Darvini me teorit\u00eb e tij t\u00eb evolucionit \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmia m\u00eb e madhe e k\u00ebtij zhvillimi dhe progresi, jan\u00eb argumente shkencore t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb fakte, pavar\u00ebsisht dogmave apo teorive t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mundohen t\u00eb diktojn\u00eb mendimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Filozofia njer\u00ebzore me logjik\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb hekurt dhe me provat e shumta ka treguar rrug\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij zhvillimi q\u00eb nga zeroja absolute e deri tek niveli i sot\u00ebm. Por t\u00eb mos shtyhemi m\u00eb larg se nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur shumica d\u00ebrmuese e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi apo edhe e gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs kapte shifra rekord t\u00eb analfabetizmit dhe shkollimit. Nj\u00eb fat t\u00eb till\u00eb e pati detyrimisht edhe vendi yn\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb rilindasve tan\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb dituri. Ja sesi vler\u00ebsohej shkalla e zgjuarsis\u00eb n\u00eb fillimshekullin e kaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetje : N\u00eb Gjermani nuk ka deve. Qyteti i Bremes \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani. Studiuesit e kan\u00eb ndjekur hap pas hapi ecurin\u00eb dhe e din\u00eb sesi efekti Flynn kishte t\u00eb tjer\u00eb tregues qysh n\u00eb vitin 1984. Ta pranojm\u00eb se testi i SH.Z-s\u00eb mat v\u00ebrtet at\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb rreme q\u00eb quhet zgjuarsi. Cilatdo mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb rezervat tona p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e testit, por mbetet fakt se kan\u00eb ndryshuar mjedisi yn\u00eb fizik dhe intelektual. I pari \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar, i dyti po varf\u00ebrohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb shpejta, t\u00eb garantuar nga nj\u00eb nivel i mir\u00eb i jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb mbrojtur nga nj\u00eb sistem efikas sanitar, jemi edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar me fleksibilitetin e gjuh\u00ebs, fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb imazhit, ushtrimit t\u00eb logjik\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht difekteve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen n\u00eb institucionet dhe mediat-mendojn\u00eb studiuesit. P\u00ebr ne k\u00ebto aspekte t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura m\u00eb sip\u00ebr duhen marr\u00eb me doz\u00ebn e duhur t\u00eb relativizmit, pasi problemet e arsimit, t\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe komunitetit jan\u00eb nj\u00eb plag\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. M\u00eb tej studiuesit mendojn\u00eb se ne p\u00ebrshtatemi ndaj formave t\u00eb klasifikimit abstrakt apo arsyetimeve t\u00eb tipit n\u00ebse\u2026at\u00ebher\u00eb\u2026 dhe pik\u00ebrisht kjo na b\u00ebn t\u00eb shkath\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen ndaj sfidave t\u00eb testit q\u00eb do t\u2019u b\u00ebnte figur\u00eb t\u00eb keqe paraardh\u00ebsve tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb patur rol thelb\u00ebsor edukimi dhe teknologjia q\u00eb nuk u kufizuan tek leximi, shkrimi dhe llogarit\u00eb rudimentale p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb tek kontaktet me teste t\u00eb sofistikuar, ndoshta duke p\u00ebrdorur mjete t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse. Teknologjia v\u00ebrtet e p\u00ebrshpejtoi procesin? Un\u00eb mendoj se e ka p\u00ebrshpejtuar duksh\u00ebm dhe n\u00ebse u referohemi f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, do t\u00eb shohim se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues dhe manovrues t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb re. Mbetet vendimtar faktori koh\u00eb, pra sesa koh\u00eb harxhojn\u00eb realisht brezi i ri n\u00eb komunikim apo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me teknologjin\u00eb. \u00c7do e mir\u00eb e ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinimi figur\u00eb-fjal\u00eb si tek librat me p\u00ebrralla &#8211; thot\u00eb nj\u00eb studiues italian- ishte nj\u00eb faktor i fuqish\u00ebm : ndoshta nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb till\u00eb e luajt\u00ebn videolojrat q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb dyshime tek pedagogjisty\u00ebt e ashp\u00ebr. Por skenare t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji jan\u00eb konjuktura. Do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjenin cilat ndryshime n\u00eb kostelacionin e ideve dhe t\u00eb sendeve mund t\u00eb na \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb KZ son\u00eb.
