Nuk e dim\u00eb se cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb ata deputet\u00eb leximtar\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ulen n\u00eb tavolinat e k\u00ebsaj biblioteke, por na b\u00ebri p\u00ebrshtypje, q\u00eb zonja Topalli la jasht\u00eb fondit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj biblioteke nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb teoriko-praktike t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr 20 vjet radhazi prej anti-komunistit m\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrbuar dhe demokratit m\u00eb modern shqiptar t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, shefit t\u00eb saj Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Mendojm\u00eb, se zonja Topalli duhej t\u00eb fuste n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn e Kuvendit edhe 10 tituj \u201clibrash\u201d t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vite demokraci prej politik\u00ebs qeveris\u00ebse e opozitare t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes \u201cBerisha&amp;Co\u201d.
