P\u00ebrve\u00e7 logjik\u00ebs ligjore dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes nga faktori per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebr propozimin e opozit\u00ebs, nuk kemi asnj\u00eb argument tjet\u00ebr me se t\u00eb bindim shumic\u00ebn t&#8217;i jap\u00eb fund k\u00ebsaj rezistence p\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>I vetmi interes m\u00eb madhor se sa kaq, ishte pranimi nga ana e Bashkimit Europian i k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb kandidate p\u00ebr an\u00ebtare n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian. Ky ishte nj\u00eb interes madhor, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn opozita b\u00ebri llogarit\u00eb gabim duke e llogaritur Berish\u00ebn si nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb e ka seriozisht aspirat\u00ebn e integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur Bashkimi Europian po hamendej p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e tij ishin dy pik\u00ebpyetje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, Sali Berisha dhe kriza me opozit\u00ebn p\u00ebr zgjedhjet, dhe Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7i dhe privatizimi i pushtetit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi prej tij. T\u00eb dyve iu b\u00eb nga nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb publike dhe jopublike.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb zgjidhte kriz\u00ebn dhe duhet t\u00eb hapte kutit\u00eb, Mali i Zi duhet t&#8217;i hapte rrug\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb lidershipit. Sali Berisha i tha &#8220;Jo&#8221; me qet\u00ebsi ofert\u00ebs europiane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, kurse Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7i vuri interesat e vendit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb vog\u00ebl mbi interesat e pushtetit t\u00eb tij dhe i tha &#8220;Po&#8221; ofert\u00ebs europiane, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb hije Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb sot nj\u00eb vend shum\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr Bashkimit Europian se sa Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse krahason k\u00ebto dy shembuj dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si kan\u00eb reaguar dy kryeministra ndaj nevoj\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs, e kupton se m\u00eb af\u00ebr Per\u00ebndimit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mend\u00ebsi sllavi Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7 se sa &#8220;patrioti&#8221; shqiptar Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Po t&#8217;i hysh pastaj n\u00eb detaje dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kushteve p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy lider\u00ebt, ata jan\u00eb ta pakrahasuesh\u00ebm. K\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb i b\u00ebhej Berish\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb normale q\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb standardet q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb \u00e7do vend demokratik.<\/p>\n<p>Transparenca e zgjedhjeve dhe fundi i kriz\u00ebs me opozit\u00ebn, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa tek\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs, jan\u00eb trill i Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur opozit\u00ebn t\u00eb mb\u00ebrthyer tek nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb, e cila i jep atij dor\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb ta mbaj\u00eb at\u00eb larg qeverisjes s\u00eb vendit dhe larg fokusimit tek skandalet financiare dhe privatizimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga familja e Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe sekser\u00eb t\u00eb saj. K\u00ebrkesa ndaj Gjukanovi\u00e7it, nga ana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb personale, m\u00eb radikale dhe m\u00eb e eg\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo i ngjan k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs q\u00eb Per\u00ebndimi i b\u00ebri Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1997, kryesisht p\u00ebrmes diplomacis\u00eb amerikane, q\u00eb i kushtoi k\u00ebtij vendi mbi 3 mij\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb, e cila u desh t\u00eb zgjidhej me nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb forcave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mor\u00ebn praktikisht sovranitetin e vendit deri m\u00eb 29 qershor 1997.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo sjellje e provuar e Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb e b\u00ebn tashm\u00eb Per\u00ebndimin t\u00eb jet\u00eb i kufizuar n\u00eb presionet personale mbi t\u00eb dhe t&#8217;i spostoj\u00eb ato tek presionet dhe nd\u00ebshkimet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ta konvertoj\u00eb mosaprovimin e saj n\u00eb gjeste politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve kund\u00ebr tij. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u kuptuar nga shoq\u00ebria shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Ne jemi sot para nj\u00eb fakti mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs, kur kryeministri i Malit t\u00eb Zi, sapo u b\u00eb e vlefshme k\u00ebrkesa e vendit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb kandidat p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE jep dor\u00ebheqje pa shum\u00eb komente nga detyra, duke u l\u00ebn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet nj\u00eb shtet n\u00eb dyert e Bashkimit Europian, nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb pavarur dhe pa asnj\u00eb konflikt serioz me fqinj\u00ebt apo bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i ri nga Sali Berisha n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, shum\u00eb m\u00eb me merita bile, gati me merita personale p\u00ebr \u00e7do arritje t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb vet dhe shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e atij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ndryshim me t\u00eb, ne kemi nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb peng i familjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb pushtet, e cila ka instaluar n\u00eb vend gjith\u00eb mafien ish-jugosllave, ka faktorizuar n\u00eb bregdetin shqiptar, bile n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vendet m\u00eb strategjike t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes energjetike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mafien ruse p\u00ebrmes sekserit serbo-boshnjak t\u00eb familjes tij dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00ebn presionin e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos l\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb pushteti, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, por p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd dhe brenda shumic\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi vale me bizneset dhe linjat e pushtetit q\u00eb dikton Familja.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e b\u00ebn Sali Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t&#8217;i hapur rrug\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebs europiane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pasi nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb e till\u00eb, do t\u00eb \u00e7&#8217;montonte k\u00ebto linja mafioze t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb parajs\u00eb fiskale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe po diktojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, jo vet\u00ebm ekonomike, por dhe politike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e trishtuar ta themi, por nj\u00eb nga lider\u00ebt m\u00eb populist e nacionalist t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb Lazarevi\u00e7i, sot s&#8217;ka m\u00eb vend n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe bizneset e tij kryesore i ka n\u00eb Porto Romano dhe Tiran\u00eb me partner\u00eb njeriun e familjes Berisha, Damir Fazlli\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja p\u00ebrse Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7 ik\u00ebn i qet\u00eb nga pushteti dhe l\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe dinjitoz p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb, dhe kryeministri yn\u00eb nuk e ka veten n\u00eb dor\u00eb, as t&#8217;i hap\u00eb rrug\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri as t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb rrug\u00ebve trafikant\u00ebt e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zot n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mero Baze, 22.12.2010 Rr\u00ebzimi i kompromisit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb ofruar nga opozita rreth hetimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, i b\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimisht t\u00eb lodhshme dhe pa perspektiv\u00eb negociatat e opozit\u00ebs me Sali Berish\u00ebn.
