Me qasjen e dhunshme ndaj qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb protestojn\u00eb, Bajram Rexhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb kurban t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverisjeje, mend\u00ebsia e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs thot\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt duhet luftuar pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm deri n\u00eb asgj\u00ebsim<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb e dhimbshme kur, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb televizor, sheh pamje si ato t\u00eb para pak dit\u00ebve, teksa polic\u00ebt godasin, shkelin e p\u00ebrgjakin qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb dalin t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hi\u00e7 me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sa shum\u00eb jan\u00eb apo p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn forc\u00eb politike kan\u00eb votuar.<\/p>\n

E drejta p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbledhur \u00ebsht\u00eb e garantuar me kushtetut\u00eb. \u201cNe kemi luftuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar lirsh\u00ebm\u201d, deklaroi kryeministri Hashim Tha\u00e7i. Pastaj p\u00ebrmendi anarkin\u00eb, p\u00ebrdhosjen e institucioneve, dhun\u00ebn\u2026<\/p>\n

Tash, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 13 vjet pas luft\u00ebs, protestat po shtypen me dhun\u00eb. Ministri Bajram Rexhepi e ka kthyer n\u00eb mision zhdepjen dru t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb ngren\u00eb z\u00ebrin kund\u00ebr Qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kirurgu nga Mitrovica kishte hequr uniform\u00ebn e mjekut p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb politikan t\u00eb moderuar, por tash ka veshur uniform\u00ebn e policit p\u00ebr t\u2019iu dh\u00ebn\u00eb dajak atyre q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb krye dhe nuk pajtohen me gjith\u00e7ka \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn pushteti.<\/p>\n

Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb proteston L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, pushteti i personifikuar nga Bajram Rexhepi nuk kursen policin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfaqur dhun\u00eb t\u00eb shfrenuar. Kemi par\u00eb shpesh skena rr\u00ebqeth\u00ebse t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes brutale t\u00eb polic\u00ebve. S\u00eb fundi ato u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vrazhd\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme – polic\u00ebt duke shqelmuar qytetar\u00ebt e tyre – n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n

A \u00ebsht\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosja e keqja m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs? Un\u00eb nuk e besoj. Duket se pushteti mendon ndryshe. Edhe Bajram Rexhepi. Dhe nuk p\u00ebrton t\u00eb jep leksione dhune. Nuk p\u00ebrton q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb kurban\u00eb t\u00eb shfryrjes s\u00eb epsheve policore e politike, e veten kurban t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverisjeje, mend\u00ebsia e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs thot\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt duhet luftuar pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm, deri n\u00eb asgj\u00ebsim. Ose deri n\u00eb \u201cvet\u00ebfundosje\u201d.<\/p>\n

Athua \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodhte po q\u00eb se kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj qeverie do t\u00eb ngriheshin n\u00eb protesta qindra-mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz, si p\u00ebr shembull n\u00eb Greqi, duke k\u00ebrkuar standard m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar rrym\u00eb 24 or\u00eb, buk\u00eb, pun\u00eb? Si do t\u00eb reagonte Rexhepi po q\u00eb se qindra-mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz do t\u2019ia mbushnin sheshin e kryeqytetit, duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb nga Parlamenti t\u00eb nxirren ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb deputet\u00eb duke vjedh\u00eb vota?<\/p>\n

Sa leht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb rrihen e shqelmohen njer\u00ebzit midis Prishtine, e sa e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, fort e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, e pamundur madje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyhet n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn nga e cila Rexhepi vjen, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb flas\u00eb. Atje ku autoriteti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb zero.<\/p>\n

Dikujt mund t\u2019i duket klishe kjo t\u00ebrheqja e paraleles me Veriun, por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti. K\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri e di Rexhepi q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb kryetar i gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs. Gjysm\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr e qeveris nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shtet dhe atje mban polic\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shef Ivica Dacicin, at\u00eb me t\u00eb cilin jav\u00ebn e kaluar u takua shefi i Rexhepit – kryeministri yn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nuk ka gj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe q\u00eb ata u takuan, por m\u00eb mir\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb Prishtina t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzonte takimin, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, me t\u00ebrheqjen e atyre forcave nga Veriu.<\/p>\n

Njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb edhe kund\u00ebr atij takimi, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb edhe t\u00eb rrin\u00eb e t\u00eb k\u00ebqyrin seri. Por, shteti ligjor nuk nd\u00ebrtohet mbi dhun\u00ebn e p\u00ebrdorur ndaj qytetar\u00ebve, e as ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie. Qofshin ata edhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb e simpatizant\u00eb t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/p>\n

Fuqia e shtetit nuk matet me goditje polic\u00ebsh e p\u00ebrgjakje protesuesish. Qytetar\u00ebt askush nuk mund t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb kurban\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb stabiliteti q\u00eb duhet mbajtur me \u00e7do kusht, madje edhe duke p\u00ebrdorur policin\u00eb si t\u00eb ishte private, partiake, e jo shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Pas skandaleve n\u00eb Polici dhe pafuqis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar s\u00eb pari atje ku do t\u00eb ishte dashur, Rexhepit i ka mbetur Vet\u00ebvendosja dhe disa qindra qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb dor\u00ebn e fort\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit, autoritetin prej Kryepolici dhe arroganc\u00ebn. Me arsyetimin se ata po duan ta marrin pushtetin me dhun\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb duket krejt e pamundshme, pushteti po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb mbjell frik\u00eb tek qytetar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ndiheshin t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e mendojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 e ndjejn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen Vet\u00ebvendosje dhe qasjen e saj kam shum\u00eb rezerva. Por, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hi\u00e7 me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00ebse viktimat e dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb para pak dit\u00ebve i takojn\u00eb ose jo k\u00ebtij subjekti politik. Ata s\u00eb pari jan\u00eb qytetar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
