Berisha nuk foli dje n\u00eb lidhje me videon e trasmetuar nga “Fiks fare”. Heshtja e tij, q\u00eb nuk dihet a do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb edhe sot, \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e pajustifikueshme p\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur kan\u00eb zhvilluar k\u00ebt\u00eb bised\u00eb, Meta dhe Prifti kan\u00eb qen\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dy ministra shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb kabinetit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Meta \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma, madje m\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm se at\u00ebher\u00eb kur i duhej t’i lutej apo t\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte Dritan Priftin. Biseda, e denj\u00eb p\u00ebr stanet e mafias, – si\u00e7 do t\u00eb shprehej vet\u00eb Berisha po t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, – zhvillohet n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e nj\u00eb Ministrie t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. \u00c7eshtjet q\u00eb diskutohen jan\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht administrative-qeveritare, pra jo partiake.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, as q\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb se duke marr\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim, kryeministri do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhynte n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e br\u00ebndshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie tjet\u00ebr. Berisha nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb as justifikimin e kapjes n\u00eb befasi.<\/p>\n

Dritan Prifti, njihej si kanakari i tij, e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni
\nme koh\u00eb se ka nj\u00eb filmim. S\u00eb fundi, p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb skandali t\u00eb till\u00eb, kryetari i qeveris\u00eb ka shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, pa qen\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb pres\u00eb apo t\u00eb dubloj\u00eb prokurorin\u00eb. Do t\u00eb mjaftonte kaq sa tham\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha, i cili e tepron me daljet para mediave edhe kur s’ duhet, – t\u00eb
\nmos mungonte dje kur duhej.<\/p>\n

Por arsyeja themelore q\u00eb e th\u00ebrret n\u00eb kauz\u00eb dhe q\u00eb e b\u00ebn gjithnj\u00eb e me shqet\u00ebsuese heshtjen e tij, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb zgjat ajo, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtja e bised\u00ebs s\u00eb filmuar me figur\u00eb dhe z\u00eb. Aty qytetari shqiptar d\u00ebgjon dhe sheh me \u00e7far\u00eb leht\u00ebsie dhe arrogance interesi klientelist, klanor dhe vetjak injoron, shkel dhe shtyp si t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb krimb Ligjin, shtetin ligjor.<\/p>\n

Aty qytetari sheh se si abuzimi me pushtetin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb norm\u00eb e sjelljes, se si interesi klientelist dhe vetjak sundon i gjith\u00ebfuqish\u00ebm mbi interesin publik; se si korrupsioni mbyt drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. I gjith\u00eb ky shp\u00ebrfytyrim p\u00ebrmban patjet\u00ebr edhe origjinalitetin e zevend\u00ebskryeministrit Ilir Meta. Ky i permend n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtuar emrat e klientel\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ky e merr n\u00eb telefon n\u00eb \u00e7ast Gimin dhe ia kalon menj\u00ebher\u00eb, pa i k\u00ebrkuar leje
\nministrit, ” foli ministrit k\u00ebtu”, sigurisht p\u00ebr t’i treguar atij dhe Gimit se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb kapoja aty. Por do t\u00eb ishte e padrejt\u00eb po t\u00eb mendonimm apo po t\u00eb thoshnim se Ilir Meta \u00ebsht\u00eb
\nnj\u00eb fenomen i shk\u00ebputur i arbitraritetit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qeverisje.<\/p>\n

Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb origjinal, por jo i vetmi. N\u00eb videon e famshme ai luan vetveten, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe tipin e qeveritarit dhe liderit politik shqiptar, pra m\u00eb shum\u00eb se vetveten. Ajo video \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori e qeverisjes n\u00eb shtat\u00eb minuta.<\/p>\n

Asnj\u00eb regjisor nuk do ta b\u00ebnte m\u00eb mir\u00eb. Aft\u00ebsia krijuese duket e varf\u00ebr p\u00ebrball\u00eb realitetit. Shtat\u00eb minutat e filmit me figur\u00eb dhe z\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb mostr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ngjeshur t\u00eb kalb\u00ebzimit t\u00eb qeverisjes shqiptare nep\u00ebr vite. Kryeministri aktual nuk e ka luksin p\u00ebr t\u00eb heshtur.<\/p>\n

Ca m\u00eb pak mund t\u00eb shpresoj\u00eb n\u00eb mrekullin\u00eb e \u00e7udive q\u00eb zgjasin
\ntre dit\u00eb. Videoja na tregon nj\u00eb gjendje, jo nj\u00eb \u00e7udi. Shumica dermuese e shqiptar\u00ebve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb befasuar me at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb par\u00eb e d\u00ebgjuar n\u00eb video. E vetmja intrig\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb opinionit publik, ka lidhje me q\u00ebndrimin politik, moral dhe etik q\u00eb do t\u00eb
\nmbaj\u00eb Berisha.<\/p>\n

\u00c7do vones\u00eb e kompromenton at\u00eb, n\u00eb mos si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsin dhe frym\u00ebzuesin e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb politikan q\u00eb ka braktisur skrupujt p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb karriges. Shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb pas qortuar gjithnj\u00eb Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrime autoritariste, por deri von\u00eb shum\u00eb prej tyre mendonin se autoritarizmi i tij ka edhe nj\u00eb an\u00eb pozitive se tremb ministrat dhe zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pazare me pushtetin. Duke par\u00eb e d\u00ebgjuar videon dhe duke kujtuar edhe raste t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb korrupsionit me stamp\u00eb qeveritare e kupton se kjo legjend\u00eb ka vdekur.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fakt pazaret n\u00eb zyrat e administrates s\u00eb lart\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e pashembullt p\u00ebr “duart e pastra” t\u00eb kryeminstrit. E kam n\u00ebvizuar edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe dua ta
\np\u00ebrs\u00ebris se gabimi i madh ka nisur menjeher\u00eb pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 28 qershorit 2009 kur Berisha nuk lexoi barazimin si verdikt t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb dhe nuk veproi n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij verdikti.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur e po ndodhin jan\u00eb pasoja t\u00eb shkeljes s\u00eb ligjesive. N\u00ebqoft\u00ebse Berisha dhe Meta do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb, tashm\u00eb “p\u00ebr inat t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs” , pasojat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Malavita, plehrat, arbitrariteti, korrupsioni dhe demagogjia nuk mund t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb posht\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. E kan\u00eb shum\u00eb gabim ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Meta \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir tani. N\u00eb pamjen e jashtm\u00eb t\u00eb gjerave ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet n\u00ebn sqetull\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs. Por problemi q\u00eb u hap, shum\u00eb shpejt do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n

Berisha do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim. Marrja n\u00eb mbrojtje e skandalit \u00ebsht\u00eb e barazvlefshme me legjitimimin e nj\u00eb gjendjeje si ajo q\u00eb paraqitet n\u00eb video. Kjo do ta afishonte at\u00eb hapur jo si penguesin, por si garantin e shp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebndrimi tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb distancimi politik nga skandali dhe marrrja e p\u00ebrgjegjesive p\u00ebr pasojat e natyrshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij akti. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: Pas historis\u00eb s\u00eb treguar n\u00eb shtat\u00eb minutat e videos shokuese, shqiptar\u00ebt d\u00ebsh\u00ebrojn\u00eb me shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb t\u00eb shkrujn\u00eb nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb re t\u00eb qverisjes s\u00eb tyre.
