Ndryshimi dhe revolta, t\u00eb mbruajtura prej vitesh n\u00eb mendjet dhe zemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyen n\u00eb nat\u00ebn e paharruar t\u00eb 8 Dhjetorit 1990 n\u00eb Qytetin \u201cStudenti\u201d porsi nj\u00eb llav\u00eb vullkani q\u00eb kishte kat\u00ebr dekada e ca q\u00eb ziente brenda t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve nesh. L\u00ebvizja Studentore Shqiptare, ku ju keni qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs aktiv\u00eb, arriti brenda pak dit\u00ebve jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb kristalizonte dhe kanalizonte k\u00ebrkesat e saj t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta politike p\u00ebr lejimin e pluralizimit partiak dhe ndryshimin e sistemit, por edhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsonte pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve mbi nevoj\u00ebn e menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr ndryshim.<\/p>\n

Pluralizmi i k\u00ebrkuar dhe i fituar nga L\u00ebvizja Studentore ishte ai i mir\u00ebfillti, sipas modelit t\u00eb sprovuar per\u00ebndimor dhe jo ai \u201cpluraliz\u00ebm idesh\u201d q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohej t\u00eb vendosej artificialisht nga Partia e Pun\u00ebs n\u00eb pushtet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shnd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb organizmave t\u00eb ndryshme apo \u201clevave t\u00eb Partis\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb pseudo-subjekte elektorale. T\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe barazia njer\u00ebzore para ligjit, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara me forc\u00eb nga student\u00ebt dhe pedagog\u00ebt n\u00eb at\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb e t\u00eb lag\u00ebsht t\u00eb vitit \u201990-t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyen si paraprij\u00ebs t\u00eb atyre standardeve dhe parimeve demokratike q\u00eb na mund\u00ebsuan sot t\u00eb jemi an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s dhe t\u00eb aspirojm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe zyrtarisht pjes\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb madhe evropiane.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb at\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1990 nuk kishte emra t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm, nuk kishte udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb sprovuar dhe ndjek\u00ebs besnik\u00eb, nuk kishte gjeneral\u00eb dhe ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb bindur, por kishte vet\u00ebm pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb L\u00ebvizje q\u00eb ktheu rrot\u00ebn e historis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e duhur. Kishte student\u00eb dhe pedagog\u00eb, kishte intelektual\u00eb, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur dhe \u201cme biografi t\u00eb past\u00ebr\u201d, kishte tiranas, shkodran\u00eb, vlonjat\u00eb, tropojan\u00eb, fierak\u00eb, lezhjan\u00eb e sarandiot\u00eb, madje edhe student\u00eb nga Kosova \u2013 t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe sakrific\u00ebn m\u00eb sublime p\u00ebr fitimin e liris\u00eb dhe demokracis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt K\u00ebto ishin tiparet thelb\u00ebsore q\u00eb e karakterizuan L\u00ebvizjen tuaj: bashkimi, barazia dhe vet\u00ebmohimi.<\/p>\n

Ju arrit\u00ebt t\u2019ia dilni mban\u00eb, t\u2019i dhuronit Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm pluralizmin, por edhe t\u00eb par\u00ebn parti politike t\u00eb themeluar pas dekadash mbret\u00ebrimi absolut t\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb partie, e cila nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte kurrsesi interesat e mbar\u00eb popullit. M\u00eb pas ju e vazhduat L\u00ebvizjen tuaj me Grev\u00ebn e Uris\u00eb, e cila kulmoi me rr\u00ebzimin dhe \u00e7mitizimin e simbolit m\u00eb t\u00eb urryer t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste dhe me ringjalljen e vlerave t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta q\u00eb e kan\u00eb karakterizuar ngahera popullin ton\u00eb. Shum\u00eb prej jush vazhduan t\u00eb japin kontributin e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi: n\u00eb politik\u00eb, n\u00eb art, n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb, n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, n\u00eb media.<\/p>\n

Shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb mor\u00ebn rrug\u00ebn e m\u00ebrgimit, ndoshta t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer nga ritmi i ngadalt\u00eb i ndryshimeve dhe reformave t\u00eb tranzicionit t\u00eb zgjatur shqiptar. Por sot, mbas dy dekadash, \u00ebndrra juaj dhe e mbar\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri evropiane, t\u00eb lir\u00eb, t\u00eb denj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me demokracit\u00eb e tjera per\u00ebndimor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb realitet. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtare me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota n\u00eb NATO, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontributin e saj p\u00ebr paqen dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rajon, por anemban\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Shqiptar\u00ebt, qysh para pak dit\u00ebsh, kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb izolim t\u00eb thell\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa sot jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb lir\u00eb, t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin t\u00eb lir\u00eb, t\u00eb ndjehen qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb, t\u00eb atij kontinenti t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, ku kan\u00eb qen\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb realiteti fiziko-gjeografik, por edhe e tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr evropiane.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, p\u00ebrpjekjeve dhe sakrificave tuaja t\u00eb pamohueshme dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb g\u00ebzoni p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht vler\u00ebsimin e historis\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebnjohjen e mbar\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Duke ju p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve ju: ish-student\u00eb dhe pedagog\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb fillimin e shnd\u00ebrrimeve demokratike, an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Grupimit tuaj si dhe duke p\u00ebrfituar nga ky jubile i L\u00ebvizjes Studentore Shqiptare, me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs kam vendosur t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj Grupimin \u201cDhjetori \u201990\u201d me Urdhrin \u201cNderi i Kombit\u201d.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, Presidenti Topi shtoi: \u201cJo pa q\u00ebllim b\u00ebra nj\u00eb pauz\u00eb. Do t\u00eb thoni ju, pse nuk ishte i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb fjalim. Ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb fjalim, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb mendjen dhe zemr\u00ebn ton\u00eb, n\u00eb mendjen dhe zemr\u00ebn tuaj. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb i paharrueshmi Azem Hajdari. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kemi njohur nga af\u00ebr. Ka qen\u00eb njeri i aksionit, njeri i veprimit, njeri i mbrujtur fort me vet\u00ebmohim. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb futet n\u00ebp\u00ebr fjalime, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb ceremoni t\u00eb tilla, dhe kush m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa ai, e kishte sot vendin qendror n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Kjo qe arsyeja q\u00eb un\u00eb e ndava m\u00eb vete.<\/p>\n

Edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebrjet\u00eb figur\u00ebs s\u00eb Azem Hajdarit!\u201d Pas ekzekutimit t\u00eb himnit komb\u00ebtar dhe leximit t\u00eb dekretit t\u00eb dekorimit nga Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Aleksand\u00ebr Flloko, Kryetari i Shtetit, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi i dor\u00ebzoi Kryetarit k\u00ebtij Grupimi, zotit Bislim Ahmetaj urdhrin e lart\u00eb dhe dekretin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs me motivacionin: \u201cP\u00ebr kontribut madhor e vet\u00ebmohim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb vendosjen e pluralizmit dhe demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr shembjen e sistemit diktatorial e rr\u00ebzimin e simboleve t\u00eb komunizmit, si dhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen me besnik\u00ebri e p\u00ebr\u00e7imin e vlerave demokratike e atdhetare\u201d.<\/p>\n
