Me \u00e7ka u kompletua kaptina e historis\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuara t\u00eb gjitha orvatjet e k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb, q\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga thundra sunduese serbe, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb stolisin shkronjat e mburrjes son\u00eb \u2013 ato t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Dekada e par\u00eb e shekullit t\u00eb nj\u00ebzetenj\u00eb e kuror\u00ebzoi \u00ebndrr\u00ebn shqiptare p\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, por gjithashtu, kjo dekad\u00eb, paralajm\u00ebroi se \u00ebndrra e shqiptaris\u00eb, vazhdonte m\u00eb tej, se ajo nuk mund t\u00eb ishte e plot\u00eb, pa zgjidhjen e statusit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetur jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Se \u00ebndrra nuk ishte realizuar plot\u00ebsisht, paralajm\u00ebruan krismat n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs dhe ato n\u00eb Maqedoni, gjithashtu t\u00eb prira nga ata q\u00eb do t\u2019ua kthenin vet\u00ebbesimin shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb dhe atyre t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb Serbi \u2013 nga U\u00c7K-t\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre trojeve. Me \u00e7ka edhe arriti paralajm\u00ebrimi se, ndon\u00ebse pjesa m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e rrug\u00ebs \u2013 ajo p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 ishte ecur mburrsh\u00ebm dhe suksessh\u00ebm, mbetej t\u00eb shkohej m\u00eb tej e t\u00eb thuhej qart\u00eb se ky popull, kurr\u00eb m\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb mure shtet\u00ebrore, mure q\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i lejojn\u00eb atij ta nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb e ta mir\u00ebmbaj\u00eb plot\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe u tha qart\u00eb: populli shqiptar mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr europeizmin e Ballkanit, se ai edhe mund t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb shtete, por vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse kjo hap\u00ebsir\u00eb b\u00ebhet ar\u00eb pjellore e ides\u00eb p\u00ebr shtete t\u00eb epok\u00ebs s\u00eb internetit, shtete q\u00eb nuk do ken\u00eb q\u00ebllime mesjetare p\u00ebr ndarjen e popujve, por krijimin e kushteve q\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb popull i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb shtete, \u00e7dokund t\u00eb ndihet si n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Pa dyshim, shqiptar\u00ebt i d\u00ebshmuan bot\u00ebs se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb dehur nga \u00ebndrra irracionale, se kan\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptim edhe p\u00ebr \u00ebndrrat etnike t\u00eb popujve tjer\u00eb, se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb humbur n\u00eb mjegull\u00ebn e miteve ballkanike, ata u treguan si njoh\u00ebs t\u00eb urt\u00ebsis\u00eb se p\u00ebrderisa i mbetesh besnik \u00ebndrr\u00ebs, p\u00ebrderisa at\u00eb nuk e tradhton, p\u00ebrderisa ajo nuk mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb d\u00ebmtimin e tjetrit, ajo herdo-kurdo jet\u00ebsohet. Gjithashtu, ata u d\u00ebshmuan si mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs ndaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb drejt e zb\u00ebrthyen dhe e kuptuan \u00ebndrr\u00ebn mbar\u00ebshqiptare, andaj ndihmuan q\u00eb ky popull ta jetonte at\u00eb, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ndihm\u00eb i printe populli amerikan.<\/p>\n<p>Por, mbase t\u00eb joshur nga bukuria e \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb realizuara, shqiptar\u00ebt harruan se si ndaj \u00e7do gj\u00ebje t\u00eb porsalindur e t\u00eb brisht\u00eb, edhe ndaj \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb porsajet\u00ebsuara t\u00eb tyre, duhet t\u00eb silleshin me plot kujdes. Ata pastaj thuajse harruan se jet\u00ebsimi i \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb tyre, u realizua ngaq\u00eb ishin t\u00eb ngjizura nga vullneti dhe flijimi mbar\u00ebshqiptar, ngaq\u00eb ishin nyje ku lidhej \u00e7do veprim partiak e politik i \u00e7do individi apo grupi. Dhe duke harruar k\u00ebt\u00eb, duke menduar se pas jet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tyre, \u00ebndrrat kolektive do mund t\u00eb \u201cprivatizoheshin\u201d e t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin pron\u00eb partiake, politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb filluan grindjet e tyre nd\u00ebrpartiake dhe \u00ebndrrat e shqiptaris\u00eb i partizuan deri n\u00eb ato p\u00ebrmasa, sa u b\u00eb e padukshme e v\u00ebrteta se i takonin t\u00ebr\u00eb popullit, se pronar\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebmbajt\u00ebs t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb tyre duhej edhe m\u00eb tej t\u00eb mbetej e t\u00ebr\u00eb shqiptaria.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, t\u00eb verbuar nga mosdurimi nd\u00ebrpartiak, t\u00eb bindur se ai q\u00eb pasurohet sot e ka t\u00eb garantuar t\u00eb ardhmen, ata as q\u00eb mbanin llogari \u00e7ka thoshin p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, ata as q\u00eb zgjidhnin mjete si ta shfarosnin kund\u00ebrshtarin politik, me \u00e7ka nuk v\u00ebrejt\u00ebn me koh\u00eb se aq ishin njollosur mes veti, sa n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb shqiptare humb\u00ebn kuptim t\u00eb gjitha em\u00ebrtimet posht\u00ebruese, q\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk i kishte duruar shqiptaria.<\/p>\n<p>Me \u00e7ka u krijuan t\u00eb gjitha parakushtet q\u00eb t\u00eb vepronin ata q\u00eb dit\u00ebn t\u00eb merreshin me politik\u00eb e nat\u00ebn p\u00ebrpilonin dosje e incizonin CD me portrete politikan\u00ebsh, me \u00e7ka pra shqiptaria u b\u00eb ar\u00eb pjellore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb kund\u00ebr aspiratave shqiptare, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i neveriste \u00e7do sukses i shqiptaris\u00eb, disa nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk banojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Ballkan, por gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb prij\u00ebs t\u00eb \u201cballkanizimit\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre hap\u00ebsirave, e q\u00eb kan\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e Dick Marty-t, si dhe mendjen e tij q\u00eb pjell fantazma makabre dhe urrejtje ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Deri n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019p\u00ebrmasa ka arritur partizimi i \u00ebndrrave tona komb\u00ebtare, deri n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019p\u00ebrmasa \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur bindja se me t\u00eb t\u00ebrat q\u00eb ka, populli i takon vet\u00ebm partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, shihet qart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Maqedoni. Shqip\u00ebria sot ngjan n\u00eb shtet ku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur pajtimi nd\u00ebrpartiak dhe ku zgjidhje e vetme e mundshme mbetet \u201ckantonizimi\u201d i saj n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb i takon popullit \u201copozitar\u201d dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb popullit \u201cshtetb\u00ebr\u00ebs\u201d t\u00eb atjesh\u00ebm shqiptar. Pra, n\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhe, \u00ebndrra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri europiane, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pron\u00eb partiake, ajo nuk shihet si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb duhet realizuar me t\u00ebr\u00eb potencialin q\u00eb ke, por vet\u00ebm m\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj edhe Shqip\u00ebria e sotme m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ngjan nj\u00eb \u201cmonarkie\u201d ku edhe kur nd\u00ebrrohen \u201cfamiljet mbret\u00ebrore\u201d, popullit i merret e sotmja, si pag\u00eb p\u00ebr ta merituar t\u00eb ardhmen. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku sforcimi i pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptuar si betej\u00eb ku duhet t\u00eb ky\u00e7en t\u00eb gjith\u00eb q\u00eb vlejn\u00eb di\u00e7ka, por di\u00e7ka q\u00eb i takon vet\u00ebm partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh edhe me shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb, e ku partit\u00eb maqedonase pjellin p\u00ebrmendore e histori, e ato shqiptare, dosje spiun\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ku nuk merret vesh se kush ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb: partit\u00eb e k\u00ebtushme opozitare shqiptare q\u00eb nuk vlejn\u00eb gj\u00eb, apo Ali Ahmetit, i cili \u00ebndrr\u00ebn shqiptare p\u00ebr barazi t\u00eb plot\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, ka n\u00eb plan ta mbind\u00ebrtoj\u00eb me at\u00eb t\u00eb turqve, rom\u00ebve dhe jomaqedonasve e maqedonasve prouvropian, e t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u2019i ftoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhme parlamentare t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr partin\u00eb e tij, me \u00e7ka ai do b\u00ebhet \u201cTitoja\u201d i Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb popujve t\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebruar, nd\u00ebrsa partia e tij do t\u00eb marr\u00eb aq deputet\u00eb sa ka sot VMRO-DPMNE-ja dhe ajo do ta drejtoj\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb. Por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, duke harruar se t\u00eb b\u00ebhesh \u201cTito\u201d q\u00eb bashkon popuj, nuk mjafton vet\u00ebm t\u00eb jesh majtist, por paraprakisht duhet ta bashkosh popullin t\u00ebnd t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pron\u00eb partish.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, Ali Ahmetit edhe nuk i ka mbetur gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrpos t\u00eb merret me \u00ebndrr\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Maqedoni europiane, me \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e cila doemos nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do realizohet, edhe at\u00eb, jo pse at\u00eb do ta p\u00ebrkrahin votuesit e ardhsh\u00ebm shumetnik\u00eb t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb Ali Ahmetit, por ngaq\u00eb Brukseli e ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb se partit\u00eb e k\u00ebtushme shqiptare, q\u00ebmoti kan\u00eb mbetur pa popull, se shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm u jan\u00eb vyshkur t\u00eb gjitha \u00ebndrrat dhe tani u ka mbetur vet\u00ebm ajo p\u00ebr konsolidim sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Fundshekulli i nj\u00ebzet, Kosov\u00ebs ia solli lirin\u00eb e \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar me shekuj. Fillimshekulli i nj\u00ebzetenj\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt i tregoi si \u00ebnd\u00ebrrues t\u00eb denj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e tradhtojn\u00eb \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tyre. Por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, dekada e par\u00eb e shekullit q\u00eb jetojm\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt i portretizoi si t\u00eb pakujdessh\u00ebm ndaj mir\u00ebmbajtjes s\u00eb \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb jet\u00ebsuara. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb fytyr\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb shqiptaris\u00eb, e portretizuan udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit partiak\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk u k\u00ebnaq\u00ebn vet\u00ebm me partizimin e institucioneve t\u00eb shteteve q\u00eb drejtonin, po i partizuan edhe \u00ebndrrat tona kolektive.
