Pushteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kombinim i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb paaft\u00eb me njer\u00ebzit e pavullnetsh\u00ebm. Vullneti i t\u00eb paaft\u00ebve nuk i hyn n\u00eb pun\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, por as aft\u00ebsia e t\u00eb pavullnetshm\u00ebve.
\nMegjithat\u00eb, motori i zem\u00ebrimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb pandershm\u00ebria dhe privilegjet e politikan\u00ebve, mungesa e seriozitetit dhe sinqeritetit t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht korrupsioni i politikan\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb tashm\u00eb e din\u00eb dhe e shohin q\u00eb pushteti i shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shtetin t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Dy vjet e gjysm\u00eb pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Kosova s’ka sovranitet e integritet territorial, por as zhvillim ekonomik e mir\u00ebqenie sociale. Jeta normale \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb luks p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa luksi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00eb normale p\u00ebr pakic\u00ebn prej pushtetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Si u katandis\u00ebm me k\u00ebta politikan\u00eb dhe si u katandis\u00ebn k\u00ebta politikan\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb dy pyetje aq t\u00eb ndryshme. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb dikur sakrifikuan e rrezikuan edhe jet\u00ebn se jo vet\u00ebm pasurin\u00eb e tyre, sot jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur n\u00eb vend q\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb jet\u00ebt e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Qytetar\u00ebt pa dyshim se nuk e kishin kollaj t\u00eb mos mashtroheshin.<\/p>\n

Por, si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb brenda fare pak viteve njeriu t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoj\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebso metamorfoze makab\u00ebr? Cilat jan\u00eb ato shkaqe t\u00eb paarsyeshme, por edhe arsye t\u00eb motivuara q\u00eb e mund\u00ebsuan a kusht\u00ebzuan nj\u00eb transformim t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb?<\/p>\n

Sigurisht q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr politikan\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre e braktis\u00ebn idealin e tyre t\u00eb deriat\u00ebhersh\u00ebm. Nga \u00ebndrra e tyre ideale p\u00ebr popullin e shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb u rr\u00ebzuan n\u00eb realitetin e k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm material p\u00ebr veten e tyre.<\/p>\n

Ideali \u00ebsht\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb – ai zakonisht p\u00ebrshkruhet me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb vetme si liria, drejt\u00ebsia a barazia. Mir\u00ebpo, pa ideal, s’ka moral. Momenti i braktisjes s\u00eb idealit nga politikani gjithmon\u00eb pasohet me momentin e indiferenc\u00ebs ndaj moralit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrball\u00eb idealit t\u00eb tij dhe p\u00ebrderisa ideali \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrati i mendimit t\u00eb tij, politikani \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor i p\u00ebrvuajtur i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. I kredhur n\u00eb boll\u00ebkun material, ku gjith\u00e7ka jasht\u00eb reales ngjan utopike, politikani b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb mendjemadh q\u00eb beson se shoq\u00ebria duhet t’i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb konsiderohej q\u00eb angazhimi p\u00ebr vendin dhe popullin \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim yni ndaj vendit e popullit. Besohej se q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne e secili nga ne i kemi borxh shoq\u00ebris\u00eb e kombit dhe se duhet t\u00eb punojm\u00eb p\u00ebr ta.<\/p>\n

Sot politikan\u00ebt e regjimit p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb na e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb q\u00eb ata besojn\u00eb q\u00eb populli e shoq\u00ebria atyre iu ka borxh, se qytetar\u00ebt na qenkan mosmir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs ndaj tyre, dhe se zhvatja q\u00eb ata ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta e tyre p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb meritave t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb fakt, t\u00eb vetmit njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb borxh vendit e popullit ton\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e kombit. Q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jemi borxhlinj dhe mbesim borxhlinj.<\/p>\n

Ndarja q\u00eb e b\u00ebn politikani nga ideali i deridjesh\u00ebm doemos b\u00ebhet edhe ndarje nga populli. Politikani i ndar\u00eb nis e thekson tiparet e tij si njeri i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm, si dikush q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb si t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, e q\u00eb gjithsesi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i men\u00e7ur e m\u00eb i dijsh\u00ebm se gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Ai nuk konsultohet m\u00eb as me miqt\u00eb e tij se l\u00ebre m\u00eb me qytetar\u00ebt, dhe n\u00eb themel t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetimit q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr veten e tij ndodhet ky dallim nd\u00ebrmjet atij si personalitet shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb ve\u00e7se numra.<\/p>\n

Ky politikan nuk frik\u00ebsohet nga qytetar\u00ebt dhe as nga gjykimi historik, meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai vet\u00eb q\u00eb i frik\u00ebson qytetar\u00ebt dhe beson se \u00ebsht\u00eb personalitet i rrall\u00eb historik.<\/p>\n

Braktisja e idealeve \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si politikan\u00ebt e presin bilet\u00ebn e tyre hyr\u00ebse p\u00ebr korrupsion. K\u00ebta politikan\u00eb nuk korruptohen kur vijn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, por shum\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt para se t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, e disa prej tyre korruptohen pik\u00ebrisht q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Natyrisht q\u00eb k\u00ebtu s’kemi pse merremi me politikan\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt as q\u00eb kishin ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ideale, p\u00ebr shkak se Kosova sot nuk qeveriset nga politikan\u00eb q\u00eb kurr\u00eb s’pat\u00ebn ideale, por mu nga aso q\u00eb i braktis\u00ebn ata.<\/p>\n

Kur politikani heq dor\u00eb nga ideali i tij, kjo s’do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht jasht\u00eb idealeve mandej. M\u00eb par\u00eb se kjo, ai e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson nj\u00eb ideal t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb huaja q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve e vetes ia racionalizon si urt\u00ebsi t\u00eb tij. Krer\u00ebt institucional\u00eb dhe partiak\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e kan\u00eb braktisur idealin nacional-\u00e7lirimtar dhe jan\u00eb zhytur n\u00eb at\u00eb neoliberal.<\/p>\n
