Aq e molepsur ka qen\u00eb kjo dhurat\u00eb, saq\u00eb nj\u00eb miku im deputet konservator britanik, nd\u00ebrsa bisedonim n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga kafenet\u00eb e Portcullis, pjesa e re e Parlamentit britanik, pak dit\u00eb pas publikimit t\u00eb raportit m\u00eb tha plot shqet\u00ebsim: \u201dKam frik\u00eb se Per\u00ebndit\u00eb dashakeqe jua hodh\u00ebn \u2018moll\u00ebn e sherrit\u2019 juve shqiptar\u00ebve dhe jua prish\u00ebn fest\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shqet\u00ebsimi i duksh\u00ebm q\u00eb pikasej lehtazi n\u00eb plot\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe intensitetin e v\u00ebshtrimit t\u00eb mikut tim, m\u00eb la krejt t\u00eb pafjal\u00eb dhe m\u00eb zhyti n\u00eb hone t\u00eb thella reflektimi.<\/p>\n

U largova nga takimi i p\u00ebrhumbur dhe nuk po e ndieja se nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ia kisha nisur t\u00eb rendja gati-gati me galop drejt zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb miku tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar aty nga mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzoja nj\u00ebrin prej kompjuter\u00ebve, q\u00eb sikurse e bukurthon\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, t\u00eb ky\u00e7osem n\u00eb internet. Ia nisa me gazetat e Kosov\u00ebs, e m\u00eb pas ato t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, shtypin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. Ankthi q\u00eb m\u00eb kishte kapluar deri n\u00eb momentet para se t\u00eb ulesha n\u00eb at\u00eb poltron t\u00eb parehatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs prej asistenteve n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e nj\u00ebrit prej njer\u00ebzve m\u00eb influenc\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn britanike, filloi zbatic\u00ebn emocionale duke ma thar\u00eb kureshtjen e thelluar habin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Politikan\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, institucionet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, mediat e Kosov\u00ebs, politikan\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, institucionet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mediat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, partit\u00eb politike shqiptare n\u00eb Maqedoni e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, pa asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim, si kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb par\u00eb, ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebz\u00ebsh\u00ebm n\u00eb reagimin e tyre kund\u00ebr raportit t\u00eb Dick-ut. Befasia ime e asaj dite ia nisi nj\u00eb udhe t\u00eb dit\u00ebpasditshme, nd\u00ebrsa reagimet e \u2018patriot\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj\u2019 ngrinin brenda meje tallaze shastisjeje nga nj\u00eb realitet i sapozbuluar shqiptar, q\u00eb m\u00eb e pakta mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si psikoedelik.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tutje, i sapozbritur n\u00eb aeroportin \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d u p\u00ebrballa me zem\u00ebrat\u00ebn e babait tim, ish-oficer i nderuar n\u00eb Ushtrin\u00eb Shqiptare, i cili, nd\u00ebrsa kishte dal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb priste, nuk u kujdes fare t\u00eb m\u00eb pyeste se si i kisha kaluar k\u00ebto dy jav\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por menj\u00ebher\u00eb zbrazi drejt meje t\u00eb shara t\u00eb forta me t\u00eb mbara e t\u00eb prapme p\u00ebr anti-shqiptarin, pro-serbin, t\u00eb \u00e7mendurin, t\u00eb ligun e t\u00eb ligjve Dick Marty. E njoh atdhedashurin\u00eb e sinqert\u00eb dhe \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e madhe dhe t\u00eb kahershme p\u00ebr bashkim komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb babait tim, por k\u00ebsaj radhe v\u00ebshtrimi i ashp\u00ebr plot zem\u00ebrim dhe indinjat\u00eb patriotike i njeriut q\u00eb m\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kok\u00ebn, m\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb strukem n\u00eb sediljen e par\u00eb t\u00eb makin\u00ebs e ta hulumtoj \u00e7do fjal\u00eb q\u00eb ai nxirrte nga goja, plot k\u00ebrsh\u00ebri, por edhe me harlisje humori.<\/p>\n

Tradhtia q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebnte mua buz\u00ebqeshja e pakontrolluar nd\u00ebrsa im at\u00eb shfrente e lebetiste kund\u00ebr Dick Marty-t, ia ftohu v\u00ebshtrimin dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb hop z\u00ebri i tij metalik filloi t\u00eb kumtonte ironi e m\u00ebrzi ndaj meje. E n\u00eb \u00e7astin q\u00eb mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebm n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e un\u00eb po b\u00ebhesha gati t\u00eb zbrisja nga makina, babai m\u00eb b\u00ebn pyetjen fatale: \u2018Po ti q\u00eb ke gjakun tim, a ndihesh ndopak i fyer dhe l\u00ebnduar nga ky raporti i k\u00ebtij zviceranit t\u00eb marr\u00eb, apo jo\u2019? Ktheva kok\u00ebn, ia ngula syt\u00eb fort tim ati, iu avita p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrqafuar dhe lehtazi i p\u00ebshp\u00ebrita: \u2018Ka qen\u00eb rrug\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, jam i lodhur. Kemi koh\u00eb t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme\u2019.<\/p>\n

Mrrolja e fytyr\u00ebs m\u00eb rr\u00ebfeu se babai im nuk e p\u00eblqeu thjesht\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjigjes sime. M\u00eb tej dit\u00ebt e tjera n\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhe m\u00eb \u00e7ak\u00ebrdis\u00ebn me bisedat patriotike anti-Dick q\u00eb d\u00ebgjoja nga tavolina n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb, kafe pas kafeje, mik pas miku. N\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb e till\u00eb, dashakeq\u00ebsia e Per\u00ebndive me raportin e Dick-ut nuk ka prishur fest\u00ebn, por ka trazuar nd\u00ebrgjegjet. I ka bashkuar frika e \u2018sojit n\u00eb rrezik\u2019 dhe jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00eb, e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb strehuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb patriotiz\u00ebm t\u00eb pashoq\u2019. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr e telefonit pati pak heshtje, e m\u00eb tutje ia beh\u00ebn fjal\u00ebt q\u00eb un\u00eb i prisja plot ngaz\u00ebllim: \u2018Kan\u00eb frik\u00eb. Frika i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb. Ka nisur t\u00eb trokas\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e re n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. Kush i ka lyer duart me zullume, nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb peng demokratizimin dhe europianizimin e vendit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n

Kan\u00eb frik\u00eb nga raporte e reagime t\u00eb tjera nga institucione serioze per\u00ebndimore, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb nxjerrin n\u00eb pah t\u00eb dh\u00ebna e fakte p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e zyrtareve dhe politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb pista. Ndryshimi po troket\u2019. Mbylla telefonin, d\u00ebgjova batuat e fundit n\u00eb Parlament, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb klon-deputet\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb dhe PS-s\u00eb lexonin fjalimet e parap\u00ebrgatitura n\u00eb zyrat e partive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, duke shar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb uniforme nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe l\u00ebvduar po k\u00ebsisoj \u2018udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin e pagabuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb lavdish\u00ebm\u2019 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, dhe pasi u sigurova se nuk do t\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7udisnin me ndonj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb mundshme, fika televizorin e rash\u00eb t\u00eb fle.<\/p>\n

Pak fjal\u00eb kam sot. Dick-u i posht\u00ebr na e b\u00ebri raportin. Por, n\u00ebse ne shqiptar\u00ebt e mir\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Maqedonis\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi, q\u00ebmtojm\u00eb p\u00ebr merak nd\u00ebrgjegjet tona, a nuk gjejm\u00eb ne tek fjal\u00ebt e Dick-ut, fjal\u00eb e akuza, balt\u00eb e llum q\u00eb ne ia kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb kursim nj\u00ebri-tjetrit? N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, Dick-u, si anti-shqiptar e pro-serb q\u00eb qenk\u00ebrka, nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb as m\u00eb shum\u00eb e as m\u00eb pak, por pun\u00ebn e tij si i till\u00eb. Dhe, duket se e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb mir\u00eb, efektivisht e plot zell pun\u00ebn e tij prej p\u00ebrbalt\u00ebsi t\u00eb imazhit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Po ne vet\u00eb?<\/p>\n

Ne, q\u00eb Dick-u na b\u00ebri t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohemi plot pathos si \u2018patriot\u00eb t\u00eb ekzaltuar\u2019, sa pro-shqiptar\u00eb jemi n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb? Sa pro-Kosov\u00eb, pro-U\u00c7K, pro-shtet kosovar, pro-Shqip\u00ebri, pro-shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, pro-shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, pro-institucione, pro-demokraci, pro-liri, pro-sip\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, pro-zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebri, jemi? N\u00ebse Dick-u q\u00eb na p\u00ebrbalt qenka pro-serb e anti-shqiptar, po ne shqiptar\u00ebt e mir\u00eb q\u00eb kemi 20 vite q\u00eb artin e p\u00ebrbaltjes ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit e kemi kthyer n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese, n\u00eb mod\u00ebn e dit\u00ebs, n\u00eb monedh\u00ebn e vetme funksionuese, ne \u00e7far\u00eb jemi?<\/p>\n

Asgj\u00eb nga ato q\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Dick-u nuk ka qen\u00eb jasht\u00eb fjalor\u00ebve t\u00eb akuzave e p\u00ebrbaltjeve q\u00eb ne ia kemi p\u00ebrplasur turinjve e pas shpin\u00ebs, n\u00eb foltoret e Parlamenteve, mbledhjet e qeverive, mikrofonat e televizioneve dhe ziboj\u00ebn e gazetave, nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Un\u00eb nuk e di fare n\u00ebse Dick-u i beson ato q\u00eb shkruan, nuk e di e as m\u00eb intereson fare q\u00ebllimi i Dick-ut, sepse un\u00eb besoj fort n\u00eb parimin se ashtu si 100 lepuj nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb dot 1 luan, ashtu edhe 100 dyshime nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb dot nj\u00eb fakt. Por, un\u00eb e di se k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb standardi i Dick-ut q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb diskutohet me fjalime e analiza prej patriot\u00ebsh t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm. K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb standardi yn\u00eb, q\u00eb na gremis kur ballafaqohet me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e hidhura.<\/p>\n

Raporti i Dick-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb asgj\u00eb e madhe, n\u00ebse ne e krahasojm\u00eb me marr\u00ebzin\u00eb 20- vje\u00e7are luft\u00eb prej barbar\u00ebsh p\u00ebr pushtet, p\u00ebrplasje, konflikte, kriza t\u00eb pareshtura, p\u00ebrbaltje, mohim, p\u00ebr\u00e7mim, tirani shp\u00ebrfilljeje, bat\u00ebrdi elektorale, vjedhje t\u00eb shtetit, vjedhje t\u00eb privatit, vjedhje t\u00eb votave, dehumanizim t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarit politik, korrupsion politik, financiar dhe moral, agjiprop mediash t\u00eb palira, bjerrje t\u00eb liris\u00eb e demokracis\u00eb, arrestim t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave publike, vrasje t\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, murosje t\u00eb virtyteve dhe talentit, ngritje n\u00eb sistem t\u00eb amoralitetit, servilizmit, uniformimit, bindjes etj. Strehimi n\u00eb patriotiz\u00ebm t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se na e ndreq situat\u00ebn e amullt, dekadente dhe shpres\u00ebvras\u00ebse ku na ka kandisur mosndergjegja politike, sociale dhe morale e \u2018udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsive\u2019 tona t\u00eb majta e t\u00eb djathta.<\/p>\n

Shqiptar\u00ebt e mo\u00e7\u00ebm thon\u00eb: \u2018Nuk mbulohet dielli me shosh\u00eb\u2019, ne sot n\u00ebse duam t\u00eb nisim nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb transformues, nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsues dhe \u00e7lirues, mund t\u00eb nj\u00ebmend\u00ebsohemi, nd\u00ebrsa themi plot dinjitet se nuk mund t\u00eb mbulohen zullumet me patriotiz\u00ebm t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm.
