Mjeku urolog, dr. prof. <strong>Flamur Tartari<\/strong> n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb tregon se s\u00ebmundja nis me nj\u00eb infeksion q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00ebse nuk kurohet shkon deri n\u00eb probleme t\u00eb r\u00ebnda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sa t\u00eb interesuar jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin dhe a kujdesen meshkujt ashtu si edhe femrat p\u00ebr kontrolle?<br \/>\nKontrolli mjek\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb aktuale jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sepse n\u00eb po hasim \u00e7do dit\u00eb pacient\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb diagnostikohen dhe kurohen dhe t\u00eb mjekohen. Ajo q\u00eb mbetet problem tek pacienti shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb diagnostikimi i hersh\u00ebm dhe mungesa e vullnetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar t\u00eb mjeku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prostata dhe cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prekurit nga kjo s\u00ebmundje?<\/strong><br \/>\nProstata tashm\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e t\u00eb vjet\u00ebrve, pasi nga dita n\u00eb dit\u00eb po hasim edhe raste t\u00eb reja. Prostata po kap edhe t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 30 vje\u00e7are e sip\u00ebr. S\u00ebmundja e prostat\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shkencore njihet si prostatitis q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb infeksioni i prostat\u00ebs. Mbi mosh\u00ebn 50 vje\u00e7 ka zhvillim t\u00eb gj\u00ebndrave t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat shkojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb kancer t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilat jan\u00eb shkaqet e shfaqjes s\u00eb prostat\u00ebs n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re?<\/strong><br \/>\nNj\u00eb nga faktor\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb shfaqjes s\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes jan\u00eb abuzimet dhe faktor\u00ebt e jasht\u00ebm. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se konsumimi i pijeve alkoolike, dieta jo e mir\u00eb, konsumimi i duhanit i cili tashm\u00eb po b\u00ebhet shkaktar i nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb tjera duke filluar nga steriliteti, pasi d\u00ebmton spermatozoidet e deri tek s\u00ebmundjet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb mushk\u00ebrive. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb infeksionin e prostat\u00ebs kan\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimesh si\u00e7 jan\u00eb infeksionet, \u00e7rregullimet, temperatura, urinimi i shpesht\u00eb dhe me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi etj. n\u00eb rastet kur k\u00ebto simptoma eliminohen s\u00ebmundja ec\u00ebn dhe agravohet.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn mbi 50 vje\u00e7 m\u00eb dominonte \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebmundja e hiperplaziz\u00eb s\u00eb gj\u00ebndr\u00ebs s\u00eb prostat\u00ebs ku zhvillohet nj\u00eb lloj indi n\u00eb kanalin e uretr\u00ebs i cili sjell ngushtim t\u00eb saj. Kjo ka edhe shfaqjen e shqet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritja disa her\u00eb nat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb urinuar, kjo ndodh m\u00eb shum\u00eb nat\u00ebn, pasi organizmi i njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i qet\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimi arrin deri aty sa edhe t\u00eb bllokoj\u00eb urinimin, dhe n\u00eb rastet kur kjo nuk kurohet shkohet edhe deri n\u00eb prishje dhe shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb veshkave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb diagnostikimi?<\/strong><br \/>\nDiagnostikimi \u00ebsht\u00eb hapi kryesor dhe ajo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7do mjek t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb ankesat q\u00eb ka pacienti. Po k\u00ebshtu edhe evitimi i s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb prostat\u00ebs, i infeksionit t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs i cili fillon nga mosha 30 vje\u00e7.
