra t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb larta, si 481 raste t\u00eb marra n\u00eb gjykim p\u00ebr Greqin\u00eb, 480 p\u00ebr Rumanin\u00eb, 643 p\u00ebr Rusin\u00eb apo 1 939 p\u00ebr Turqin\u00eb dhe 1 953 p\u00ebr Italin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykimi m\u00eb i fundit nga kjo gjykat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb 26 n\u00ebntor 2009, i cili ka pasur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me nj\u00eb bullgar, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb shkeljes s\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e gjykimeve t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga gjykata u p\u00ebrkasin 4 shteteve evropiane, si Italia me 1 953 aktgjykime, Turqia 1 939 aktgjykime, Franca 740 aktgjykime dhe Rusia me 643 aktgjykime.
