Dhe nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb truk dosido, i cili mund t\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr fantazi. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb konteksti ku Berisha ka nd\u00ebrtuar filmin vizatimor \u201cpu\u00e7ist\u00ebt\u201d, ku detyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur nj\u00eb \u201cgjeneral rob\u201d, i \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb Komisionit Halimi. N\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme bile ka pasur shum\u00eb. Mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz pyesnin me vete k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, \u201csi nuk doli nj\u00eb njeri\u201d nga PD-ja t\u00eb thoshte m\u00eb vjen turp q\u00eb e kam kryetar k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mendur? Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsuan munges\u00ebn e liris\u00eb dhe rregullat e loj\u00ebs brenda PD-s\u00eb, duke e quajtur apriori parti autoritare, sot po shikojn\u00eb sa t\u00eb lart\u00eb e ka \u00e7mimin ky formalitet. I vetmi z\u00eb racional brenda strukturave t\u00eb asaj partie, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet t\u00eb diel\u00ebn, Besnik Mustafaj, guxoi t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb z\u00ebrin dhe t\u00eb quaj turp k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi, dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb reagimi i Sali Berish\u00ebs ishte \u201cBes\u00ebprer\u00eb!\u201d. T\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb e pan\u00eb me zili Mustafaj, hesht\u00ebn dhe m\u00ebrm\u00ebrisin me vete.<\/p>\n<p>I takon rrug\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb shkelin syrin duke t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb grimasa se s\u2019kan\u00eb \u00e7\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb trurit t\u00eb atij. Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb banale. Dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb historin\u00eb e bot\u00ebs politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe gjith\u00eb globin, kjo parti b\u00ebri nj\u00eb Kuvend formal, dhe prej vitit 2009 kur ka mbledhur Kuvendin, nuk ka mbledhur akoma t\u00eb zgjedhurit e k\u00ebtij Kuvendi p\u00ebr K\u00ebshill Komb\u00ebtar nga ku formalisht do ta dalin n\u00ebnkryetar\u00eb, sekretar\u00eb dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb kryesie.<\/p>\n<p>E dim\u00eb paraprakisht q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb eunuk\u00eb t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, por nuk dim\u00eb se kush do t\u00eb jen\u00eb ata q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhurit e tij. Edhe pse banale, shpresa e vetme q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb flas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tek ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb anashkalohen nga sita e Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb diel\u00ebn. Ata jan\u00eb mbajtur formalisht n\u00eb karantin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos folur as kur vidhet dhe as kur vritet n\u00eb at\u00eb parti. Nuk them kurrsesi se ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb flasin jan\u00eb parimor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm, por mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzohemi se \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe formalist i kalb autoritarist\u00ebt. Berisha e ka bazuar pushtetin e tij tek arbitrarizmi dhe \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje qoft\u00eb dhe formale p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar ndonj\u00eb rregull i kthehet n\u00eb problem.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb diel\u00ebn ai do t\u00eb detyrohet pas dy vitesh t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb formalisht nj\u00eb rregull, dhe pas s\u00eb diel\u00ebs ne jemi t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb presim kush do t\u00eb mbetet i pak\u00ebnaqur p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur. \u00cbsht\u00eb standard i ul\u00ebt dhe i turpsh\u00ebm, por sidoqoft\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja shpres\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb. Ai mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i detyruar ose t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb n\u00eb poste ky\u00e7e gjith\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit p\u00ebr tradhtar\u00eb duke fyer besnik\u00ebt q\u00eb po b\u00ebhen qesharak\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr ekrane, duke mbrojtur \u201cfanitjen\u201d e tij vizatimore. Por kam frik\u00eb se as kjo nuk do ta shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga heshtja.<\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb sot po heshtin se po i mban t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pezull. N\u00ebse t\u00eb diel\u00ebn tenton t\u00eb ul\u00eb dik\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb, kam shpres\u00eb se di\u00e7ka do t\u00eb k\u00ebrcas\u00eb.
