Mesa duket politika e nxeht\u00eb shqiptare, prodhuesja e t\u00eb gjitha sherreve, nuk do t\u00eb bien kurr\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr k\u00ebto data, duke mbajtur peng k\u00ebshtu vendin dhe t\u00eb rreshtuar sipas krah\u00ebve n\u00eb dy skalione. Lufta m\u00eb e fundit bot\u00ebrore i p\u00ebrket shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, por shqiptar\u00ebt gjenden gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb, por tashm\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebm me vetveten. Koha kalon dhe t\u00eb pandreq\u00ebshmit po notojn\u00eb ende n\u00eb lluc\u00ebn e revanshizmit poltik, duke p\u00ebrballur mes tyre dy ideale t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta : rast i paprecedent\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Nga moria e temave q\u00eb menduam t\u00eb shkruanim me prof. Benvenuton, kaluan muaj nga ndarja nga jeta e s\u00eb bij\u00ebs, ishte edhe periudha e pararend\u00ebse e pushtimit t\u00eb vendit, periudh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kishte ngjarje t\u00eb reja t\u00eb palexuara m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarjet q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb epoka, po t\u2019I shpjegojm\u00eb edhe filozofikisht, nuk mund t\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, por kan\u00eb pas nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjesh dhe vler\u00ebsimesh q\u00eb synojn\u00eb realizmimin e tyre. K\u00ebkrohen deri n\u00eb detaje shkaqet, rrethanat, ecuria, interpretimi e deri tek rezultati final q\u00eb duhet ta p\u00ebrmbyll\u00eb nj\u00eb synim t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb menduar mir\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt n\u00eb bisedime dhe pazare t\u00eb asaj kohe, Musolini dhe Zogu me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb dukej si nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e natyrshme e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr mbrojtje dhe p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi historike. N\u00eb ferrin e luft\u00ebs nj\u00eb vend si Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb binte shum\u00eb shpejt viktim\u00eb e p\u00ebrleshjeve t\u00eb rradh\u00ebs midis fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, pasi gjendja brenda vendit ishte katastrofike.<\/p>\n<p>Me krahin\u00ebn e Puljas, me qytetin e Foxh\u00ebs, apo edhe t\u00eb tjera, si\u00e7 e kemi theksuar edhe n\u00eb artikujt e tjer\u00eb, na lidh nj\u00eb histori tep\u00ebr e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb nga koha e Heroit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar Gjergj Kastriotit. Por q\u00eb historia t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritej pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb udh\u00ebkryqin e Ballkanit, kjo duket se ka pas q\u00ebn\u00eb e shkruar n\u00eb shekuj. Por \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi realisht q\u00eb kjo krahin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb? Duket se aty mori udh\u00eb ideja e pushtimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga fashist\u00ebt e Musolinit dhe nga tradhtia e klik\u00ebs s\u00eb Zogut. Po t\u2019i referohemi dokumentave apo edhe ditar\u00ebve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuan fatin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, do t\u00eb shohim se gjith\u00e7ka u p\u00ebrgatit m\u00eb s\u00eb miri p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar synimin final : pushtimin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit n\u00eb kthim nga Roma, ku kishte shkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb takonte Ministrin e jasht\u00ebm \u00c7ano lidhur me p\u00ebrcaktimin e disa \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve poltike, ekonomike dhe ushtarake mbetur pezull midis Italis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Jakomoni u befasua m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 15 mars 1939 n\u00eb stacionin e Foxh\u00ebs nga nj\u00eb telefonat\u00eb urgjente e \u00c7anos q\u00eb i tha se n\u00eb fush\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kishte ndodhur di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019ia thoshte n\u00eb telefon. Jakomoni iu p\u00ebrgjigj se do t\u00eb shkonte ta takonte mbretin Zog dhe do t\u2019i telegrafonte nga Tirana pas bised\u00ebs me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur mb\u00ebriti aty m\u00ebsoi lajmin se trupat gjermane nat\u00ebn kishin filluar pushtimin e Bohemias dhe e kuptoi motivin e telefonat\u00ebs tep\u00ebr t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar s\u00eb \u00c7anos, pra ishte p\u00ebrshpejtuar dhe ishte p\u00ebrcaktuar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb lidhur me nj\u00eb veprim force t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb italiane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nga ditari i \u00c7anos m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 15 mars 1939 duken disa pavendosm\u00ebri t\u00eb Musolinit ndaj vendit t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebrball\u00eb Italis\u00eb : e shikonte si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj pushtimit gjerman t\u00eb Bohemias, por ndruhej se ajo nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrbalanconte n\u00eb opinionin publik p\u00ebrshtypjen e ekspansionit t\u00eb Raihut n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga territoret m\u00eb t\u00eb pasura t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pa e ditur se cila ishte situata dhe se \u00e7far\u00eb mendonte Musolini, Jakomoni nuk e mori parasysh komunikimin me telefon q\u00eb b\u00ebri me \u00c7anon, filloi bisedat sipas porosive t\u00eb marra n\u00eb Rom\u00eb. M\u00eb 18 mars Legata telegrafonte : Lidhur me porosit\u00eb tuaja, sapo mb\u00ebrrita, fillova bisedat intensive q\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00ebsoja situat\u00ebn shum\u00eb t\u00eb turbullt, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn qendrore. Deklaratat q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebri gjenerali Zef Seregi, Minist\u00ebr i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Itali, si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb mia qet\u00ebsuese, jan\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb e gjendjes s\u00eb vendit. Ai m\u00eb tha se po shkonte n\u00eb Rom\u00eb me fuqi t\u00eb plota t\u00eb mbretit q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllte nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb, edhe pse e respektonte formalisht integritetin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, na k\u00ebnaqte ne plot\u00ebsisht. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb me ne.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Konica, k\u00ebshilltar i njohur i mbretit, deri pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kund\u00ebr Italis\u00eb, u shpreh n\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb me atasheun ushtarak se, n\u00ebse mbreti nuk do t\u2019i b\u00ebnte propozime Italis\u00eb, duke e lidhur me ne p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe pa rezerva vendin, n\u00ebse nuk do ta shp\u00ebtonin nga humnera ku po shkonte, ai dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt do t\u00eb dinin t\u2019ia impononin mbretit porpozimin q\u00eb duhej. Libohova edhe pse konfirmonte veprimtarin\u00eb antiitaliane t\u00eb shum\u00eb Legatave t\u00eb huaja, m\u00eb siguroi se nuk kishte asnj\u00eb tratativ\u00eb poltike apo financiare me ndonj\u00eb fuqi tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 20 mars 1939 Jakomoni, sipas protokollit, takoi mbretin Zog dhe biseda zgjati mbi dy or\u00eb. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen i telegrafoi Rom\u00ebs lidhur mesa kishte biseduar kok\u00eb m\u00eb kok\u00eb me mbretin: Mbreti m\u2019u duk se e admironte veprimin e Gjermanis\u00eb dhe se po afrohej p\u00ebr t\u00eb momenti q\u00eb ta realizonte \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb pushtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00ebn Jugosllavi. N\u00ebse Roma do t\u00eb vendoste nj\u00eb veprim kund\u00ebr Jugosllavis\u00eb, ai, n\u00eb momentin kur t\u00eb ishte vendosur se zbarkimi ishte gati, mund t\u00eb fillonte veprime bandash me t\u00eb cilat synonte q\u00eb brenda dy dit\u00ebsh do ta marshonte deri n\u00eb Nish.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse dukej se po e ndiqte me interes mbretin n\u00eb planin e tij, i k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u2019i runate p\u00ebr momentin t\u00eb pandryshuara raportet me Jugosllavin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mjaftohej q\u00eb ta mbante t\u00eb gjall\u00eb karakterin shqiptar t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ai m\u00eb siguroi se kjo do t\u00eb ishte sjellja e tij. Duke m\u2019u lutur q\u00eb t\u2019ju transmetoj k\u00ebt\u00eb siguri, p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb shpres\u00ebn q\u00eb Italia ta ndiqte shpejt Gjermanin\u00eb n\u00eb veprimet e saj n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn lindore. Italia mendonte apo e kishte n\u00eb plan q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb konfigurimi aktual politik i Ballkanit duhet t\u00eb binte dhe t\u2019i hapej rrug\u00eb nj\u00eb federate t\u00eb shteteve, n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Italis\u00eb. Por Jakomoni kishte edhe lajme t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr Zogun q\u00eb synonin pik\u00ebrisht edhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet ekonomike, kon\u00e7ensionet e mara nga Musolini, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat edhe e falenderonte.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e nisi p\u00ebr n\u00eb Rom\u00eb gjeneralin Seregi dhe shpresonte se misioni i tij mund t\u00eb ndihmonte q\u00eb t\u00eb krijohej midis dy vendeve nj\u00eb situat\u00eb q\u00eb, edhe pse e shp\u00ebton sovranitetin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mund t\u2019i k\u00ebnaq\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht interesat e Italis\u00eb. Q\u00ebndrimi i mbretit ushqeu besimin e Legat\u00ebs italiane s\u00eb cil\u00ebs i propozonte q\u00eb t\u00eb gjente n\u00eb situat\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nj\u00eb pretekst, p\u00ebrball\u00eb vetes dhe nacionalist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e leht\u00eb lejimi i pranin\u00eb s\u00eb forcave italiane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. K\u00ebt\u00eb besim e konfirmoi edhe me zgjedhjen e nj\u00eb gjenerali si Minist\u00ebr i d\u00ebrguar i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Rom\u00eb dhe me bised\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte patur me vet\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarin e \u00c7anos, Jakomonin. N\u00eb bised\u00ebn e tyre me mbretin ishin shmangur sakt\u00ebsime lidhur me zbarkimin e fashist\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sepse dukej e domosdoshme t\u00eb qet\u00ebsoheshe Tirana zyrtare, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn qendrore. Po at\u00eb dit\u00eb gjenerali Seregi komunikoi me kolonelin Gabrieli dhe m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 21 mars Jakomoni i telegrafonte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri Rom\u00ebs : Gjenerali shqiptar sakt\u00ebsoi se duke par\u00eb ngjarjet e af\u00ebrta nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, mbreti mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb pranin\u00eb e trupave italiane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
