Reagimet emocionale t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe Prishtin\u00ebs deri tani, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb emocionuar ask\u00ebnd ve\u00e7 vetes, por i kan\u00eb hedhur benzin\u00eb zjarrit duke nxitur nj\u00eb votim unanim p\u00ebr hetim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar mbi k\u00ebto akuza dhe e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kryeministrin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nj\u00eb portret q\u00eb i ngjan filmave horror.<\/p>\n<p>Pa dashur t\u00eb merrem me reagimin emocional n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb kufizohem tek dyfytyr\u00ebsia e reagimit nga Tirana. Reagimi i par\u00eb skandaloz ka ardhur nga kryeparlamentarja e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Jozefina Topalli, e cila ka k\u00ebrkuar ekzaminim mjek\u00ebsor p\u00ebr hartuesin e raportit, Dik Martin. Me leht\u00ebsin\u00eb e njeriut kok\u00ebbosh, q\u00eb u shet pallavrave fshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbytur t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u201carmikun Edi Rama n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb\u201d, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn leht\u00ebsi dhe pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, komunikon n\u00eb nivel zyrtar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb raport, i cili n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk sqarohet me kompetenc\u00eb dhe profesionaliz\u00ebm nga pala shqiptare, ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb na mbetur gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn njoll\u00eb dhe argument kund\u00ebr \u00e7do iniciative p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar Kosov\u00ebn drejt Per\u00ebndimit. <\/p>\n<p>Qysh sot jan\u00eb hedhur publikisht akuzat e para ndaj mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb tepruar per\u00ebndimore te Kosov\u00ebs, dhe nj\u00eb reagim primitiv i joni i b\u00ebn dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm k\u00ebta z\u00ebra. N\u00ebse Dik Marti \u00ebsht\u00eb psikopat apo normal, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e p\u00ebrcakton dot zonja Topalli. Detyra e zonj\u00ebs Topalli n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb pal\u00ebn shqiptare nga akuzat me argumente dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, dhe jo t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb distanc\u00eb armiq\u00ebsore me autorin e raportit, duke ja b\u00ebr\u00eb atij m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb supet si i pafajsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb kulmin e ofensiv\u00ebs kund\u00ebr faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, nga sa po rrjedh n\u00eb medien prestigjioze bot\u00ebrore si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb BBC, Sh\u00ebrbimi Informativ Shqiptar ose njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb tij, mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb detajeve p\u00ebr raportin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat si\u00e7 tha dje n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore Dik Marti, nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publike, por ekzistojn\u00eb. Ne nuk e dim\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019ka n\u00eb anekset jopublike ky raport, por e sigurt \u00ebsht\u00eb se KE nuk mund t\u00eb miratonte nj\u00eb raport pa detaje t\u00eb besueshme, t\u00eb ofruara p\u00ebr ish- prokurorin zviceran. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport, detyra e shtetit shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me autoritete nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kan\u00eb hartuar raportin dhe t\u00eb provoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb thon\u00eb. Njer\u00ebz q\u00eb t\u00eb shesin nat\u00ebn e t\u00eb qajn\u00eb dit\u00ebn, si\u00e7 duket q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast me Hashim Tha\u00e7in, vet\u00ebm sa e d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb dhe m\u00eb tej faktorin shqiptar dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti, si\u00e7 shihet nga raporti, aty nuk ka akuza n\u00eb bllok p\u00ebr UCK, nuk ka akuza p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e saj dhe as p\u00ebr armiq\u00ebsin\u00eb me serb\u00ebt. Shum\u00eb nga faktet q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtohen publikisht p\u00ebr raportin, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb raport. P\u00ebr shembull kund\u00ebrshtohet fakti q\u00eb \u201ctek Sht\u00ebpia e Verdh\u00eb n\u00eb Gurr\u00eb t\u00eb Matit\u201d nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet transplant dhe i quhet kjo g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr raportit, por n\u00eb fakt dhe raporti k\u00ebt\u00eb thot\u00eb, q\u00eb atje nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej transplant. <\/p>\n<p>Raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyshimt\u00eb dhe spekulativ kur flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Kruj\u00eb, ku sipas tij rreth dhjet\u00eb persona mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb ekzekutuar dhe pastaj mund t\u2019u jen\u00eb marr\u00eb organet p\u00ebr t\u2019u transportuar jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi. K\u00ebtu duhet hetim, duhet mjek\u00ebsi ligjore q\u00eb t\u2019i hedh posht\u00eb, dhe po ashtu investigim n\u00ebse mjeku turk i klinik\u00ebs s\u00eb tanishme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr transplanto, ka pas\u00eb ose jo lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb grup qysh gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk b\u00ebhet me parulla. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet me institucione si Shqip\u00ebria, e ka t\u00eb leht\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb institucionale. Deri m\u00eb tani askund n\u00eb raport nuk faj\u00ebsohet U\u00c7K se k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nga urrejtja p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt, por faj\u00ebsohen dhe ngrihen dyshime p\u00ebr individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb joshur financiarisht dhe tashm\u00eb mbrohen politikisht. <\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00eb per\u00ebndimor akoma nuk ka th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebshtu ka vepruar U\u00c7K, por thjesht kan\u00eb ri-cituar akuzat q\u00eb ka raporti p\u00ebr individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Kurse pala shqiptare b\u00ebn fakt t\u00eb kryer q\u00eb akuzat njollosin U\u00c7K-n\u00eb dhe Luft\u00ebn, dhe flasin bro\u00e7kulla q\u00eb nuk i hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb askujt ve\u00e7 pjes\u00ebs jo-urbane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb beson iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb komploti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar kund\u00ebr tyre.<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, jo se ka bllofe, por se \u00ebsht\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm n\u00eb l\u00ebnien hapur t\u00eb dyshimeve. Raporti shtyn shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb spiralen e l\u00ebnies s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hetuar dhe v\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se autori i raportit mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb mosdurim p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, por n\u00eb raport ka d\u00ebshmuar durim p\u00ebr ta na futur n\u00eb spiralen e dyshimeve. Ai raport nuk hidhet posht\u00eb me parulla, nuk hidhet posht\u00eb me banalitete, nuk hidhet posht\u00eb as me dyfytyr\u00ebsi, n\u00ebse dikush nga Shqip\u00ebria ka bashk\u00ebpunuar ilegalisht me hetuesit. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunohet legalisht, m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb punohet n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb diellit p\u00ebrkrah Dik Martit, se sa t\u00eb ecim n\u00eb modelin tradicional t\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, q\u00eb nat\u00ebn i b\u00ebn dosjen p\u00ebr n\u00eb Hag\u00eb nj\u00ebrit nga lider\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K, dhe pas burgut b\u00ebjn\u00eb bashk\u00eb \u201cRrug\u00ebn e Kombit\u201d, duke na e shitur sapunin p\u00ebr djath\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 po sillet Shqip\u00ebria me k\u00ebt\u00eb raport, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e ndihmon asgj\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7in, por u jep argument gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb dyshojn\u00eb, apo kan\u00eb prirjen t\u00eb dyshojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, se k\u00ebtu di\u00e7ka ka ndodhur.
