\u201cN\u00ebn frym\u00ebn e konsensusit si dhe sipas standardeve demokratike, si Kryetar i Shtetit shqiptar, n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente t\u00eb r\u00ebnda e delikate theksoj me forc\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn se klasa politike shqiptare duhet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb e t\u00eb ver\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mekanizmat ligjor\u00eb e demokratik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga kjo situat\u00eb problematike n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe stabilitetin e duhur p\u00ebr vendin dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb realizim t\u00eb projekteve dhe t\u00eb ardhmes son\u00eb evropiane\u201d, u shpreh Presidenti Bamir Topi.<\/p>\n

Ai sugjeroi pezullimin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm i \u00e7far\u00ebdolloj demonstrate apo tubimi publik me argumentin se kjo, do t\u00eb kontribuonte ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb uljen e tensionit si dhe mund\u00ebsimit t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb duhura p\u00ebr institucionet e pavarura t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim t\u00ebr\u00ebsor, transparent, t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm dhe profesional.<\/p>\n

Topi vuri n\u00eb dukje se duhet q\u00eb p\u00ebr stabilizimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb situat\u00ebs, si mazhoranca ashtu edhe opozita t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb vullnetin e duhur politik dhe individual e t\u00eb rivendosin menj\u00ebher\u00eb dialogun politik institucional!<\/p>\n

\u201cQytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur aspirat\u00ebn e tyre integruese, nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb peng pafund\u00ebsisht i retorik\u00ebs gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr n\u00eb publik t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve dhe faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb\u201d, tha Presidenti Topi. <\/p>\n

Ai duke mos v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn legjitime t\u00eb \u00e7do subjekti politike dhe individi p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar paq\u00ebsisht, s\u00eb bashku me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin e posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian dhe n\u00eb unision me organizmat e tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, d\u00ebnojm\u00eb dhun\u00ebn e ushtruar dhe t\u00eb pajustifikuar gjat\u00eb ngjarjeve t\u00eb 21 janarit duke theksuar edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u00eb rendi kushtetues e publik, jeta e qytetar\u00ebve dhe e punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb detyr\u00eb si dhe institucionet e shtetit jan\u00eb t\u00eb shenjta e t\u00eb paprekshme<\/p>\n

Me poshte eshte e plote deklarata e presidentit Topi<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Sot zhvillova dy takime me delegacionin e posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, t\u00eb kryesuar nga zoti Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak, me t\u00eb cilin bisedova rreth situat\u00ebs dhe klim\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnduar politike t\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb sidomos pas ngjarjeve tragjike t\u00eb 21 janarit, duke ndar\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje. S\u00eb bashku diskutuam rreth mund\u00ebsive p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebzgjidhje t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme nga kjo situat\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash d\u00ebmton r\u00ebnd\u00eb edhe imazhin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs shpreha mir\u00ebnjohjen p\u00ebr v\u00ebmendjen dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e vazhdueshme t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrpjekjeve, apeleve dhe deklaratave t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme lidhur me zgjidhjen e mosmarr\u00ebveshjes politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb edhe me q\u00ebndrimet dhe me mesazhet e vazhdueshme t\u00eb partner\u00ebve dhe miqve tan\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, ritheksova q\u00ebndrimin institucional se dialogu konstruktiv, i maturuar dhe me tone t\u00eb qeta e t\u00eb civilizuara mes pal\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e vetme e domosdoshme drejt zgjidhjes s\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjes politike dhe garanti i stabilitetit, i funksionimit normal t\u00eb shtetit ligjor si dhe respekti i plot\u00eb p\u00ebr institucionet n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebn frym\u00ebn e konsensusit si dhe sipas standardeve demokratike, si Kryetar i Shtetit shqiptar, n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente t\u00eb r\u00ebnda e delikate theksoj me forc\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn se klasa politike shqiptare duhet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb e t\u00eb ver\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mekanizmat ligjor\u00eb e demokratik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga kjo situat\u00eb problematike n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe stabilitetin e duhur p\u00ebr vendin dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb realizim t\u00eb projekteve dhe t\u00eb ardhmes son\u00eb evropiane.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb nevoj\u00eb imediate dhe jetike q\u00eb t\u00eb rifitohet qet\u00ebsia, t\u00eb rigjehet maturia, vullneti i mir\u00eb si dhe gjuha e dialogut institucional nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs, sepse vet\u00ebm funksionimi normal i hap\u00ebsirave dhe mjeteve demokratike nga ana e institucioneve kushtetuese e t\u00eb pavarura do t\u00eb na sillte s\u00ebrish n\u00eb normalizimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe funksionimit normal t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti ligjor, modern e demokratik, si\u00e7 i ka hije vendit dhe popullit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb priz\u00ebm nuk duhet harruar se zgjedhjet vendore po afrohen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb prag t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim ligjor dhe moral i mbar\u00eb klas\u00ebs dhe aktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nj\u00eb klim\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb, nj\u00eb zhvillim normal dhe administrim korrekt t\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe rezultateve q\u00eb do t\u00eb dalin prej tyre. Qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb duhen lejuar dhe mund\u00ebsuar q\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin vullnetin e tyre t\u00eb lir\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vot\u00ebs, s\u00eb pac\u00ebnuar e t\u00eb pa manipuluar nga askush, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb ket\u00eb shansin p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb realisht edhe zyrtarisht nj\u00eb an\u00ebtare e denj\u00eb dhe e barabart\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb madhe evropiane. E ardhmja evropiane e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb varet nga sjellja e p\u00ebrgjegjshme, atdhetare dhe vizionare e drejtuesve politik\u00eb t\u00eb mbar\u00eb spektrit politik!
