Gerveni pretendoi se Gjiri i Sarand\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb historik p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe se Greqia ka pasur t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb afroj\u00eb vij\u00ebn kufitare drejt Sarand\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por, sikurse dihet, Gjykata Kushtetuese vendosi se ka mang\u00ebsi serioze n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e marr\u00ebveshjes; moszbatim t\u00eb parimeve baz\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ndarjen e hap\u00ebsirave detare midis dy vendeve me q\u00ebllim arritjen e nj\u00eb rezultati t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm; mosmarrje parasysh t\u00eb ishujve si rrethana t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb delimitimin e hap\u00ebsirave detare.<\/p>\n<p>Zot\u00ebria e Tij, President dhe Komandant i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura, t\u00eb cilit iu faktua nga Gjykata Kushtetuese se i kishin grabitur fuqit\u00eb e plota p\u00ebr negocimin e kufijve detar\u00eb me fqinjin jugor, brenda 4 muajve, ringre n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtarak, q\u00eb tentoi t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsoj\u00eb kufirin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb atdheut. Jo vet\u00ebm kaq, kund\u00ebradmirali iu kund\u00ebrvu turpsh\u00ebm hartografit Myslim Pashaj.<\/p>\n<p>Zot\u00ebria e Tij President i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb penal p\u00ebr grupin e madh t\u00eb kufi-shit\u00ebsve (Kryeminist\u00ebr, ministra t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, ministra t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme, ministra t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb, jurist\u00eb, ushtarak\u00eb), vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sehir p\u00ebr vazhdimin e negociatave me Greqin\u00eb dhe pas vendimit t\u00eb Kushtetueses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me paktin e kufirit detar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Kushtetut\u00ebn, Kodin Penal. Thjesht, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me krimin e tradhtis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<br \/>\nShtoj se ishte Pashaj q\u00eb i ktheu nderin e humbur Zot\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Tij President i Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr plotfuqit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb shesh nj\u00eb maskarad\u00eb e turpshme teksa Institucioni i Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, me shkres\u00ebn nr. 1976\/1, dat\u00eb 3.12.2009 drejtuar Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, shprehej se e linte n\u00eb \u00e7mim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Gjykate vler\u00ebsimin lidhur me pajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb me Kushtetut\u00ebn e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb lidhur midis Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Greqis\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend q\u00eb Zot\u00ebria e Tij President i Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb protestonte t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr mos pajisjen e delegacionit shqiptar me plotfuqi t\u00eb rregullt p\u00ebr zhvillimin e negociatave dhe lidhjen e marr\u00ebveshjes, ia l\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7mim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Gjykate vler\u00ebsimin, lidhur me pajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb me Kushtetut\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>E \u00e7&#8217;e duam nj\u00eb President Republike q\u00eb nuk e di se Kushtetuta, n\u00eb nenin 92\/\u00eb, parashikon kompetenc\u00ebn e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr lidhjen e marr\u00ebveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare? Sipas Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb praktik\u00eb e vazhdueshme q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb bisedimeve dhe n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve me pal\u00eb shtetin shqiptar, delegacioni shqiptar t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb qen\u00eb i pajisur me plotfuqi nga ana e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs. Ky p\u00ebrb\u00ebn skandal m\u00eb vete.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, askush nuk ia var Zot\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Tij President, pasi ai vet\u00eb nuk i do kompetencat q\u00eb ia jep Kushtetuta. Zot\u00ebria e Tij President ka shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb &#8220;kusure&#8221; dekretuese q\u00eb e tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri pa personalitet, t\u00eb mefsht\u00eb, t\u00eb paaft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb sulmon rruga\u00e7\u00ebrisht Prof. Myslim Pashajn dhe ata q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb tok\u00ebsore t\u00eb shtetit, nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb lufton p\u00ebr t\u00eb ratifikuar nj\u00eb pakt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka: t\u00eb manipuloj\u00eb tender\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb em\u00ebrime nepotike-partiake-klanore deri dhe t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb lidhur me bot\u00ebn e krimit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, t\u00eb shes\u00eb informacione t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit sekret shqiptar n\u00eb vende jo-an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s, t&#8217;i ngarkoj\u00eb ambasadorit detyr\u00ebn e paligjshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb nj\u00eb komuniteti fetar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Zot\u00ebria e Tij President dhe Kryetar i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, me t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr implikimin e institucionit t\u00eb Kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb aferat e tender\u00ebve, nuk duhej t\u00eb priste &#8220;distancimin&#8221; e kryetares, por t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte dor\u00ebheqjen e saj. Ta z\u00ebm\u00eb se problemi i ish-z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Ilir Meta del i pafajsh\u00ebm, qoft\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb paragjykime: e ka ndihmuar zonja Kryetare. Dhe n\u00ebse Ilir Meta del i fajsh\u00ebm dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb paragjykime s\u00ebrish: i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi zonja Kryetare p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr dyshimet ndaj saj.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb puna, Zot\u00ebria e Tij President nuk duhet t\u00eb deklarohet se p\u00ebr t&#8217;ia l\u00ebn\u00eb videon n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kujt drejt\u00ebsi? Asaj q\u00eb zvarrit pafund\u00ebsisht gjyqin e G\u00ebrdecit? Kujt Prokuroreje t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme i beson Zot\u00ebria e Tij President?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb emisionin e Bashkim Hoxh\u00ebs &#8220;Koha p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjuar&#8221; nj\u00eb telefonues i p\u00ebrmendi Prokurores s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme se disa t\u00eb arrestuar do t\u00eb shpenzojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb nj\u00eb video t\u00eb xhiruar n\u00eb Qaf\u00eb Shtam\u00eb. Koincidenc\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb arrestuar u liruan p\u00ebr Vitin e Ri!<br \/>\nZot\u00ebria e Tij President dekretoi nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr pensionet e ushtarak\u00ebve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese dhe direktivat e NATO-s.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga b\u00ebmat e tij t\u00eb fundit, por ka edhe t\u00eb tjera raste&#8230;. M\u00eb vjen keq ta them por Zot\u00ebria e Tij President \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb her\u00eb, njeri pa personalitet, i mefsht\u00eb, i paaft\u00eb dhe mediok\u00ebr. Vendime si ky fundit ngjallin frik\u00eb se Zot\u00ebria e Tij President mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe i kapur. Te t\u00eb huajt. Te &#8220;njer\u00ebzit e fort\u00eb&#8221;.
