Ai u quajt thjesht Ismail Qemali, sepse pas vitit 1944 historiograf\u00ebt komunist\u00eb zyrtarizuan z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e mbiemrit Vlora me titullin turk Qemal, q\u00eb Ismaili e p\u00ebrdorte prej koh\u00ebs si hierarki e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. N\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast nuk p\u00ebrmendet Ismail bej Vlora, por vet\u00ebm Ismail Qemali, dhe n\u00eb disa raste edhe I.Qemali. Komunizmit duket se nuk i ka shkuar p\u00ebr shtat as titulli bej e as fama e familjes Vlora.<\/p>\n<p>Ismail bej Vlora \u00ebsht\u00eb lindur pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vend ku pas 70 vjet\u00ebsh do t\u00eb shpallte Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb. Deri m\u00eb 1930, aty ngriheshin sarajet e Vlorajve me nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe 40 mij\u00eb metra katror\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat u prish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb tri versione q\u00eb shpjegojn\u00eb prishjen e sarajeve: i pari \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i nj\u00eb t\u00ebrmeti q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe i shkat\u00ebrroi plot\u00ebsisht sarajet. E dyta p\u00ebr nj\u00eb studiues nga Vlora, Ago Agajn, autori dhe urdh\u00ebruesi i prishjes s\u00eb sarajeve t\u00eb Vlorajve \u00ebsht\u00eb kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, Qazim Kokoshi. Varianti i tret\u00eb vjen nga H\u00ebna K\u00eblcyra, vajz\u00eb e tezes s\u00eb Eqerem bej Vlor\u00ebs, e cila pohon se Eqerem bej Vlora i prishi vet\u00eb sarajet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00ebna K\u00eblcyra shprehet se tezja i ka treguar se prishja e sarajeve solli mallkimin e familjes Vlora. Pavar\u00ebsisht rrethanave si u shkat\u00ebrruan sarajet e Vlorajve, shkat\u00ebrrimi i tyre solli mallkimin p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb kishte lidhje me pasardh\u00ebsit e Ismail Qemalit dhe gjithk\u00ebnd q\u00eb kishte lidhje me mbiemrin Vlora. Dhe n\u00eb fakt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 lavdis\u00eb s\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb flamurit nga Ismail beu, n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb familje e ndoqi mallkimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm 12 vje\u00e7 kur Ismail Qemal bej Vlora \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb gjimnazin \u201cZosimea\u201d, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ishin ortodoks dhe ai ishte i vetmi mysliman. Ky fakt thuhet se shkaktonte mjaft t\u00eb qeshura kur nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb muaj prifti shkonte e bekonte godin\u00ebn dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe se si Ismaili sprapsej kur prifti i tundte kryqin p\u00ebrpara fytyr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Miq\u00ebsia e babait t\u00eb tij me ministrin e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 16 vje\u00e7are ai t\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb kryeqytetin e Perandoris\u00eb. Ai nisi pun\u00ebn n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Jashtme dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht nisi studimet p\u00ebr jurist n\u00eb Stamboll, ku edhe u diplomua. Ai njihte shum\u00eb mir\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt, shqip, turqisht, greqisht, fr\u00ebngjisht, anglisht.<\/p>\n<p>Ismail Qemal bej Vlora ka pasur dy martesa gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb u martua me nj\u00eb vejush\u00eb t\u00eb re, Nasipe Han\u00ebmi, e cila ishte vet\u00ebm 19 vje\u00e7 dhe kjo martes\u00eb u shoq\u00ebrua me fat t\u00eb keq. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb pas gruaja bashk\u00eb me vajz\u00ebn q\u00eb po lindte vdiq dhe kjo qe nj\u00eb humbje e madhe p\u00ebr Ismail beun. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka vonuar shum\u00eb dhe Ismail beu \u00ebsht\u00eb dashuruar me nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb greke, Kleoniqi Surmelin. Ajo i ka dhuruar Ismail beut dhjet\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gjasht\u00eb djem dhe kat\u00ebr vajza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb fillim ndryshimi n\u00eb besimin fetar qe b\u00ebr\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr bashkimin tim me k\u00ebt\u00eb zonjush\u00eb t\u00eb re q\u00eb kisha r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dashuri, \u00e7ka u kund\u00ebrshtua fort nga njerka e saj. Mir\u00ebpo u mor\u00ebm vesh me vajz\u00ebn, si dhe me p\u00eblqimin e heshtur t\u00eb vjehrrit tim t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb ta rr\u00ebmbeja dhe k\u00ebshtu b\u00ebra nj\u00eb nat\u00eb. Sht\u00ebpit\u00eb tona ishin fqinje me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn dhe sapo futa vajz\u00ebn n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb time, thirra d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt, nj\u00eb prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishte konsulli belg, dhe akti i martes\u00ebs u hartua dhe u n\u00ebnshkrua n\u00eb prani t\u00eb tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka vdekur n\u00eb Spanj\u00eb m\u00eb vitin 1918, nj\u00eb vit para Ismail beut dhe varri i saj gjendet akoma atje.
