K\u00ebto d\u00ebmtime kan\u00eb ardhur si pasoj\u00eb e kontaktit t\u00eb predh\u00ebs me trupa t\u00eb huaj para se plumbi ta godas viktim\u00ebn Veizi.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas ekspert\u00ebve, n\u00eb predh\u00ebn 9 mm q\u00eb ndodhej n\u00eb trupin e t\u00eb vrarit, jan\u00eb konstatuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqyrjes mikroskopike rrath\u00eb anash predh\u00ebs, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e ekspert\u00ebve se para se t\u00eb goditet viktima, predha ka pas kontakt me sende t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, n\u00eb raport, ekspert\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar edhe disa fije bari, shkurre apo edhe t\u00eb drurit t\u00eb pish\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb gjetur s\u00eb bashku me predh\u00ebn n\u00eb trupin e viktim\u00ebs. K\u00ebto trupa t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb predh\u00eb, sipas ekspert\u00ebve, konfirmojn\u00eb se plumbi para se t\u00eb godas trupin e t\u00eb vrarit ka pas kontakte me fije bari, gjethe, shkurre, apo edhe deg\u00eb t\u00eb pishave&#8221;, &#8211; referuar raportit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar nga ekspert\u00ebt e Institutit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruara me imt\u00ebsi n\u00eb raport, rezulton se teoria e disa mediave, forumeve, analist\u00ebve apo disa politikan\u00ebve etj, se Veizi \u00ebsht\u00eb vrar\u00eb nga personi i thinjur ngjitur me \u00e7ad\u00ebr n\u00eb dor\u00eb, apo nga nj\u00ebri nga tre personat e fshehur prapa shtyll\u00ebs s\u00eb port\u00ebs hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb, bie.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas prokuroris\u00eb, ekspertimi i Policis\u00eb Shkencore p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb prov\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr organin e akuz\u00ebs, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb renditur tashm\u00eb n\u00eb provat q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se plumbi q\u00eb goditi t\u00eb ndjerin Veizi ka ardhur nga brenda rrethimit t\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb, nga dritarja e ndodhur vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kat posht\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebqyrja e rrobave: Viktimat nuk jan\u00eb q\u00eblluar nga af\u00ebr<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, po ekspert\u00ebt e policis\u00eb shkencore q\u00eb ndodhen pran\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme, sipas prokuroris\u00eb, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar edhe k\u00ebqyrjen e rrobave t\u00eb tre viktimave, duke arritur n\u00eb konkluzion se vrasjet e tyre nuk jan\u00eb kryer nga nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb e af\u00ebrt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nga ekspertimi i rrobave t\u00eb tre t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve, rezulton se nuk ka asnj\u00eb faktor plot\u00ebsues baruti apo djegie n\u00eb vrimat hyr\u00ebse. Mos gjetja e faktor\u00ebve plot\u00ebsues n\u00eb rrobat e viktimave, hedh posht\u00eb dyshimet se vrasjet e tyre jan\u00eb kryer nga nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb e af\u00ebrt&#8221;,- thuhet nga prokuroria, duke hedhur posht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu edhe pretendimet e mjekut t\u00eb Spitalit Ushtarak q\u00eb nxitoi duke deklaruar se ata ishin vrar\u00eb nga af\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas akuz\u00ebs, n\u00ebse viktimat do t\u00eb q\u00eblloheshin nga af\u00ebr n\u00eb rrobat e tyre do t\u00eb kishte mbetje t\u00eb barutit (apo si\u00e7 njihen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e ekspert\u00ebve faktor plot\u00ebsues). Gjithashtu, rreth vrim\u00ebs hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb predh\u00ebs, n\u00ebse viktima \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eblluar nga af\u00ebr rroba do t\u00eb kishte djegie, \u00e7ka n\u00eb rastet konkrete asnj\u00ebri nuk kishte djegie.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje fakti, q\u00eb ky p\u00ebrfundim, bie ndesh haptas me at\u00eb q\u00eb deklaruan \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht n\u00eb union, vet\u00ebm pak pas masakr\u00ebs n\u00eb Bulevardin D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit, mjeku Sami Ko\u00e7eku i Spitalit Ushtarak, ministri Arben Imami n\u00eb TV Klan dhe Sali Berisha n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn e shtypit n\u00eb or\u00ebn 19.00 po at\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>THIRRET PJERIN NDREU<\/p>\n<p>Thirret edhe Pjerin Ndreu n\u00eb Prokurori. Dje \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar edhe sekuestrimi i ftesave t\u00eb deputeteve t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb p\u00ebr demonstrat\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrsa deputeti Doshi ka shkuar n\u00eb Prokurori dhe ka shtyr\u00eb takimin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb kamerave<\/p>\n<p>JO VRASJE NGA AF\u00cbR<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kryer akt-ekspertimi i rrobave t\u00eb viktimave dhe rezulton se nuk ka fakte-plot\u00ebsues, si djegie apo barut \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se bie zyrtarisht pista e &#8220;vrasjes nga af\u00ebr&#8221;. Rezulton se t\u00eb tre t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt jan\u00eb q\u00eblluar nga nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb e larg\u00ebt, mbi 10 metra<\/p>\n<p>PLUMBI I VEIZIT<\/p>\n<p>Nga ekspertimi i predh\u00ebs 9 mm t\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb trupin e Ziver Veizit ka rezultuar, se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebmtuar. Nga k\u00ebqyrja mikroskopike ka rezultuar se jan\u00eb gjetur copa t\u00eb imta t\u00eb mbetjeve t\u00eb djegura t\u00eb pjes\u00eb s\u00eb druri, gjethe apo pishe t\u00eb lulishtes para gardistit<\/p>\n<p>URDH\u00cbRA ARRESTI<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar edhe tre urdhra arrestit p\u00ebr personat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb konstatuar, se kan\u00eb kryer veprime vandale dhe t\u00eb dhunshme ndaj policis\u00eb, apo pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore e private. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb persona q\u00eb kan\u00eb djegur makina private pran\u00eb protest\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>NDALIME ME FOTO<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria ka k\u00ebrkuar nga policia, t\u00eb sjell\u00eb fotot e demonstruesve q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb akte shkat\u00ebrrimi t\u00eb pron\u00ebs apo q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00eblluar polic\u00eb. Sipas prokuror\u00ebve, k\u00ebto raste do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb p\u00ebr caktim t\u00eb mas\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb munges\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>GARDA S&#8217;JEP ARM\u00cbT<\/p>\n<p>Garda i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion prokuroris\u00eb vet\u00ebm 52 arm\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, si automatik &#8220;Kallashnikov&#8221; apo edhe &#8220;MP-5&#8221; e arm\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren nga Garda. Nuk jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb arm\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara me justifikimin se &#8220;Garda mbetet pa arm\u00eb&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>GARDA N\u00cb &#8216;KULL\u00cb&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Garda nuk pranon bashk\u00ebpunimin me Prokurorin\u00eb. Nuk sillen p\u00ebr t&#8217;u marr\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje gardist\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb brenda nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb.
