Kurse kund\u00ebrshtimi i organizatorit t\u00eb panairit t\u00eb librit bazohej n\u00eb \u201cargumentin\u201d se gjith\u00eb dekori i evenimentit, ishte bazuar n\u00eb ngjyr\u00ebn blu. Ngjyra e kuqe e stend\u00ebs se botuesit opozitar\u00eb e prishte k\u00ebt\u00eb harmoni.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi si u zgjidh ai konflikt, n\u00eb thelb, banal. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe tragjike \u00ebsht\u00eb se po e shohim tani t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet n\u00eb nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb qeverisjes. \u00cbsht\u00eb Kryeministri q\u00eb merret me ngjyrat e dekorit t\u00eb festave, si t\u00eb merrej me nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Dhe kur Kryeministri jep urdhra shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rrept\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cpem\u00ebn e Vitit t\u00eb Ri\u201d sesa p\u00ebr masat q\u00eb duheshin marr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar a minimizuar p\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u neglizhuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kur jep urdh\u00ebr q\u00eb protokolli i shtetit t\u00eb korrektoj\u00eb dekoret e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb bulevardi \u201cD\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit\u201d t\u00eb mos ngjasuaka me nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb prostitucioni sikund\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb bulevardi \u201cPigal\u201d n\u00eb Paris, Berisha t\u00eb kujton, as m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe as m\u00eb pak, por nj\u00eb sekretar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb tip i till\u00eb e kishte detyr\u00eb t\u2019i kushtonte kujdes stend\u00ebs s\u00eb emulacionit socialist, deri edhe ngjyr\u00ebs s\u00eb germave t\u00eb parullave, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shmanget ndonj\u00eb gabim ideologjik.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por kush merr shum\u00eb seriozisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e vogla dhe pa asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb aft\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb seriozisht ato me pesh\u00eb. A nuk e provuan k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr? A nuk u lan\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit, investime dhe masa q\u00eb do kishin minimizuar p\u00ebrmbytjet dhe d\u00ebmet prej tyre? Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet ku thuhet se po ecet drejt decentralizmit t\u00eb pushtetit. Po \u00e7\u2019dreq decentralizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb ky, kur qeveria nuk e lejon bashkin\u00eb t\u00eb dekoroj\u00eb qytetin sipas shijes s\u00eb saj! Gustoja dhe ngjyra, thoshin latin\u00ebt, nuk diskutohen.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse i diskuton Berisha duke u maskuar me shqet\u00ebsimin \u201catdhetar\u201d se mos bulevardi i martir\u00ebve na shfaqet si rrug\u00eb prostitutash? Ka vet\u00ebm dy shpjegime. Nj\u00ebri lidhet me faktin q\u00eb Berisha do t\u2019i v\u00ebr\u00eb shkopinj n\u00ebn rrota gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb b\u00ebn kund\u00ebrshtari i tij, Edi Rama. Si me \u201cZogun e Zi\u201d apo me qendr\u00ebn e Tiran\u00ebs. Por nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr dy t\u00eb parat \u201cargumentet\u201d kund\u00ebr kishin nj\u00eb lloj sofistikimi sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb trazuar nj\u00eb debat apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim, ky i fundit i ngjyr\u00ebs s\u00eb kuqe, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet, por v\u00ebrtet shum\u00eb banal.<\/p>\n<p>Po shohim se sikund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs nga ka dal\u00eb, Berisha i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb telat e makin\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit jo te puna p\u00ebr mbroth\u00ebsi dhe shmangie katastrofash, por te propaganda. Ai ka \u00ebnd\u00ebrr q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb blu, n\u00eb ngjyr\u00ebn e flamurit t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe pushtetit t\u00eb tij. Berisha \u00ebnd\u00ebrron Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb blu, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb moniste. Por a ka qen\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria blu \u00ebndrra e shqiptar\u00ebve pas shembjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb kuqe?
