Pa ju dridhur qerpiku, Nishani tha se kishte besim q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia do t\u00eb hetonte dhe gjykonte ata q\u00eb organizuan dhe mobilizuan njer\u00ebzit kund\u00ebr institucioneve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb hetimet e deritanishme, q\u00eb jan\u00eb hetimet e FBI, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se komandanti i Gard\u00ebs ka q\u00eblluar dhe vrar\u00eb demonstrues, por as ai dhe as t\u00eb akuzuarit, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk po d\u00ebnohen, por as po mbahen t\u00eb arrestuar. Disa reporter\u00eb t\u00eb trembur rrinin tek cepi i der\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebshtu fillonte gjykimi i 21 janarit, me nj\u00eb trup gjykues q\u00eb m\u00eb shume se sa d\u00ebshmit\u00eb, d\u00ebbonte dhe vazhdon t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb sall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mes tyre si njeri i af\u00ebrt i komandantit ishte dhe ai tipi q\u00eb na prishi gjakun n\u00eb bar disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ishte dita kur xhaxhi i Aleks Nik\u00ebs, i cili beson akoma tek drejt\u00ebsia, kishte botuar nj\u00eb let\u00ebr tek gazeta Tema drejtuar Stefan Fyles, p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr gjakun e nipit t\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe mbesat jetime n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Por brenda asaj salle un\u00eb pash\u00eb se t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt ishin harruar dhe gjykata, nj\u00ebsoj si Presidenti yn\u00eb, ishin t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar si t\u00eb gjykonin organizator\u00ebt. T\u00eb tjer\u00eb e justifikojn\u00eb se thjesht thot\u00eb ato q\u00eb thot\u00eb Berisha. E pranoj munges\u00ebn e inteligjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij se \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e deshifrueshme, por p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e 20 vjet\u00ebve ne kemi nj\u00eb president, q\u00eb merr pozicion t\u00eb eg\u00ebr antiopozitar, bile duke guxuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrdhos\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt politikisht prej qeveris\u00eb. I kuptoj gardist\u00ebt se jan\u00eb t\u00eb inkriminuar dhe mendojn\u00eb se krimi mbulohet me krim, por Presidenti duhet t\u00eb mendohet mir\u00eb kur tenton t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb vrasjen politike me vrasje t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Inkurajimi q\u00eb institucioni i tij i b\u00ebn frym\u00ebs antiopozitare n\u00eb vend, reflektohej qart\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb sall\u00eb gjykate, ku drejt\u00ebsia ishte e tmerruar nga kriminel\u00ebt n\u00eb sall\u00eb dhe jo nga krimi q\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb, reflektohet qart\u00eb nga p\u00ebrballja ime dhe e koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb mi me gardist\u00ebt rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, reflektohet tek gjuha diabolike e kryeministrit, i cili k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb njollat e gjakut nga duart, duke p\u00ebrdorur drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e kontrolluar kund\u00ebr viktimave.
