Madje dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i vendit n\u00eb NATO mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik. Ky frangment tregon se kupola komuniste q\u00eb drejton dy partit\u00eb kryesore, PS-n\u00eb e PD-n\u00eb, ia ariti q\u00ebllimit kryesor: nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb e prishi dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb imazhin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr e ngriti n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ri armiq\u00ebsimin e popullit shqiptar t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy kampe.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dy kampet e shikojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri tjetrin me po at\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi q\u00eb e shikonin gjat\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs pjesa besnike e partis\u00eb komuniste pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit t\u00ebshpallur armike t\u00eb partis\u00eb. Ky fragment tregon se u shty p\u00ebr n\u00eb kalendat greke an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, madje mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen hapa prapa duke u ripar\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb NATO dhe l\u00ebvizja pa viza. Pra sot, edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb iu dha rasti kupol\u00ebs komuniste t\u00eb f\u00ebrkoj\u00eb duart e t&#8217;u thot\u00eb t\u00eb huajve: &#8220;Shqiptar\u00ebt e kishin hak diktatur\u00ebn ton\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb drejtuesit e pozit\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs nuk po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb falur dhe nuk i d\u00ebnojn\u00eb shkeljet q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb, tregon se ata e kan\u00eb dashur dhe e kan\u00eb synuar k\u00ebt\u00eb katraur\u00eb. Ata dhe pronar\u00ebt e tyre e duan anarkin\u00eb dhe mos futjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb anarki ata mund t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb pasurimin e tyre dhe t\u00eb besnik\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb llogari. Hyrja n\u00eb Europ\u00eb nuk iu vjen p\u00ebr shtat sepse n\u00eb at\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi pasurimi i qeveritar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb i kontrolluesh\u00ebm e d\u00ebnohet kur \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rast se ish kupola komuniste nuk telekomandon konkretisht drejtuesit e pozit\u00ebs dhe opozit\u00ebs, at\u00ebhere do t\u00eb thosha se fajin e ka mend\u00ebsia komuniste, mend\u00ebsia sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs vet\u00ebm partia ime ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ai q\u00eb mendon ndryshe \u00ebsht\u00eb armiku im, ai duhet t\u00eb bindet e n\u00ebnshtrohet, p\u00ebrndryshe duhet luftuar e asgj\u00ebsuar. Mend\u00ebsia komuniste, mend\u00ebsia e nd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb mendimit ndryshe erdhi n\u00eb Europ\u00eb mbas krijimit t\u00eb partive komuniste, sidomos pas ardhjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb pushtet. Ato e ndan\u00eb popullin n\u00eb dy kampe: populli besnik i partis\u00eb dhe armiqt\u00eb e partis\u00eb e t\u00eb popullit.<\/p>\n<p>U quajt\u00ebn besnik\u00eb t\u00eb partis\u00eb ajo pjes\u00eb e popullit q\u00eb p\u00ebrqafoi propagand\u00ebn e partis\u00eb dhe i shkoi pas goj\u00ebkycur. U quajt\u00ebn armiq t\u00eb popullit gjith\u00eb ata shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i shkuan pas propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebn goj\u00ebn kund\u00ebr saj. Kjo pjes\u00eb u eleminua mbas marrjes s\u00eb pushtetit dhe u internua n\u00ebp\u00ebr kampe pune e burgje, &#8220;p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos infektuar&#8221; pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit dhe p\u00ebr ta mbajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00ebn frik\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nj\u00eb vend i varf\u00ebr, shum\u00eb i prapambetur tek i cili kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e tyre zgjedhat e huaja shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjata, pjesa q\u00eb i shkoi pas PKSH-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs Antifashiste dhe gjat\u00eb viteve 1944-90, p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte shumic\u00ebn e popullit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmes propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb fuqishme dhe terorit u mboll ideja se komunizmi do t\u00eb ishte i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb gjith\u00eb kampin socialist, madje atij i p\u00ebrkiste e ardhmja e gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Mir\u00ebpo ecuria ekonomike e k\u00ebtij sistemi shoq\u00ebror q\u00eb nuk e p\u00ebrfilli natyr\u00ebn e njeriut si qenie intersi dhe q\u00eb autoritetin e vet e krijoi mbi frik\u00ebn e terrorin, erdhi duke r\u00ebn\u00eb. Interesi, leverdia personale e familjare dhe liria, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb e jan\u00eb energjia motorike q\u00eb e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb dhe e v\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb vitet 1989-91 ndodhi ajo q\u00eb pritej: shk\u00ebrmoqja e diktaturave komuniste n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo kjo shk\u00ebrmoqje e diktaturave komuniste dhe instalimi i demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore, pra dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, u zhvilluan sipas skemave t\u00eb paramenduara t\u00eb Gorbacovit. Pushteti politik t\u00eb l\u00ebshohej p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht dhe t\u00eb punohej p\u00ebr fuqizimin ekonomik t\u00eb klanit komunist, pastaj t\u00eb rimerrej pushteti e t\u00eb sundohej me sllogane t\u00eb reja n\u00eb kushtet e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb pluralizmit e t\u00eb pron\u00ebs private, ku politikan\u00ebt dhe biznesmen\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb ish komunist\u00eb, ish sigurimsa dhe besnik\u00eb t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb strategji ka ecur tranzicioni n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore deri m\u00eb sot. Ish komunist\u00eb e ish sigurimsa edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb sot shtres\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve. K\u00ebta punojn\u00eb sipas strategjis\u00eb gorbacoviane p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb tym e mjegull, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb p\u00ebrcarje n\u00eb popull duke ushqyer tifozll\u00ebkun e s\u00ebmur\u00eb. Kjo ka sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb ndarje deri n\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb me pasoja shkat\u00ebrrimtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se jemi populli m\u00eb i abuzuar i kontinentit europian. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy mij\u00eb vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit zgjedhat e huaja tep\u00ebr t\u00eb gjata, asimilimi prej fqinj\u00ebve e faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb na kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi katandisur n\u00eb nj\u00eb popull t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, q\u00eb rrezikohet t\u00eb shb\u00ebhet. Pra duhet t\u00eb mbledhim mendjen e t\u00eb gjykojm\u00eb me seriozitet sesi mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohemi prej mend\u00ebsis\u00eb komuniste, prej tifozll\u00ebkut t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb, prej armiq\u00ebsimit artificial, q\u00eb na e mbolli ideologjia e praktika komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Ne mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojm\u00eb nga shkat\u00ebrrimi e t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohemi nga k\u00ebto s\u00ebmundje duke iu larguar propagandave partiake, duke iu larguar disiplin\u00ebs partiake, duke d\u00ebgjuar nd\u00ebrgjegjen ton\u00eb qytetare e atdhetare m\u00eb shum\u00eb se urdh\u00ebrat e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb partive ku aderojm\u00eb a simpatizojm\u00eb. T\u00eb veprojm\u00eb jo si \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr partin\u00eb, por si \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.
