Festat me daulle e qeleshe, me desh e qingja t\u00eb therrur, po i b\u00ebn Saliu, ndaj duhet t\u00eb gjenim di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Dhe ashtu sikund\u00ebr dy muaj t\u00eb shkuar me ekspozit\u00ebn e hartave q\u00eb organizuam n\u00eb Bruksel, e ndam\u00eb m\u00ebndjen t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ekspozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkujtimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb dhe mbetet nj\u00eb prej festave popullore m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Mir\u00ebpo, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se nj\u00eb fest\u00eb popullore, jam i prirur ta shoh k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb si dita e shtetit shqiptar, ku shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb shohin se \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me shtetin e tyre. Shteti modern nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb folklor. Shteti modern \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion, ndaj edhe dit\u00ebn e lindjes s\u00eb shtetit nuk desh\u00ebm ta p\u00ebrkujtojm\u00eb me koncerte, por vendos\u00ebm t\u00eb ngrem\u00eb nj\u00eb Ekspozit\u00eb me nj\u00eb itinerar historik t\u00eb simboleve t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, flamuj, stema e fotografi, \u00e7\u2019prej vitit 1912 e deri m\u00eb sot. Natyrisht p\u00ebr ta gjezdisur pastaj k\u00ebt\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb k\u00ebtej e andej kufirit, nga Prishtina e deri n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pak dit\u00eb para se t\u00eb niseshim p\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb u publikua lajmi rreth ekspozit\u00ebs. Qeveria k\u00ebsaj radhe nuk mund t\u2019i lejonte m\u00eb vetes t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohej si n\u00eb rastin e ekspozit\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb Bruksel. Dhe vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb marrin masa. Natyrisht halldup\u00e7e. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb presion me sa mundeshin, ku me hir e ku me pahir autoriteteve t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mos mir\u00ebpresin Ekspozit\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, duke p\u00ebrgatitur me urgjenc\u00eb nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrekspozit\u00eb. Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menduari s\u00eb prapi u ka mbetur q\u00eb nga koha e vitit \u201891: mitingje-antimitingje.<\/p>\n<p>Por aq t\u00eb mbaruar jan\u00eb, sa megjith\u00ebse desh\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kund\u00ebrekspozit\u00ebn kund\u00ebr nism\u00ebs son\u00eb, nj\u00eb shtet i t\u00ebr\u00eb nuk organizon dot nj\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb. Koleksionet shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb flen\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr arkiva, jan\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ekspozit\u00eb ato duhen gjetur e mbledhur, duken sistemuar, duken restauruar se nuk u ka v\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00eb kurr\u00eb njeri p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtje. Ju kujtohet Albert Verria tek Koncerti, n\u00eb rolin e beut hilanjos q\u00eb i thot\u00eb shoferit: \u201cAman, sa par\u00e1 do q\u00eb t\u2019jua prish\u00ebsh koncertin artistkave nga Tirana\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nisemi p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00eb. P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk e din\u00eb, kalimi i kufirit tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb formalitet fare rutinor dhe madje edhe i thjeshtuar. Kur del nga Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb, policia shqiptare nuk t\u00eb ndalon fare dhe kontrollin e b\u00ebn policia kosovare. Anasjelltas, kur rrug\u00ebton nga Kosova p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri, policia kosovare nuk t\u00eb ndalon dhe kontrolli b\u00ebhet n\u00eb pik\u00ebn shqiptare. Kur mendon se sa jet\u00eb jan\u00eb rrezikuar e humbur p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar at\u00eb t\u00eb shkret\u00eb kufi, gati-gati ndjehesh fajtor q\u00eb tani \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. Sa breza kosovar\u00ebsh kan\u00eb vdekur me \u00ebndrr\u00ebn t\u00eb kalonin nj\u00eb her\u00eb k\u00ebtej, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb ata e imagjinonin p\u00ebrrall\u00eb. Sa e sa shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb rrezikuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr klon, n\u00ebp\u00ebr male e d\u00ebbor\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u arratisur nga v\u00ebndi i tyre. \u00c7far\u00eb keqkuptimi absurd, i zgjatur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb shekulli!<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb themi \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb duam, por ashtu sikund\u00ebr ndodh sa her\u00eb krahasohemi me dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, e nj\u00ebjta ndodh n\u00ebse i hyn qederit t\u00eb krahasosh an\u00ebn shqiptare t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs me at\u00eb kosovare. P\u00ebrtej kufirit autostrada ndryshon si nata me dit\u00ebn me ton\u00ebn. K\u00ebtej kufirit rruga \u00ebsht\u00eb plot hyrje-dalje t\u00eb pakontrolluara, mungojn\u00eb barrierat metalike, nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ende nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e urave, rruga po fillon t\u00eb mbushet me nd\u00ebrtime pa leje, klube e karburante, skarpatat e b\u00ebra keq e t\u00eb sistemuara keq po rr\u00ebshqasin n\u00eb shum\u00eb pika, rruga fillon me 2 korsi pastaj b\u00ebhet me 4, pastaj prap\u00eb me 2, pastaj me 4, me 2 me 4, nj\u00eb tortur\u00eb e rrezikshme, asfalti dhe cil\u00ebsia e shtratit dallojn\u00eb si me thik\u00eb sipas firmave q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb secil\u00ebn pjes\u00eb, e \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb them tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr krahun kosovar, p\u00ebrshkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb, hiq t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto q\u00eb thash\u00eb deri tani dhe ke p\u00ebrshkruar rrug\u00ebn. Shto edhe faktin q\u00eb krahu kosovar ka edhe lukse t\u00eb tilla evropiane, si p\u00ebr shembull e gjith\u00eb autostrada n\u00eb t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebt n\u00eb distanc\u00eb 10 deri 20 metra, \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrethuar me gardh metalik p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar kafsh\u00ebt e egra e t\u00eb buta t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn. Jemi bat\u00ebrdisur aq shum\u00eb nga propaganda e Saliut, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta besosh diferenc\u00ebn pa e par\u00eb vet\u00eb me sy.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb mb\u00ebrrijm\u00eb pasdite, megjithat\u00eb blej nj\u00eb dor\u00eb gazeta p\u00ebr t\u2019u ambjentuar. Po t\u00eb hap\u00ebsh gazetat e Kosov\u00ebs, vet\u00ebm nga emrat e v\u00ebndeve mund t\u00eb kuptosh se je n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e jo n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Hallet jan\u00eb po ato: N\u00eb Prizren ankohen p\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e kalldr\u00ebmit me asfalt. N\u00eb Podujev\u00eb mungon uji dhe kalamajt\u00eb b\u00ebrtasin duam uj\u00eb. N\u00eb Gjilan tifoz\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb sherr n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e blert\u00eb. Mungojn\u00eb mjek\u00ebt n\u00eb spital, shkollave ju duhen nd\u00ebrtuar kulmet (\u00e7atit\u00eb). Gjykat\u00ebsja \u00ebsht\u00eb e korruptuar, ministri grabit tenderin, m\u00ebsuesja shkon me kobure n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, s\u2019paguajn\u00eb dritat, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, un\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjej gj\u00ebra t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb g\u00ebzohem. G\u00ebzohem se shoh q\u00eb duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, jemi i nj\u00ebjti popull, p\u00ebr \u201cinat\u201d t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr q\u00eb thon\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt dhe kosovar\u00ebt jan\u00eb dy kombe t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Imagjino sikur t\u00eb ndodhte e kund\u00ebrta, sikur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb shkonte fjoll\u00eb, tenderat, rrug\u00ebt, uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi, dritat, gjykatat, \u00e7atit\u00eb e shkollave, spitalet! Kushdo do t\u00eb mendonte se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dy popuj t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm dhe jo me dy gjysma t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs.
