Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb sot shteti m\u00eb i izoluar i rajonit dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme elektorale t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Greqia ka adaptuar nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb eg\u00ebr pas deklaratave elektorale t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr kufijt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Osmane, Maqedonia anuloi vizit\u00ebn e presidentit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb britmave folkloriko- patriotike t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Shkup, Turqia \u00ebsht\u00eb zem\u00ebruar q\u00eb Berisha i ka dal\u00eb i pabes\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht pazareve personale q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me Erdoganin, Bashkimi Evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar dhe i ka d\u00ebrguar qeveris\u00eb nj\u00eb not\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr kund\u00ebr deklaratave t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn qeveria shqiptare nuk po e b\u00ebn ende publike, nd\u00ebrsa Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs po shikojn\u00eb jo pa alarm humbjen e shanseve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet ligjor dhe zgjedhje t\u00eb lira n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb mahnitshme, i futur n\u00eb panik nga rritja e val\u00ebs nacionaliste prej Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi, Sali Berisha shfaqi elementin e tij m\u00eb t\u00eb friksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt, paparashikueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ai kish shkuar n\u00eb ekstrem n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Greqin\u00eb, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb asaj koncesione t\u00eb paprecedent\u00eb n\u00eb raport me kryeministrat e tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, dhe sidomos me Fatos Nanon, q\u00eb e ka pas akuzuar si filogrek.<\/p>\n<p>Ai u dha atyre pes\u00eb varreza formale p\u00ebr eshtra ushtar\u00ebsh, q\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb brez gjeografik q\u00eb ringjallin me fosforin e kockave kufirin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Vorioepirit, u dha koncesione t\u00eb pafundme p\u00ebr deklarim etnik dhe rinegocim t\u00eb pafavorsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit detar, u toleroi mosfiksimin e kufirit tok\u00ebsor me Greqin\u00eb, e cila nuk e njeh ende qysh nga Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs e vitit 1913, toleroi mosheqjen e ligjit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs nga Greqia dhe mos avancimin e problemit ligjor dhe historik t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes \u00e7ame.<\/p>\n<p>Koncesione t\u00eb tilla Greqis\u00eb nuk do kishim mundur t\u2019ia b\u00ebnim edhe sikur Vangjel Dulen t\u00eb b\u00ebnim kryeminist\u00ebr t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dhe pasi i b\u00ebn gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto dhe shikon se n\u00eb vend rritet nj\u00eb val\u00eb patriotizmi q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e vet disa t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve u mohohen edhe nga grek\u00ebt, kthen befasisht retorik\u00ebn e tij duke prodhuar nj\u00eb stuhi antishqiptare n\u00eb Greqi, e cila m\u00eb s\u00eb pakti na fshin nga kujtesa dhe nderet e pafundme q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Greqis\u00eb deri dy dit\u00eb para.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ka ndodhur dhe me Turqin\u00eb. E ftoi Erdoganin t\u2019i vinte n\u00eb 100 vjetorin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb legalisht mbajt\u00ebsi i trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb, nga e cila fituam pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb. U p\u00ebrfshi me t\u00eb n\u00eb pazare publike e private, n\u00eb privatizime klienteliste dhe deri n\u00eb lobime t\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb neo-otomanizmit n\u00eb Ballkan dhe fare papritur hyn me t\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen palestineze. Megaloman dhe paparashikuesh\u00ebm, ai dhe m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb politikat rajonale t\u00eb Izraelit dhe Lindjes s\u00eb Mesme, a thua se \u00ebsht\u00eb Sekretar i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i OKB dhe do zgjidh\u00eb gjith\u00eb hallet e bot\u00ebs duke b\u00ebr\u00eb l\u00ebmsh hallet e vendit dhe kombit t\u00eb vet. Si p\u00ebrfundim Kosov\u00ebn nuk po e njohin as shtetet myslimane dhe as ato anti-myslimane, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshihet ky njeri n\u00eb pazare.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndere t\u00eb pafundme Serbis\u00eb dhe Maqedonis\u00eb, ka hyr\u00eb tashm\u00eb dhe n\u00eb konflikt me to p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb retorik\u00ebs elektorale. \u00cbsht\u00eb rast i paprecedent se si nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr u dhuron gjith\u00e7ka nga sovraniteti i vendit fqinj\u00ebve, dhe pasi u jep gjith\u00e7ka, hyn me ta n\u00eb konflikt duke mos na qen\u00eb as mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs p\u00ebr ato koncesione q\u00eb po ky njeri i \u00e7ekuilibruar ua ka b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00eb tej akoma Sali Berisha po hyn n\u00eb spiralen e konfliktit me Bashkimin Evropian dhe SHBA, t\u00eb cilat nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se tremben nga nacionalizmi i Sali Berish\u00ebs, por tremben dhe kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nga paparashikueshm\u00ebria e nj\u00eb lideri, i cili nd\u00ebrron kurs si njeri i \u00e7ekuilibruar mend\u00ebrisht. Ai zgjohet n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes duke fjetur me grek\u00ebt n\u00eb brigjet e Sarand\u00ebs dhe erret n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje me mendjen e tij n\u00eb Prevez\u00eb, ku i duket se ka kufirin e vet q\u00eb i takon, fle gjith\u00eb nat\u00ebn me Fazlli\u00e7in dhe dajat e gruas s\u00eb tij, duke shitur asetet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon Nikoli\u00e7in, fle gjith\u00eb nat\u00ebn me Erdoganin, me t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si ortak n\u00eb pasurit\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe gdhihet n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes si \u201csionist\u201d izraelit. Ana tragjikomike e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtij \u00e7ekuilibri \u00ebsht\u00eb se gjith\u00eb kjo armiq\u00ebsi e prodhuar, nuk vjen nga fakti se shikojn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si rrezik apo nacionalizmin shqiptar si rrezik n\u00eb horizont, por shikojn\u00eb rrezikun e nj\u00eb shteti batak\u00e7i, q\u00eb bash kur i kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb brek\u00ebt n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve, b\u00ebn si i fort\u00eb duke na b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cgazi i bot\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb thelb Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt kulturor me Per\u00ebndimin, qe buron nga standardi i tij hileqar lindor, dhe jo n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt nacionalist. Ai operon me Per\u00ebndimin si\u00e7 operon me elektoratin shqiptar, t\u00eb cilit nj\u00eb her\u00eb i thot\u00eb Ilir Meta \u00ebsht\u00eb vras\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb hero, nj\u00eb her\u00eb i thot\u00eb Ahmet Zogut tradhtar dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb hero, nj\u00eb her\u00eb i thot\u00eb Fatos Nanos vras\u00ebs i Azemit e nj\u00eb her\u00eb e bashk\u00ebnderon me t\u00eb. Thjesht ai \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e konsideruar Per\u00ebndimin si nj\u00eb elektorat pa tru shqiptar, t\u00eb cilit mund t\u2019i thot\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb doj\u00eb dhe ata duhet ta mir\u00ebkuptojn\u00eb se e b\u00ebn p\u00ebr pushtet. Thjesht se i duhet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky q\u00ebndrim eklektik prej njeriu t\u00eb paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm mend\u00ebrisht, politikisht dhe diplomatikisht, ajo q\u00eb shqet\u00ebson SHBA dhe Bashkimin Evropian n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet e fundit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Ata nuk kan\u00eb frik\u00eb as nacionalistin Berisha dhe as servilin e p\u00ebshtirosur Berisha p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb pushtetit.
