Q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi komunikim, pra bashk\u00ebbisedim, duhet q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb flas\u00eb ose t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb th\u00ebnie me tregues t\u00eb fol\u00ebsit dhe nj\u00eb pal\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulli num\u00ebr nj\u00eb n\u00eb komunikimin njer\u00ebzor. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do ta p\u00ebrfytyronim tekstin apo th\u00ebnien e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb si nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb parap\u00ebrgatitur m\u00eb par\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb analiza mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej n\u00eb disa rrafshe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn komuniste fol\u00ebsi ishte z\u00ebri off si\u00e7 quhet n\u00eb komunikim, z\u00ebri q\u00eb vjen nga lart, teksti zyrtar, i cili nuk mund t\u00eb modifikohet dhe bashk\u00ebfol\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb publiku n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, i cili nuk mund ta diskutoj\u00eb tekstin q\u00eb d\u00ebgjon as ta v\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim. Teksti i historis\u00eb ose th\u00ebnia e gjat\u00eb historike, \u00ebsht\u00eb veshur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast me hijen e teksteve t\u00eb shenjta dhe v\u00ebnia n\u00eb diskutim mund t\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb burg dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikonte ekzistenc\u00ebn. Pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit, ra edhe ngrehina e th\u00ebnies zyrtare historike. Institucionet q\u00eb ishin marr\u00eb me p\u00ebrpunimin e k\u00ebsaj th\u00ebnieje, n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve, u m\u00ebnjanuan dhe dogma komuniste apo nacionalromantike u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me tekste heterogjene q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoheshin nga grupe t\u00eb caktuara sipas simpatis\u00eb apo pranis\u00eb historike n\u00eb formacionet politike t\u00eb paraluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pas viteve \u201990, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u vu n\u00eb diskutim \u00e7do gj\u00eb, deri edhe gjuha shqipe dhe origjina e saj. Bashk\u00ebbisedimi p\u00ebr shenjat apo historin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare u transferua nga aulat e institucioneve shkencore n\u00eb studiot e mediave televizive. Th\u00ebnia shkencore u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me zhargonin publicistik dhe figura e fol\u00ebsit shkenc\u00ebtar u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me analistin. Lind k\u00ebshtu sharlatani mediatik q\u00eb i di t\u00eb gjitha. P\u00ebrball\u00eb tij nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb askush, sepse furia e sharlatanit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb argumenti shkencor, i cili q\u00eb t\u00eb shtjellohet k\u00ebrkon mund e vite e vite pune dhe transmetohet te publiku p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb prej formave m\u00eb t\u00eb vyera t\u00eb komunikimit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb libri. Sharlatani ka si mjet diskursin publicistik dhe etiketimin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100-vjetor po shfaqet edhe nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e p\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe e mbrapsht\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb protagonizmi shtet\u00ebror e qeveritar. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb vet\u00ebdija shtet\u00ebrore nga vet\u00ebdija qeveritare. Shteti shqiptar sot po p\u00ebrgatitet t\u00eb festoj\u00eb 100-vjetorin e tij, nd\u00ebrsa qeverit\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shekull kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shumta. Mir\u00ebpo ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb tri periudha historike, n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb Zogut, t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs dhe n\u00ebn qeverisje e surragatos s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dyve, pra n\u00eb qeverisjen e Sali Berish\u00ebs, shteti identifikohet me qeverin\u00eb dhe qeveria i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vetes q\u00eb t\u00eb riformatoj\u00eb historin\u00eb e shtetit. Historia e vendeve per\u00ebndimore e moderne sh\u00ebnjohet me lindjen e shtetit, me shenj\u00ebn e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb flamurit dhe me gjuh\u00ebn. T\u00eb tria k\u00ebto shenja dallojn\u00eb nj\u00eb entitet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptari. Historia e Europ\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vet\u00ebm se histori luft\u00ebrash e tragjedish p\u00ebr t\u00eb imponuar nj\u00ebrin komb mbi nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ne harrojm\u00eb se dy nga luft\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe memoria e k\u00ebtyre vendeve natyrisht q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fshir\u00eb, por e ka nd\u00ebrtuar t\u00eb ardhmen jo duke e projektuar mbi t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, por duke mos e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur at\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq, askush n\u00eb Europ\u00eb nuk mendon q\u00eb t\u00eb modifikoj\u00eb shenjat e tij vetjake, datat historike. Ka nj\u00eb paradoks disa her\u00eb. Vendi yn\u00eb fqinj, Italia, feston me t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebrvjetor\u00ebt e nj\u00eb arme t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb, t\u00eb dashur p\u00ebr ta, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arma e Bersalier\u00ebve. Kjo arm\u00eb i ka sh\u00ebrbyer edhe fashizmit dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe luft\u00ebra pushtuese, megjithat\u00eb italian\u00ebt ndihen krenar\u00eb me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ne sot kemi turp t\u00eb festojm\u00eb krijimin e formacioneve luftarake q\u00eb u ndesh\u00ebn me k\u00ebto formacione pushtuese. Pse? Sepse ne e kemi projektuar gjithmon\u00eb veten si viktim\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe vuajm\u00eb nga kompleksi i t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit. Debati i sot\u00ebm mbi historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe droja p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb krenar me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn ton\u00eb na ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihemi nj\u00eb popull i vock\u00ebl e gjith\u00eb komplekse. Jemi gati t\u00eb falim gjithk\u00ebnd q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb si ne, jemi gati t\u00eb miratojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha marr\u00ebzit\u00eb nacionaliste t\u00eb kombit m\u00eb shovinist t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, q\u00eb jan\u00eb serb\u00ebt, por nuk duam t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb kontributin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb gjigant\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare. Ndaj sot \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mod\u00eb q\u00eb sharlatan\u00ebt dhe qeveria e sharlatan\u00ebve t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb diskutim \u00e7do gj\u00eb. Eqrem \u00c7abej dhe Shaban Demiraj jan\u00eb dy nga kolos\u00ebt e albanologjis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kurset q\u00eb na jepte prof. Shabani dhe n\u00eb tekstet e prof. \u00c7abejit, kurr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se shqipja vjen nga ilirishtja. Pse? Sepse nga kjo gjuh\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi. Gramatika historike shqiptare dhe studimet albanologjike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb rezervuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb. Edhe prof. Demiraj n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga librat e tij t\u00eb fundit, \u201cPrejardhja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebn drit\u00ebn e d\u00ebshmive t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d (Botimet \u201cShkenca\u201d, 1999), thot\u00eb se nga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb historike \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje q\u00eb nga koh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lashta, se gjuha shqipe ruan d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me greqishten e lasht\u00eb e melatinishten. Shkenca e albanologjis\u00eb nuk u krijua n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, por n\u00eb Gjermanin\u00eb e shekullit XIX. Dhe dy shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj q\u00eb p\u00ebrmenda m\u00eb lart kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb rezervuar sa i takon historis\u00eb s\u00eb shqipes s\u00eb shkruar dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Nd\u00ebrkaq, kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ne nuk duhet t\u00eb ndihemi krenar\u00eb me Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanin fjala vjen apo me Budin dhe poezin\u00eb e tij, sepse let\u00ebrsia jon\u00eb e Mesjet\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga faqet m\u00eb t\u00eb ndritura n\u00eb historin\u00eb e popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100-vjetor ne bashk\u00eb me z\u00ebrin off t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb zyrtare po shp\u00ebrb\u00ebjm\u00eb edhe p\u00eblhur\u00ebn e vet\u00ebdijes kolektive. Vet\u00ebdija kolektive n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Ballkani, \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur me data luft\u00ebrash e betejash. Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Presidenti serb dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit maqedonas deklaruan se do t\u00eb festonin bashk\u00eb dit\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs shfaros\u00ebse kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00eb Greqi partia naziste i ka rritur tonet agresive ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve dhe rikujtimi i t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn italo-greke po i nxeh gjakrat nacionaliste. N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klim\u00eb arkaike ne shqiptar\u00ebt tregohemi sylesh\u00eb, kokulur, t\u00eb turp\u00ebruar dhe t\u00eb mbuluar nga kompleksi i njeriut t\u00eb fundit, sepse k\u00ebshtu duan sharlatan\u00ebt tan\u00eb q\u00eb po e shkruajn\u00eb tekstin e historis\u00eb nga studio televizive q\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb me skenat e vatrave t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs ku zhvilloheshin gjyqet komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb mos bien n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje p\u00ebr shum\u00eb sende politike, por ata nuk duhet ta harrojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb se flamuri i tyre komb\u00ebtar u ngrit n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb m\u00eb 28 N\u00ebntor 1912, se shqiptari me emrin Ismail Qemali pati fatin historik q\u00eb ta lidh\u00eb emrin e tij me emrin e shtetit shqiptar. Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk duhet t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohen pse gjuha e tyre shqipe, e shkruar natyrisht, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuh\u00eb aq e vjet\u00ebr si\u00e7 thon\u00eb sharlatan\u00ebt. Shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ndihen krenar\u00eb sot se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavarur, se shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb si\u00e7 ishin vite m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb shekulli i shqiptar\u00ebve.
