S\u00eb pari p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes sakrific\u00ebn madhore t\u00eb grevist\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pa marr\u00eb parasysh sh\u00ebndetin, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e shtrenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo, hyn\u00eb n\u00eb grev\u00eb urie p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin q\u00eb u takon me ligj.<\/p>\n

Greva e sotme e Tiran\u00ebs, ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik serioz sh\u00ebndetin e grevist\u00ebve. Grevist\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur nga pik\u00ebpamja sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. Midis tyre ka t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb, t\u00eb moshuar, t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb me kancer etj. Ata hyr\u00ebn n\u00eb grev\u00eb pa p\u00ebrgatitje paraprake, sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb e diktoi situata. \nGrevist\u00ebve u pengohej furnizimi me uj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ata duhet t\u00eb merrnin sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb l\u00ebngje, sepse kur nj\u00eb person \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje urie, trupi i tij dehidratohet m\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n

Grevist\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb evitonin l\u00ebvizjet dhe shqet\u00ebsimet psiko-emocionale. Ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb lodhur fizikisht dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb, krejt\u00ebsisht, e pash\u00ebndetshme q\u00eb ata t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin, t\u00eb flasin dhe t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohen psiko-emocionalisht nga jasht\u00eb. \u00c7do q\u00ebndrim cinik, provokues dhe demobilizues p\u00ebr ta, \u00ebsht\u00eb i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e tyre. Shpresoj q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ta ken\u00eb parasysh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata politikan\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb, analist\u00eb e opinionist\u00eb, q\u00eb provokojn\u00eb grevist\u00ebt dhe i detyrojn\u00eb ata t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjen provokimeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Grevist\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb marrin multivitamina, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, ato q\u00eb do t\u2019u shtojn\u00eb hekurin dhe kalciumin. Marrja e vitaminave, i mban ata t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe ndihmon sistemin e tyre imun, q\u00eb t\u2019u b\u00ebj\u00eb ball\u00eb infeksioneve.
