Kjo ngjau dje m\u00eb 20 janar 2013 n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, n\u00eb kryeqendr\u00ebn shqiptare ku jeton minoriteti etnik shqiptar n\u00ebn Serbi. Ngjarja ishte paralajm\u00ebruar. Qeveria serbe, e mb\u00ebshtetur nga premtimi pompoz dhe provokativ i Presidentit Nikoliq, d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb autoblinda dhe nj\u00ebsi speciale, ushtri dhe xhandar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb akt provokues jo vet\u00ebm ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi, por ndaj gjith\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Me nj\u00eb demonstrim cetnike, lapidari i ngritur n\u00eb shenj\u00eb nderimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e njohur t\u00eb U\u00c7PMB-s\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 2001-2002, u hoq nga qendra e qytetit. Sjellja e Republik\u00ebs Serbe sh\u00ebmb\u00eblleu s\u00ebrish monarkike ndaj s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar dhe respektuar edhe p\u00ebrmes simbolik\u00ebs memorialistike t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre komb\u00ebtare dhe qytetare. <\/p>\n<p>Serb\u00ebt e armatosur me blinda dhe mjete speciale nuk u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aksion t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar. N\u00eb rrug\u00ebt dhe sheshin e Preshev\u00ebs munguan s\u00eb v\u00ebrshuari shqiptar\u00ebt. Nuk u \u00e7el\u00ebn dritare dhe nuk u tubuan civil\u00eb. N\u00ebp\u00ebr blogje dhe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e internetit v\u00ebrshuan akuza dhe britma fshikulluese p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb impotenc\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk ushtruan asnj\u00eb fije rezistenc\u00eb ndaj forc\u00ebs brutale dhe provokative q\u00eb makineria ushtarake serbe ushtroi ndaj lapidarit. Por, sipas t\u00eb th\u00ebnave n\u00ebp\u00ebr media, sot ata do t\u00eb gjenden s\u00ebrish aty. Partit\u00eb e Preshev\u00ebs, edhe pse jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa ka organizata n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb ende reagimet dhe deklaratat e tyre t\u00eb unifikuara. <\/p>\n<p>Por para tyre jan\u00eb shprehur menj\u00ebher\u00eb partit\u00eb kryesore politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb. Nga Tirana dhe Prishtina u l\u00ebshuan deklarata, por m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn rrjetet sociale dhe aksesi individual q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit kan\u00eb krijuar. Tirana, p\u00ebrmes Kryeministrit Berisha n\u00eb \u201cFacebook\u201d, u shpreh p\u00ebr albanofobin\u00eb q\u00eb po rikonfirmohet edhe p\u00ebrmes aktit ushtarak t\u00eb Beogradit. Nd\u00ebrsa qeveria n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb shtoi se: \u201cKy veprim i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi tjet\u00ebr se urrejtja kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ende gjall\u00eb dhe se ajo po ushqehet me veprime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs gjenocidale t\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7it\u2026 Ky akt i sh\u00ebmtuar i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e rrezikon seriozisht procesin e dialogut p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia direkte bie mbi Serbin\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt u d\u00ebshmuan sodit\u00ebs ndaj provokacionit t\u00eb djesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb. Serb\u00ebt u vet\u00ebndien \u201czot sht\u00ebpie\u201d pas k\u00ebtij akti. N\u00eb mediat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare akti u p\u00ebrcoll me v\u00ebmendje, por heshtja ndaj shkuljes s\u00eb lapidarit shqiptar, po lexohet si e dyshimt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dit\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij janari, Ballkani po rikthen episode me p\u00ebrmbajtje dhe rreziqe provokimesh etnike t\u00eb vjetra. Diplomacit\u00eb e shteteve jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljesh t\u00eb deklaratave dhe takimeve t\u00eb cilat po artikulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb problematike \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh p\u00ebr acarime dhe deklarime nacionaliste. Reaksioni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb bilateral, por multietnik. Athina me Tiran\u00ebn, q\u00eb prej muajit t\u00eb festimit t\u00eb 100-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore, po p\u00ebrcjellin dit\u00eb t\u00eb ftohta dhe me pohime e kund\u00ebrpohime t\u00eb acaruara e me ngarkesa shp\u00ebrfilljesh dhe cinizmash t\u00eb dukshme e t\u00eb padukshme. <\/p>\n<p>Serbia po i n\u00ebnshtrohet fatit t\u00eb pakthyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb shtet\u00ebsimit fqinjor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por nuk heq dor\u00eb nga pengmbajtja dhe l\u00ebndimi p\u00ebrmes \u201cthembr\u00ebs\u201d Mitrovic\u00eb. N\u00eb Maqedoni, paq\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria politike \u00ebsht\u00eb shtatz\u00ebn\u00eb me acarime etnike, nd\u00ebrsa mbetet n\u00eb kalend\u00eb, \u201challi em\u00ebror\u201d me Greqin\u00eb. N\u00eb Athin\u00ebn ku kriza b\u00ebn rebelim dhe \u00e7orodi shoq\u00ebrore, po ringjallen pasione dhe organizime ekstremiste, duke deklamuar patologji antishqiptare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst dhe tablo t\u00eb re me p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr ballkanike, Presheva po rikthehet s\u00ebrish n\u00eb syt\u00eb e opinionit ballkanik e atij europian. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb Serbia q\u00eb po lind s\u00ebrish shtypje shqiptar\u00ebsh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb. Ky shtet nuk ik\u00ebn dot prej zakonit t\u00eb shtypjes, sado pak t\u00eb mbeten shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00ebn sundimin e saj. Nj\u00eb patologji q\u00eb ka krijuar tashm\u00eb realisht at\u00eb albanofobi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn qeveria e Kryeministrit Berisha e konstaton politologjikisht, por nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet politikisht dhe diplomatikisht. Por mes shtypjes s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb rikonfirmuar dhe s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs shqiptare p\u00ebr z\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, kan\u00eb ndryshuar shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb rrethana. Heshtja e partive shqiptare n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq e fajshme sa edhe mosreagimi diplomatik i qeverive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs pran\u00eb autoriteteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00eb d\u00ebrgat\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel dhe Uashington duhej t\u00eb ishte nisur me koh\u00eb nga Tirana dhe Prishtina p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vandaliz\u00ebm serb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb guxonte qeveria e zotit Berisha t\u00eb prekte nj\u00eb esht\u00ebr Kosine n\u00eb manastirin e eshtrave n\u00eb Gryk\u00ebn e Mezhgoranit, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur mauzoleu-kish\u00eb-greke, n\u00eb tok\u00ebn shqiptare dhe kishim p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb se \u00e7do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte Athina. Le t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb dikush t\u2019i prek\u00eb lapidar\u00ebt maqedonas n\u00eb kufirin shqiptaro-shqiptar me vendin fqinj, pra Maqedonin\u00eb, pa t\u00eb shihnim sesi do t\u00eb reagonte Shkupi gjysm\u00eb shqiptar., etj., etj. N\u00eb Preshev\u00eb nuk meritojm\u00eb t\u2019i gjegjemi provokimit serb me rebelim, as me guerilje, por me reciprocitet dhe reagim institucional. Koha e t\u00eb l\u00ebnit jetim\u00eb t\u00eb atyre shqiptar\u00ebve ka mbaruar. Jan\u00eb dy shtete shqiptar\u00ebsh dhe nj\u00eb abonent (ai i Shkupit) q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin hapa reagimi dhe ndalimi mbi Serbin\u00eb.
