Ekspert\u00ebt e huaj po i klasifikojn\u00eb zhvillimet tona politike si vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrim. Mosndalja e urrejtjes mund t\u00eb ushqej\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb krizat, risqet dhe parashikimet p\u00ebr pasojat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb trishtueshme. Ngjarjet e 21 janarit nuk duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen si nj\u00eb zhvillim spontan p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosmenaxhimit t\u00eb protest\u00ebs apo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa huligan\u00ebve, dhe aq m\u00eb pak si faza e par\u00eb e nj\u00eb grushti shteti. Personalitetet amerikane reaguan fort kund\u00ebr klim\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronte p\u00ebr rreth 2 vjet ambientin politik amerikan.<\/p>\n<p>Toksike-vrastare u konsideruan prej tyre debatet e ashpra partiake. \u201cShkrepe arm\u00ebn, mos e t\u00ebrhiq\u201d ishte nj\u00eb nga sloganet vrastare t\u00eb Tea Parti, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimin e reform\u00ebs sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb Presidentit Obama. U vran\u00eb 6 vet\u00eb, u vra nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs federal, u godit p\u00ebr vdekje nj\u00eb an\u00ebtare demokrate e Kongresit amerikan. Vet\u00ebm pas k\u00ebtij momenti duket se politikan\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb u rizgjuan dhe u nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsuan p\u00ebr pasojat vrastare t\u00eb retorik\u00ebs toksike n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb politike, ku po tentonte t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronte urrejtja.<\/p>\n<p>Por vet\u00ebm pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, ndryshe nga tradita ku kongresmen\u00eb dhe senator\u00eb q\u00ebndronin n\u00eb sall\u00eb n\u00eb pozicione dhe reagime emocionale strikte partiake, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs apo mohues ndaj fjalimit t\u00eb presidentit drejtuar kombit, ata ndien p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mesazh t\u00eb ri politike. Fjalimin e presidentit Obama e d\u00ebgjuan s\u00eb bashku dhe e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku me p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar tek \u00e7do amerikan mesazhin e paqes p\u00ebrball\u00eb urrejtjes, mesazhin e shpres\u00ebs p\u00ebrball\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit, mesazhin e t\u00eb ardhmes plot shpres\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs s\u00eb mbingarkuar nga urrejtja politike.<\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt nuk mjaftonin, ndaj jo rast\u00ebsisht, dy senator\u00ebt simbol t\u00eb partive t\u00eb tyre politike, dy ish-kandidat\u00eb p\u00ebr president t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, senatori demokrat John Kerry dhe senatori republikan John McCain, u ul\u00ebn n\u00eb krah t\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Jo thjesht u ul\u00ebn, por u bashkuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur rritjen e urrejtjes. \u00c7far\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb pas 21 janarit? U vran\u00eb 3 protestues, u plagos\u00ebn disa dhjet\u00ebra pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb rendit, u plagos\u00ebn dhjet\u00ebra protestues. Besoj jan\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duhet t\u00eb goditet mbi politikan\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se kemi kaluar \u00e7do kufi t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb nxitjen e urrejtjes. Boll kemi pasur zhvillime tragjike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tranzicion t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb sfid\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, asnj\u00eb sfid\u00eb personale nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb urrejtje. Asnj\u00eb alibi nuk mund t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb d\u00ebshtimin e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr vazhdimin e d\u00ebshtimeve tragjike. Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb pasi ndodhi kjo tragjedi njer\u00ebzore me disa t\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe qindra t\u00eb plagosur, t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb gjuha e urrejtjes ndaj institucioneve kushtetuese dhe ndaj opozit\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit? Si ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndihen kaq shum\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuara lirit\u00eb themelore t\u00eb \u00e7do shqiptari, n\u00ebn alibin\u00eb e grushtit t\u00eb shtetit dhe \u201csakrificave\u201d t\u00eb rikthimit t\u00eb rendit publik?<\/p>\n<p>Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb kaq t\u00eb brisht\u00eb politike dhe sociale, t\u00eb investohet kaq shum\u00eb vullnet negativ dhe t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdoret kaq shum\u00eb prezenca parlamentare dhe mediatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur opozit\u00ebn e vendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur drejtuesit e institucioneve kushtetuese t\u00eb vendit t\u00ebnd? Sa shum\u00eb urrejtje, sa shum\u00eb tensione politike e sociale do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballohen deri sa t\u00eb shtypen t\u00eb gjitha fazat e grushtit t\u00eb shtetit? Sa gjat\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb terrori psikologjik i grushtit t\u00eb shtetit me disa faza?<\/p>\n<p>Dhe sikur t\u00eb mos mjaftonte kjo situat\u00eb e r\u00ebnduar e urrejtjes, i shtohet k\u00ebsaj edhe q\u00ebndrimi strikt i opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos d\u00ebgjuar dhe bashk\u00ebpunuar edhe me diplomacin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, lidhur me domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e uljes s\u00eb tensioneve politike? Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb nuk vler\u00ebsohen dhe nuk respektohen k\u00ebshillat dhe k\u00ebrkesat e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qet\u00ebsuar sa m\u00eb par\u00eb ambientin e tensionuar politik? Ulja e tensioneve politike nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ulje e k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr standarde sa m\u00eb t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ndalje e luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe kapjes s\u00eb shtetit, nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kapitullim p\u00ebrball\u00eb maxhoranc\u00ebs. Bashk\u00ebpunimi n\u00eb momente kritike rrit kredibilitetin e objektivave dhe angazhimit politik t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe un\u00eb besoj se protesta nes\u00ebr do t\u00eb jet\u00eb paq\u00ebsore, por mesazhi i saj i ardhur nga nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim kategorik mosbashk\u00ebpunues edhe me partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb jo i plot\u00eb dhe pse jo i cenuar. Kjo protest\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb nes\u00ebr si alibia e radh\u00ebs e maxhoranc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe ajo mitingun e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb saj. Gara e mitingjeve paq\u00ebsore, aq m\u00eb pak pas tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb 21 janar, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se mund t\u00eb qet\u00ebsoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ambient t\u00eb mbingarkuar me shpifje dhe urrejtje politike.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshtim t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunosh, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb turp t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqesh, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore t\u00eb q\u00ebndrosh strikt n\u00eb q\u00ebndrime kategorike. Vendi pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb 21 janarit ka nj\u00eb risk akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, akoma m\u00eb konkret, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hapa pas, t\u00eb cenoj\u00eb akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb demokracin\u00eb e tij hibride. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte pasoja m\u00eb madhe dhe m\u00eb konkrete q\u00eb ngjarjet e 21 janarit mund t\u2019i sjellin t\u00eb ardhmes son\u00eb. E ardhmja jon\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga fitoret reciproke mbi baz\u00eb krizash t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura.<\/p>\n<p>E ardhmja jon\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet dhe as t\u00eb garantohet n\u00ebse do t\u2018ua besojm\u00eb individ\u00ebve dhe jo institucioneve. Fitoret q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga krizat vet\u00ebm i mbajn\u00eb gjall\u00eb dhe i riciklojn\u00eb krizat. Psikologjia e krizave i ushqen dhe i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit ato.
