Ai ka pohuar se komisioni parlamentar do t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs, kryetarin e SHISH, kryeprokuroren, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ministrat dhe krer\u00ebt e opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vetmi institucion q\u00eb do t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb vrasjen e tre protestuesve m\u00eb 21 janar. Burime diplomatike pohuan mbr\u00ebmjen e djeshme p\u00ebr &#8220;Shekullin&#8221; se vendimi i kryeministrit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer t\u00eb gjitha hetimet e ngjarjes nga komisioni parlamentar ka shqet\u00ebsuar kancelarit\u00eb e huaja. Ato do t\u00eb nisin menj\u00ebhere negociatat me Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb prokurorin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hetimin e pavarur t\u00eb ngjarjes n\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetjen e ekspert\u00ebve amerikane<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ina Rama<\/strong><br \/>\nPasi ka akuzuar kryeprokuroren Ina Rama si &#8220;ndrikull\u00ebn q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebn hetime por q\u00eb g\u00ebnjen&#8221;, kryeministri e ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb s\u00ebrish at\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ai e quan grusht shteti. I pyetur nga mediat se kush mund t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb n\u00eb rast se prokuroria nuk duhet t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb, Berisha u p\u00ebrgjigj: &#8220;Ky shtet ka institucione, ka parlament, ka qeveri. Ne po b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb t&#8217;i nxjerrim nga paraliza k\u00ebto institucione. Ne kemi besim t\u00eb plot\u00eb, por, natyrisht, parlamenti n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb mund t\u00eb mblidhet dhe mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendimet q\u00eb i duhet p\u00ebr vendin. Zgjidhja \u00ebsht\u00eb &#8211; pa nd\u00ebshkimin e pu\u00e7it, me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb organigram\u00ebn e tij, kriza persiston si nj\u00eb rrezik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHEKULLI<\/strong><br \/>\nKryeministri Berisha ka akuzuar Prokuroren e P\u00ebrgjithshme se po bashk\u00ebpunon me nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr &#8220;grup pu\u00e7ist&#8221;, gazet\u00ebn &#8220;Shekulli&#8221;. Kat\u00ebr dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb &#8220;Shekulli&#8221; publikoi pjes\u00eb t\u00eb akt-ekspertimit zyrtar mjeko-ligjor ku thuhej se t\u00eb tre viktimat ishin vrar\u00eb nga plumbat e Gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs. Berisha tha: Un\u00eb ju them edhe tjetr\u00ebn se dokumenti i botuar n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn Shekulli mbi ekspertiz\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb selin\u00eb e Partis\u00eb Socialiste nga zonja. Gazet\u00ebs Shekulli nuk ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb direkt, por n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet selis\u00eb s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste. \u00cbsht\u00eb dokumenti q\u00eb d\u00ebshmonte se plumbi \u00ebsht\u00eb i shtypur..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atributet e Presidentit<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sali Berisha ka marr\u00eb dje atributet e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs duke pohuar se data e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb ardhshme nuk do t\u00eb caktohet m\u00eb nga kreu i shtetit por nga kryeministri. &#8220;Zgjedhjet do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2013. Madje do shoh t\u00eb diel\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Q\u00eb se kam nd\u00ebrmend zakonisht, se her\u00eb i afroj me nj\u00eb apo dy jav\u00eb&#8221;,- tha Berisha n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur dekretimi i dat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb atribut i Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marr\u00ebveshja me prokurorin\u00eb<br \/>\n<\/strong>Kryeministri Bersha pranoi dje q\u00eb ka negociuar me kryeprokuroren Ina Rama p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb pakt jasht\u00eb kuadrit ligjor p\u00ebr arrestimin e gardist\u00ebve. Ai i ka ofruar kryeprokurores nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb pyetjesh (ku ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb armatour dhe me uniforma) me gjasht\u00eb drejtuesit e gard\u00ebs t\u00eb hetuar p\u00ebr vrasjen e tre personave n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb urdh\u00ebr-arresteve p\u00ebr ta. Prokuroria nuk ka pranuar t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje gardist\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte. Berisha tha: &#8220;Un\u00eb kisha ftuar ndrikull\u00ebn e pu\u00e7it t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb hetimin, e ftova Prokuroren e P\u00ebrgjithshme k\u00ebtu para jush, n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 21 janar, t&#8217;ju informoj sa vijon.<\/p>\n<p>Pas nj\u00eb angazhimi shum\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb, pardje pasdite arrit\u00ebm n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, q\u00eb secili nga oficer\u00ebt e Gard\u00ebs t\u00eb paraqitej para prokurorit dhe natyrisht, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb paraqitje do b\u00ebhej deklarata e do t\u00eb anulohej urdhri i arrestit. Kjo ishte nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e qart\u00eb si kristali. Por tre or\u00eb mbrapa, kjo marr\u00ebveshje u shkel me urdh\u00ebr q\u00eb mori zonja Rama, duke faktuar se nuk respekton asnj\u00eb norm\u00eb, asnj\u00eb moral, asnj\u00eb standard.. Shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb besohet nj\u00eb karakter kaq i ul\u00ebt q\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, e cila kurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb shkelej. Oficer\u00ebt e Gard\u00ebs u paraqit\u00ebn me dinjitet, si\u00e7 ishte marr\u00ebveshja. Hanxhar\u00ebt, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me t\u00eb, donin t&#8217;i vinin n\u00eb arrest&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qeveria e re<br \/>\n<\/strong>List\u00ebs s\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb deklaratave bombastike t\u00eb b\u00ebra koh\u00ebt e fundit nga kryeministri Berisha i \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar dje edhe ajo e krijimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re. &#8220;Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka ndodhi ato pes\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb bunkerin e krimit, bunkerin bllokmen\u00ebve t\u00eb drejtuar nga Edvin Rama, n\u00eb kull\u00ebn e Fidelit. T\u00eb gjitha urdhrat, e dh\u00ebna nga bllokmen\u00ebt q\u00eb po shihnin \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb b\u00ebhej realitet, jan\u00eb t\u00eb evidentuara. Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr ndarjen paraprake t\u00eb posteve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re.<\/p>\n<p>Ishin p\u00ebrcaktuar edhe ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb merrnin Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme q\u00eb do ishte Tom\u00eb Doshi, Ministrin\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs do ta merrte njeriu, t\u00eb cilin e motra e t\u00eb plagosurit do ta nxirrte si kriminel nga dhoma, sepse e kishte sjell\u00eb n\u00eb turma duke i premtuar se do ta b\u00ebnte kryetar komune, pra, Kultura ishte p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr Zogajn. Te Drejt\u00ebsia \u00e7akalli q\u00eb b\u00ebrtiste p\u00ebr 13 mij\u00eb viktima (Spartak Ngjela). Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebra pjes\u00eb e kabinetit q\u00eb do instalohej&#8221;,- tha Berisha.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skenari i pu\u00e7it sipas Sali Berish\u00ebs<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8220;Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr sasit\u00eb e eksplozivit, tritolit dhe kallashnikov\u00ebve, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb realizohej sulmi final p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb. Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb plota mbi arm\u00ebt e sofistikuara, \u00e7adrat-pistolet\u00eb, stilolapsat-pistolet\u00eb, thikat me helm q\u00eb do p\u00ebrdoreshin n\u00eb stadet e caktuara t\u00eb k\u00ebtij grushti shteti, t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrpjekjeje t\u00eb turpshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin me dhun\u00eb. Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se grupe ndofta gjer n\u00eb 10, grupe 5-she u st\u00ebrvit\u00ebn dit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr sulmin. Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se ky pu\u00e7 u financua me s\u00eb paku 2 milion dollar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrgatitjet. I pat\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb ombrellat se si drejtoheshin&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Disponohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunikimin n\u00eb stadin B t\u00eb pu\u00e7ist\u00ebve nj\u00ebri me tjetrin, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre n\u00eb panik t\u00eb madh, n\u00eb lemeri t\u00eb plot\u00eb u lexohej n\u00eb ball\u00eb pu\u00e7i i sh\u00ebmtuar q\u00eb udh\u00ebhoq\u00ebn e organizuar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Vet\u00ebm Bamir Topi nuk e pa dhun\u00ebn&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/strong>Njeriu m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar dje nga kryeministri Berisha si nj\u00eb i paaft\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb shoh\u00eb as at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh posht\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, e jo m\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb President. I pyetur n\u00ebse Presidenti duhet t\u00eb mblidhte K\u00ebshillin e Sigurimit Komb\u00ebtar, Berisha u p\u00ebrgjigj: &#8220;Kryeministri Berisha: P\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb ta mblidhte, p\u00ebr ngjarjen n\u00eb bulevard? Si ta mblidhte Presidenti p\u00ebr ngjarjen n\u00eb bulevard? Sepse p\u00ebr Presidentin ishte ngjarje n\u00eb bulevard, n\u00eb kafenet\u00eb e bulevardit. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ishte ngjarje n\u00eb bulevard.<\/p>\n<p>Do t&#8217;ju them nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, meqen\u00ebse po m\u00eb pyet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.
