Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tret\u00eb \u201cP\u00ebrmbledhja e jet\u00ebve t\u00eb pap\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrandor\u00ebve\u201d, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i p\u00ebrket vet\u00ebm parafjala.<br \/>\nVepra Rrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb ne tre kapituj, aspo si\u00e7 quheshin pas zakonit t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve antik\u00eb, ne tre libra.<br \/>\nN\u00eb librin e par\u00eb kemi parath\u00ebnien, kushtuar duk\u00ebs s\u00eb Venedikut Leonard Loredano, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr prejardhjen e turqve, deri me pushtimin e Konstantinopoj\u00ebs me 1453 dhe mbaron me sh\u00ebnimet historike rreth Shkodr\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrshkrimin e pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb saj.<br \/>\nLibri dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb voluminozi apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi pjesa qendrore, ku b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr rrethimin e Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1474 dhe 1478, ku p\u00ebrshkruhen operacionet e rrethimit, bombardimet artilerike, dhe mbrojtja heroike e Kalas\u00eb nga shqiptar\u00ebt.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fund n\u00eb librin e tret\u00eb, prezantohen n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb sintez\u00ebs ngjarjet e rrethimit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs si dhe dor\u00ebzimin e saj nga ana e Venedikasve p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsusesve t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane.<br \/>\nDuke lexuar ket\u00eb vep\u00ebr, del qart\u00eb se autori ka marr\u00eb sh\u00ebnime n\u00eb form\u00eb ditari, edhe pse si i till\u00eb nuk na paraqitet n\u00eb lib\u00ebr. Por, n\u00ebse n\u00eb rrethimin e par\u00eb ishte d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb okular, n\u00eb ate t\u00eb dytin merr pjes\u00eb aktive si bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar n\u00eb mbrojtjen e saj. Si e till\u00eb kjo vep\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, si v\u00ebzhgues okular, por edhe n\u00eb saje t\u00eb kujtimeve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebvendasve t\u00eb tij pasi u vendosen n\u00eb Venedik, ku p\u00ebrfundimisht u botua n\u00eb vitin 1504.<br \/>\nEdhe pse autori p\u00ebr nga profesioni ishte prift, na rrefen ngjarjet e rrethimit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs si rrall\u00eb kush deri m\u00eb tash. Madje ky botim \u00ebsht\u00eb informacioni i vet\u00ebm dhe autentik i k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve deri m\u00eb tash.N\u00eb lib\u00ebr prezantohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr rrethimin e k\u00ebtij qyteti nga Perandoria Osmane, municionet e p\u00ebrdorura, luftimet, vrasjet, krimet dhe heroizmin e shkodraneve n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Kalas\u00eb s\u00eb Rozafatit. Ajo u mbrojt me dinjitet, sakrific\u00eb e ndjenj\u00eb fetare dhe komb\u00ebtare. Ajo ishte k\u00ebshtjell\u00eb e pamposhtuar e krenaris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, ku nuk mundi ta pushtoj\u00eb as sulltani ma fam\u00ebkeq i koh\u00ebs m\u00eb ushtrin\u00eb dhe artilerin\u00eb ma t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Ajo iu dor\u00ebzua Perandoris\u00eb nga ana e Venedikut n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb arritur n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 1479.<br \/>\nPasojat e dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr opinionin shkencor, sepse me dor\u00ebzimin e saj s\u00eb bashku me venedikasit u largua edhe paria e Shkodr\u00ebs, ku llogaritet se n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Venedikut shkoj edhe pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb qytetit. Me heroizmin e treguar Shkodra mbeti lavdia e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe pengesa e osmanlinj\u00ebve n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit.<br \/>\nLufta qe zhvilluan shkodranet nuk ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve kund\u00ebr pushtusve t\u00eb huaj, por kishte p\u00ebrmasat m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebra sepse ajo nj\u00ebherit ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e krishter\u00ebve kund\u00ebr turqve musliman\u00eb.<br \/>\nVepr\u00ebs i paraprin\u00eb nj\u00eb parath\u00ebnie briliante e historianit Aleks Buda, i cili vler\u00ebson lart angazhimin e Marin Barletit n\u00eb hartimin dhe botimin e k\u00ebsaj vepre historike. Si e till\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vepra e par\u00eb e koh\u00ebs e shkruar nga nj\u00eb autor shqiptar\u00eb, duke ofruar informacione t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, popullsis\u00eb, rrethin\u00ebn e saj dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb koh\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<br \/>\nVepra Rrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar latinisht n\u00eb Venedik n\u00eb vitin 1504. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ajo ishte gjuh\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs europiane. Nga latinishtja n\u00eb shqip e kemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer nga Henrik Lacaj n\u00eb vitin 1962, dhe 50 vite m\u00eb pas pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vitin 2012, vjen e p\u00ebrkthyer nga gjuha shqipe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze.<br \/>\nPas p\u00ebrurimit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Tiran\u00eb, Prizren dhe Tetov\u00eb vepra Rrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs p\u00ebrurohet edhe sot n\u00eb Ulqin. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn Ulqini ishte nj\u00eb lagje e Shkodr\u00ebs. K\u00ebto dy qytete t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e kan\u00eb pasur pothuaj identike, sepse n\u00eb Mesjet\u00eb si Shkodra edhe Ulqini ishte n\u00ebn pushtimin e Venedikut e m\u00eb pas n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane.<br \/>\nNdonse t\u00eb pushtuar vlen t\u00eb cek\u00ebt se popullsia si urbane dhe ajo rurale ka ruajtur identitetin e vet komb\u00ebtar. Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb reja shoq\u00ebrore me konvertimin e ri fetar p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb islamizimit t\u00eb saj, popullsia d\u00ebshmoj n\u00eb praktik\u00eb toleranc\u00ebn dhe bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn fetare e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb unike p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt.<br \/>\nMarin Barleti, klerik, historian, shkrimtar dhe patriot shqiptar i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb humanizmit opinionit kulturor i ka dhuruar nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr m\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Autori i k\u00ebtij shkrimi k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr e ka ble n\u00eb vitin 1989, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 7 prill, n\u00eb Panairin e librit n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb qe asokohe e organizonte Sht\u00ebpia botuese Rilindja.Ndonse k\u00ebt\u00eb botim e kisha lexuar at\u00ebher, me rastin e k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrurimi e lexova p\u00ebrseri pas 24 vitesh. Dhe me vjen mir\u00eb sepse tash n\u00eb nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, shum\u00eb \u00e7ka e kam p\u00ebrceptuar pak m\u00eb ndryshe, pa mohuar vler\u00ebsimin paraprak se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr kapitale t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<br \/>\nN\u00eb fund duhet falenderuar David Hosaflook p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tij si p\u00ebrkthyes n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze, t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri m\u00eb vler\u00eb nga fusha e historis\u00eb, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e mesjet\u00ebs. Ndonse i p\u00ebrkushtuar si pastor ungjillor nuk ka dilem\u00eb se ai s\u00eb pari ka nderuar vehten, por edhe Shkodr\u00ebn e t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<br \/>\nBotimi librit \u201cRrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze dhe ribotimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe vjen i plot\u00ebsuar me materiale, dokumente, gravura dhe fotografi, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb p\u00ebr qellim njohjen sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb lexuesit me kontekstin dhe rrethanat e koh\u00ebs.
