Vet\u00ebm dje, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministrja e jashtme e Kosov\u00ebs, Vlora \u00c7itaku, zhvilloi nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar kah koordinimi. Gjuha q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn \u00c7itaku, ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Haxhinasto, dhe kryeministri Berisha, dukej m\u00eb e koordinuar: Na hetoni! Por kjo s\u2019do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ky pozicion \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i drejti. N\u00eb themel t\u00eb k\u00ebtij pozicioni t\u00eb ri, t\u00eb unifikuar, q\u00ebndron qasja mbrojt\u00ebse e faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht retorik\u00ebs sulmuese ndaj individit Marti, kjo pozit\u00eb vuan nga mungesa e nj\u00eb qasjeje m\u00eb globale; e nj\u00eb qasjeje q\u00eb e sheh faktorin shqiptar, ashtu si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb k\u00ebto vitet e fundit krah per\u00ebndimit. Pra, \u00e7do pozicion i ri duhet t\u00eb synoj\u00eb krahas unifikimit t\u00eb faktorit shqiptar brenda p\u00ebr brenda vetes dhe kah harmonizimi i q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb faktorit shqiptar me at\u00eb per\u00ebndimor. N\u00ebse Marti, apo Jeremi\u00e7 komunikojn\u00eb me Mosk\u00ebn n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, pse faktori shqiptar nuk komunikon me Per\u00ebndimin?<\/p>\n<p>Ka nj\u00eb arsye thelb\u00ebsore pse duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb ky riunifikim. Kush e ka lexuar mir\u00eb raportin, e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re se ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e projektrezolut\u00ebs s\u00eb Martit, serb\u00ebve dhe rus\u00ebve, ka sulme t\u00eb forta ndaj Per\u00ebndimit. Pra, jo vet\u00ebm ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve- UCK-s\u00eb, plus Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, po ndaj Per\u00ebndimit. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim se Per\u00ebndimi do ta hedh\u00eb posht\u00eb rezolut\u00ebn, n\u00eb mos plot\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb saj. Askush nuk e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re deri m\u00eb tani, se mungon nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim zyrtar i Bashkimit Europian, t\u00eb akuzuarit tjet\u00ebr kryesor n\u00eb raportin Dik Martit, madje duhet t\u00eb thuhet se heshtja e BE-s\u00eb ndaj raportit duhet t\u00eb konsiderohet si refuzim i tij.<\/p>\n<p>Komisionerja e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e brendshme, Malstrom, refuzoi t\u00eb komentonte t\u00eb ashtuquajturin raport, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u201cnuk ka takuar as Dik Martin, as Hashim Tha\u00e7in, ndaj nuk kishte asnj\u00eb koment p\u00ebr raportin\u201d. Nuk kemi reagim t\u00eb Baronesh\u00ebs Ashton, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm hungarez, vend i cili megjith\u00ebse do t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb Bashkimin, s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi nuk mendohet se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson q\u00ebndrimin unik europian. Par\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, duhet t\u00eb mendohet se Bashkimi Europian, i cili udh\u00ebheq EULEX-in, vendet e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb dakord me raportin, i cili i akuzon ata si t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>EULEX-i, lexo BE-ja, plus SHBA-n\u00eb nuk merr urdhra nga K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs, as n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb rezolute. EULEX-i po heton, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb pun\u00ebve dhe n\u00ebse Marti ka prova \u201cai duhet t\u2019ia jap\u00eb EULEX-it,\u201d, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi europian. P\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb k\u00ebto prova, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar hetimet m\u00eb tej, EULEX-, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe Rusia. Por q\u00ebllimi strategjik i shqiptar\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, q\u00eb ajo rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb hidhet posht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht. Dhe vet\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb bien dakord me k\u00ebt\u00eb refuzim total t\u00eb tekstit t\u00eb Martit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebsaj qasjeje globale, q\u00ebndrimet e djeshme, gjoja t\u00eb unifikuara t\u00eb tipit \u201chajde na hetoni\u201d, prej faktorit shqiptar jan\u00eb irealiste, megjith\u00ebse mund t\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb si t\u00eb motivuara nga d\u00ebshira q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb besojn\u00eb se \u201cne nuk kemi \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb fshehim\u201d. Madje, k\u00ebto q\u00ebndrime, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ndaj Tribunalit t\u00eb Hag\u00ebs jan\u00eb dhe autolezioniste, pra vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrruese. T\u00eb pranosh Tribunalin e Hag\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb lejosh at\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon Karla Del Ponte: t\u00eb hapen gropa n\u00eb gjith\u00eb veriun e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur varre masive. Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohej k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb mediave bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndiqnin g\u00ebrmimet e k\u00ebtyre varreve, t\u00eb cilat s\u2019do t\u00eb zbuloheshin kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Bile, sa m\u00eb i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pohimi se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka varre masive, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjasin hetimet. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb objektivi minimal i pal\u00ebs serbe, i b\u00ebr\u00eb publik n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre, por dhe i Karla Del Pontes, e cila tha se d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb g\u00ebrmonte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Shqip\u00ebria, sipas tyre duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb hetime, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb hapen gropa, dhe mediat t\u00eb merren me k\u00ebto varre imagjinare, e jo me ata q\u00eb dihet qart\u00eb se ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi. Ftesa p\u00ebr Tribunalin e Hag\u00ebs, apo shtrirja e mandatit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet eventualisht vet\u00ebm me rrug\u00ebt legale, me ndryshim t\u00eb rezolut\u00ebs s\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr funksionimin e tij dhe duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb gjithsesi autoritetet shqiptare kompetente n\u00eb hetim.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebm tek nj\u00eb pik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb vet\u00eb p\u00ebr akuzat e Dik Martit, kjo mund t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb zgjidhje. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet sovran dhe s\u2019ka pse t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00ebmbrojtje ndaj akuzave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, t\u00eb artikuluara prej nj\u00eb zvicerani, por t\u00eb nis\u00eb hetimet vet\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00ebn e EULEX-it. Nd\u00ebrsa Kosova q\u00eb nuk ka sovranitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb, ka policin\u00eb, gjyq\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjith\u00eb Bashkimit Europian, n\u00eb territorin e vet dhe ata po hetojn\u00eb. Q\u00eb ata t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb hetojn\u00eb, nuk nevojitet kurrfar\u00eb rezolute e re.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb faktori shqiptar t\u00eb unifikoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin me faktorin per\u00ebndimor, do t\u00eb duhej m\u00eb s\u00eb pari t\u00eb unifikohej mes vetes. Opozita e Kosov\u00ebs, LDK-ja, q\u00eb reagoi e fundit, do t\u00eb duhet s\u00eb bashku me gjith\u00eb partit\u00eb e tjera kosovare t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb unitet q\u00ebndrimesh dhe t\u2019ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, se s\u2019mund t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb q\u00eb rrota e historis\u00eb t\u00eb kthehet mbrapsht. Edhe pal\u00ebt politike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb, madje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktor\u00ebt nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh mund t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb argumente, q\u00eb t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb presion faktorit per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebr ta hedhur posht\u00eb rezolut\u00ebn t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht.
