P\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj qindra mij\u00ebra nga familjar\u00ebt tan\u00eb prej Per\u00ebndimi sjellin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar familjet e tyre. Ata q\u00eb dikur e mund\u00ebsuan luft\u00ebn \u00e7lirimtare, sot jan\u00eb kushti i paqes sociale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ata punojn\u00eb dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb pa pushim, kurse pushimin e tyre e b\u00ebjm\u00eb ne n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ata s\u2019kan\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr pauz\u00eb t\u00eb kafes, porse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka kafe pa fund me njer\u00ebz q\u00eb pauzojn\u00eb pa pasur pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shpejt\u00ebsia me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ky kapital i m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs nxirret jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e krahasueshme me shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ky kapital arrin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sepse deficiti tregtar \u00ebsht\u00eb i krahasuesh\u00ebm me vet\u00eb buxhetin e Kosov\u00ebs. Kosova importon mallra dhjet\u00ebfish m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa eksporton. Protektorati nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar na e pati premtuar ekonomin\u00eb e tregut, mir\u00ebpo ne p\u00ebrfunduam n\u00eb treg pa ekonomi. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb s\u2019para prodhohet gj\u00eb. Prodhuesit e vegj\u00ebl nuk i ndihmon shteti dhe i rrjep pushteti.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e investimeve publike shkon n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb. Asfalt gjithandej Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr qarkullim sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Thuajse ne duhet t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb duke qarkulluar e pa u ndalur. Po u ndale \u2013 mjerim, po qarkullove \u2013 parajs\u00eb. Kapitali q\u00eb qarkullon pa ndalim sikur imitohet prej njer\u00ebzve. Dhe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb imitimi i plot\u00eb na nevojitet edhe liberalizimi i vizave. Aty do t\u00eb mund edhe t\u00eb ushqehen e t\u00eb flen\u00eb, pasi t\u00eb jen\u00eb parkuar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00ebp\u00ebr shiritat an\u00ebsor\u00eb t\u00eb autostradave. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb logjik\u00eb, mir\u00ebqenia e qytetarit \u00ebsht\u00eb reduktuar n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie t\u00eb udh\u00ebtarit. Gjersa udh\u00ebtojm\u00eb nga nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb tjetrin do t\u00eb ket\u00eb rehati e luks, sepse nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb gropa n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gjera. Shteti i nj\u00eb kombi ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me kontrollin e territorit dhe kufijve t\u00eb territorit. Metropoli ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me kontrollin e trafikut dhe t\u00eb fluksit. Shtete t\u00eb kombit jan\u00eb shumica e shteteve t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs si Gjermania, Italia e Franca. Metropole jan\u00eb Amsterdami, Hong Kongu e San Francisko. A nuk i p\u00ebrngjan Kosova jon\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb metropoli ku kemi qarkullim dhe kontroll t\u00eb trafikut sesa nj\u00eb shteti ku kontrollohen kufijt\u00eb dhe territori? A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova nj\u00eb k\u00ebso zone e &#8216;deterritorializuar&#8217; me polici q\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr trafikun dhe pa ushtri q\u00eb do ta mbronte territorin dhe kufijt\u00eb e tij?<\/p>\n<p>Shqet\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr trafikimin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb absurde. Kosova s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb fare vend duke qen\u00eb vend trafiku. Si nj\u00eb aeroport i madh me check-in e check-out, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vijn\u00eb e askush s\u2019rri. Shum\u00eb m\u00eb sakt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet q\u00eb Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb vend transit sesa q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria kosovare \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00eb tranzicion. Ankesat p\u00ebr tranzicion t\u00eb st\u00ebrzgjatur jan\u00eb lajthitje: nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk ka filluar.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb Kosova, pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebso metropoli, por ama nj\u00eb metropol disi rural. Ngado q\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtosh n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb gjithandej sheh sht\u00ebpi banimi dhe askund nuk mund t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh natyr\u00eb; nuk sheh shum\u00eb tok\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb punuar, por as vendbanime t\u00eb urbanizuara. Pra, nuk sheh me tamam fshatra, por as tamam qytete. Kryeqytetet jan\u00eb vende t\u00eb grumbullimit. Prishtina nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeqytet. Sepse Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb metropol rural. Prishtina \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00eb grumbulluese, por n\u00eb mas\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb pik\u00eb grumbulluese. Pushteti n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb aq shum\u00eb e ka decentralizuar territorin mbi baza etnike e partiake saq\u00eb e ka &#8216;deterritorializuar&#8217; Kosov\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, e ka centralizuar paran\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs mbi baza klanore e t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, megjithat\u00eb, e nxjerr me shpejt\u00ebsi jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova e k\u00ebtill\u00eb ka vija t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs dhe jo vende t\u00eb grumbullimit. Ka linja t\u00eb transportit e jo lokacione t\u00eb destinimit. Depot e magazinat nuk mbledhin, por mbledhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt. T\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ishin nga Serbia, Maqedonia apo Mali i Zi me shkurtesat e qyteteve t\u00eb atjeshme: NI, KV, NP, BG, SK, PG&#8230; Kishte disa kamion\u00eb edhe nga Greqia e Turqia. Asfalti yn\u00eb i rrug\u00ebve komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrderisa nuk kemi fabrika prodhuese komb\u00ebtare e as kontroll t\u00eb territorit e kufijve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb fabrikave t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb tjera. Pa sovranitet p\u00ebr shtetin, pa prodhim p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb dhe pa kufij p\u00ebr territorin. Vet\u00ebm me trafik mbi asfaltin pa kufi.<\/p>\n<p>Viti 2010, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ka zgjatur shum\u00eb. Ai ka filluar m\u00eb 1999-n.
