I pari, q\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madhi, p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga njer\u00ebz q\u00eb shpresojn\u00eb se rotacioni mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb pas 9 muajve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet zgjedhjeve, pavar\u00ebsisht manipulimeve t\u00eb mundshme nga ana e Berish\u00ebs &amp; Co. M\u00eb i njohuri nd\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb Edi Rama, i cili, pas mbarimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve lokale t\u00eb 2011-\u00ebs, deklaroi se nuk do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte t\u2019i vinte zjarrin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar Saliun, por do t\u00eb luftonte q\u00eb ta hiqte at\u00eb nga pushteti me an\u00eb t\u00eb vot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa grupi i dyt\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk besojn\u00eb se Berisha mund t\u00eb hiqet nga pushteti me vot\u00eb, pavarsisht se sa p\u00ebrpjekje mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb opozita dhe v\u00ebzhguesit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb minimizuar manipulimet e Berish\u00ebs &amp; Co. M\u00eb i njohuri nd\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb Sk\u00ebnder Gjinushi, i cili vazhdimisht deklaron se, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, nuk mund t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri zgjedhje q\u00eb t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb me rotacion pushteti.<\/p>\n<p>Njerzit e grupit t\u00eb par\u00eb, duke mos besuar se Berisha mund t\u00eb hiqet nga pushteti para zgjedhjeve, duket se i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar energjit\u00eb dhe fokusimin mendor t\u00eb zgjedhjet. Secili sipas m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vet, po punon e shpreson q\u00eb ato t\u00eb sjellin rotacionin q\u00eb aq shum\u00eb e d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb. Dhe pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019alternativ\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb njerzit e grupit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzimi i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend. Por q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kjo duhet q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidat p\u00ebr kryeminist\u00ebr (n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb mocioni mosbesimi), i cili t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 71 vota n\u00eb Kuvend. Dhe mendja ta do se opozita i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen e 71 deputet\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mocion mosbesimi ndaj Berish\u00ebs, por nuk ia ka dal\u00eb mban\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e protestave masive. Por kjo rrug\u00eb u provua p\u00ebr dy vjet pas 2009-\u00ebs dhe nuk dha rezultat. M\u00ebsimi prej atyre protestave ishte se Berisha nuk pyet prej tyre dhe vet\u00ebm kryengritja e armatosur do t\u00eb mund ta rrezikonte pushtetin e tij para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2013-\u00ebs. Por nj\u00eb kryengritje e armatosur do ta \u00e7onte vendin pothuaj automatikisht n\u00eb luft\u00eb civile. Dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysje e pushtetit me dhun\u00eb do t\u00eb prodhonte nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb me gjasa nuk do t\u00eb njihej nga komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb 14 shtator 1998, praktikisht, PS-ja u rr\u00ebzua nga pushteti me kryengritje t\u00eb armatosur, por nd\u00ebryrja energjike e komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar e ktheu n\u00eb pushtet brenda nj\u00eb nate. (Ndryshe qe puna ne 1997, kur patem nje revolte popullore nga poshte-lart&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pavar\u00ebsisht se partizan\u00ebt e rr\u00ebzimit me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs i din\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulin se \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shpresohet se Berisha mund t\u00eb hiqet nga pushteti me vot\u00eb. Duke e ndjer\u00eb se jan\u00eb pakic\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur me eufemiz\u00ebm si popull opozitar, ata shpresojn\u00eb tek ndonj\u00eb Avni Rustem i koh\u00ebve moderne, ose te ndonj\u00eb grev\u00eb urie q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb grup shoq\u00ebror i margjinalizuar. Por as b\u00ebhen vet\u00eb Avni Rustem\u00eb e as dalin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb masive p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur ndonj\u00eb grev\u00eb urie\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb se Berisha nuk do t\u00eb hiqet nga pushteti me vot\u00eb, ndoshta pa dashje, nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb. Ata e thon\u00eb dhe e shkruajn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb sa her\u00eb t\u00eb munden e ku t\u00eb munden, duke ndihmuar k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb profecia e tyre t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb profeci vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbush\u00ebse.
