Dy gardhe t\u00eb forta polic\u00ebsh kan\u00eb rrethuar tend\u00ebn ku mbahet greva e uris\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb kufizuar \u00e7do t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb grevist\u00ebve, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr tu takuar me qytetar\u00eb, qoft\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb uj\u00eb apo cigare si mjete mbijetese. N\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb, disa polic\u00eb u kan\u00eb hequr lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat qytetare nj\u00eb grupi grevist\u00ebsh, ende pa i rid\u00ebnuar me gjykat\u00eb apo pa b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb krim n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb. Situata \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht absurde. Polic\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb kontrollin mbi administrimin e grev\u00ebs, se ku duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet ajo, k\u00eb duhet t\u00eb takojn\u00eb grevist\u00ebt, a duhet t\u00eb pin\u00eb uj\u00eb apo cigare, a duhet t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb tualet apo t\u00eb vdesin aty n\u00eb shtrat. Edhe ky vendim nuk i ka t\u00ebrhequr polic\u00ebt nga vendimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb administruar grev\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 protest\u00ebs politike, dikush duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa ligjor\u00eb kund\u00ebr tyre. N\u00eb rastin konkret, Avokati i Popullit duhet t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb polic\u00ebve, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb negociuar k\u00ebrkesat e grevist\u00ebve, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur administrimin e dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb grev\u00ebs prej Sali Berish\u00ebs. Marrja e kontrollit mbi grev\u00ebn nga policia, dhe biles nga disa segmente fanatike dhe t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb policis\u00eb, q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb si xhandarm\u00ebri politike e Sali Berish\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shkelje flagrante e skajshme e liris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar. Ky kontroll deformon t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht q\u00ebllimin e grev\u00ebs dhe zhduk nga prioriteti k\u00ebrkesat e grevist\u00ebve duke konsumuar koh\u00eb dhe energji me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo arsyeja q\u00eb Avokati i Popullit duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mbart\u00ebsi i iniciativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb paditur Policin\u00eb e Shtetit, e cila po p\u00ebrdhunon grevist\u00ebt duke marr\u00eb me dhun\u00eb administrimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb grev\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb urgjente \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ndaj atyre segmenteve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, q\u00eb po demonstrojn\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb dhunshme, duhet dhe nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje m\u00eb konkrete. Dikush nga shoq\u00ebria civile duhet t\u00eb regjistroj\u00eb gjith\u00eb emrat dhe numrat e polic\u00ebve q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb rolin e xhandarit t\u00eb zellsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe t\u2019i b\u00ebjm\u00eb publike. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mos thon\u00eb nes\u00ebr pse m\u00eb flak\u00ebt nga radh\u00ebt e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit dhe pse po m\u00eb \u00e7oni para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. E pash\u00eb nj\u00eb prej tyre dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnonte nj\u00eb reportere t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs Shekulli vet\u00ebm pse i b\u00ebri nj\u00eb fotografi. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tip recidiv n\u00eb dhun\u00ebn politike, nga kontingjentet e gardist\u00ebve t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, q\u00eb rrihnin gazetar\u00eb dhe politikan\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1996- 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebrpjekja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar presion mbi grevist\u00ebt apo t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e tyre dhe gazetar\u00ebt, vazhdonte m\u00eb tej dhe ndaj disa koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u00eb tregoheshin korrekt dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebnin vet\u00ebm detyr\u00ebn e tyre si sigurues t\u00eb mjediseve t\u00eb grev\u00ebs. P\u00ebrkundrazi, n\u00eb k\u00ebto mjedise kush polic guxon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjest, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i d\u00ebshmuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgimin e nj\u00eb gestapoje, q\u00eb i raporton \u00e7do gjest t\u00eb tyre Sali Berish\u00ebs. Ndaj evidentimi i k\u00ebtyre polic\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes mbajtjes sh\u00ebnim t\u00eb numrave dhe mbiemrave t\u00eb tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt, i cili duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr tu kujtuar atyre se shteti shqiptar do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb se pushteti i halabak\u00ebve t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb ky mjedis i dhunsh\u00ebm ndaj grevist\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrdhunim i institucionit t\u00eb grev\u00ebs s\u00eb uris\u00eb q\u00eb ka detyruar gjith\u00eb reporter\u00ebt e shtypit q\u00eb ndjekin k\u00ebt\u00eb grev\u00eb, t\u00eb vendosin t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb nj\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn n\u00eb or\u00ebn 12:00, para kryeministris\u00eb. E kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb reporter\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, ata q\u00eb fyhen dhe p\u00ebrplasen p\u00ebrdit\u00eb me fodull\u00eb nga Tropoja, q\u00eb flasin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe dhunojn\u00eb gazetar\u00eb e grevist\u00eb, q\u00eb shtyjn\u00eb e p\u00ebrplasin n\u00eb tok\u00eb familjar\u00eb t\u00eb grevist\u00ebve dhe q\u00eb ndalin \u00e7do kontakt t\u00eb tyre me qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb aty n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb tyre. Ata po dalin t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkeljen e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb informimit p\u00ebr ta, por si d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb terrori psikologjik, politik dhe policor, q\u00eb pushteti po ushtron mbi grev\u00ebn dhe grevist\u00ebt. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb gazetar\u00ebsh, jo pronar\u00ebsh apo sindikalist\u00ebsh. \u00cbsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka lindur nga revolta q\u00eb ndjen \u00e7do d\u00ebshmitar, q\u00eb prek at\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb dhunshme krimi t\u00eb shtetit mbi disa burra t\u00eb fort\u00eb, por t\u00eb pafuqi, q\u00eb jan\u00eb shtrir\u00eb p\u00ebrtok\u00eb nga p\u00ebrpjekja e pushtetit p\u00ebr t\u2019i vrar\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb po ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb rid\u00ebnimi i dyt\u00eb i tyre, tashm\u00eb pa gjyq. N\u00ebse ua mor\u00ebm nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb bindjeve t\u00eb tyre, tani pushteti po u merr lirin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar me dinjitet dhe p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull i kuraj\u00ebs qytetare. Ndryshimi i vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb se at\u00ebher\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb aparat t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb dhune politike, q\u00eb nga gjyqtari, hetuesi, prokurori e polici, nd\u00ebrsa tani ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb polic, nj\u00eb gjyqtar, nj\u00eb hetues dhe nj\u00eb prokuror, q\u00eb quhet Sali Berisha.
