Dhe nuk ka se si t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb, pasi ata shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb e plagosur p\u00ebr krimin e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb opozitar\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 2011 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb krim t\u00eb jesh opozitar. Por vini re: jo krim q\u00eb ndiqet penalisht n\u00eb shkall\u00ebt e sallat e gjykimit, por krim q\u00eb nd\u00ebshkohet aty p\u00ebr aty, me vendim snaiperash. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, zot\u00ebrinj t\u00eb policis\u00eb? Na jepni versionin tuaj, at\u00ebher\u00eb! Na shpjegoni pse u vran\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb tre!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb ishin duke b\u00ebr\u00eb kur u vran\u00eb? Ishin duke lin\u00e7uar ndok\u00ebnd? Kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb posht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb polic, dhe po e mbysnin apo po i zinin frym\u00ebn? Duhet nj\u00eb shpjegim. Duhet shpjegimi, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vesh ndonj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb q\u00eb justifikon egzekutimin e tre shqiptar\u00ebve (nuk ka rrethana t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb ngjarjen e sotme; v\u00ebrtet, \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrligjur t\u00eb vras\u00ebsh dik\u00eb q\u00eb po q\u00ebllon me gur\u00eb kund\u00ebr polic\u00ebve?), por p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vesh se vrasjet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me logjik\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb kriminale.<\/p>\n<p>Pse ndodhi sa m\u00eb sip\u00ebr? Nuk po ndalem n\u00eb momente apo sjellje t\u00eb hershme t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs pal\u00eb apo tjetr\u00ebs. Po ndalem n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e fundit. \u00c7do gj\u00eb filloi, kur opozita njoftoi se do t\u00eb protestonte fort kund\u00ebr pushtetit; por jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin, pasi s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb idiot n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme pushteti mund t\u00eb merret me dhun\u00eb; k\u00ebtejpari pushteti mund t\u00eb merret me vjedhje votash; dhe mund t\u00eb mbahet me dhun\u00eb, si\u00e7 po mbahet; por, e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, nuk mund t\u00eb merret me dhun\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb merret as duke pushtuar po dhunsh\u00ebm institucionet; se ja, ta z\u00ebm\u00eb se i pushtove, po pastaj \u00e7\u2019do b\u00ebsh? K\u00ebto q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mendurat n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim demokratik. Opozita nuk nd\u00ebshkohet, me opozit\u00ebn vet\u00ebm negocjohet. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb regjim diktatorial thot\u00eb se \u201cdo t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb rendin kushtetues nga opozita\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim demokratik opozita nuk shihet si nj\u00eb entitet q\u00eb rrezikon, apo si nj\u00eb entitet, q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon rendin kushtetues, apo si nj\u00eb entitet, nga i cili duhet t\u00eb mbrohemi.<\/p>\n<p>Po si i b\u00ebhet kur nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb k\u00ebrkon qiqra n\u00eb hell, apo kur nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00e7mendur? Asgj\u00eb. Nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb e till\u00eb (t\u00eb kuptohemi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hi\u00e7 ky rasti i opozit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme; thjesht po eci me logjik\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb \u201ce kan\u00eb medemek shum\u00eb xhan rendin kushtetues\u201d) \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb kosto, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet ta paguajm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pasi kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita q\u00eb ne kemi. Dhe kjo kosto minimizohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kompromisit, bisedave e negocjatave. Ju kujtohet opozita e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr tet\u00eb vjet me radh\u00eb? Ishte e tmerrshme (dhe un\u00eb kam q\u00ebn\u00eb kritik me t\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs), por ishte taksa q\u00eb i paguanim pafuqis\u00eb son\u00eb kolektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Ajo opozit\u00eb sulmoi dhe pushtoi institucionet, rr\u00ebmbeu tanket, rrethoi dhe selin\u00eb e vet me tanke, e \u00e7far\u00eb e gjeti? Asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk mori masa nd\u00ebshkuese, ndon\u00ebse kauza ishte e stisur dhe e shpifur (u akuzua Fatos Nano q\u00eb kish vrar\u00eb Azem Hajdarin; bash mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb u b\u00eb ai manifestim q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi me pushtim institucionesh. Ju kujtohet kjo, besoj.
