Ka gjithmon\u00eb viktima, aksidente tragjike e t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb q\u00eb shuhen posht\u00eb urave n\u00eb acar. Ndaj anglez\u00ebve nuk u duket m\u00eb lajm kjo pun\u00eb e dimrit. Fati e ka dashur q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb reshje d\u00ebbore e acar n\u00eb zonat me shum\u00eb banor\u00eb, pasi do ishte e sigurt q\u00eb aksidentet e vdekjet do t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se n\u00eb vendet e Bashkimit Europian. <\/p>\n<p>Por qeveria vazhdon ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb s\u00ebrish kart\u00ebn e jet\u00ebve t\u00eb humbura. Ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb duhet sakt\u00ebsuar. V\u00ebrtet nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb humbura, por mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtuara. Bilancet nuk do jen\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb sakta. Reumatizma, azma, stresi e t\u00eb tjera s\u00ebmundje e simptoma do ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e atyre njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur. <\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare duket gjithashtu q\u00eb po \u201cndjehet\u201d mir\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjet po p\u00ebrhapen edhe n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Shkodr\u00ebs. Ministri i Pun\u00ebve Publike e p\u00ebrdori k\u00ebt\u00eb si justifikim p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb duart nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e mir\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ia l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb barr\u00ebn e fajit natyr\u00ebs. Ashtu si\u00e7 ndodhi edhe n\u00eb janar. Ve\u00e7se nga m\u00ebnyra se si po i hidhet faji k\u00ebsaj her\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb kuptosh nj\u00eb kompleks faji t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb janar e tani.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga temat e debatit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve megjithat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se a duhet t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt ndaj k\u00ebsaj qeverie q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdesur p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb sigurta e t\u00eb urbanizuara zonat ku banojn\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata jan\u00eb peng i nj\u00eb sistemi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur k\u00ebto vite tranzicion, i nj\u00eb kontrate sociale t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme dhe t\u00eb mbrapsht\u00eb, ku shteti e qytetari i kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim hesapet. Qytetari \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb doj\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e tij, e ndoshta edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, kurse shteti ka vijuar pun\u00ebn e tij pa u shqet\u00ebsuar shum\u00eb nga qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha: p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb superfuqi energjetike, p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb Miss Bota, p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb vendi i par\u00eb me prokurimet krejt elektronike etj. Edhe kur i kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb qaf\u00eb, mjeti p\u00ebr t\u2019i shantazhuar ka qen\u00eb i leht\u00eb: keni shkelur ligjet, na lini t\u00eb qet\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb kur u dhan\u00eb fondet p\u00ebr d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimet, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer. \u00cbsht\u00eb synimi i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin pezull n\u00eb duart e informalitetit. Ndaj kur vjen puna n\u00eb situata t\u00eb tilla, shteti shfaqet para qytetar\u00ebve si pal\u00eb me ta, si nj\u00eb komshi fjal\u00ebmir\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka pamje m\u00eb tragjike se ajo e dy kamion\u00ebve q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb e hedhin ca zhavorr n\u00eb Torovic\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Berisha i vrenjtur i shikon nga af\u00ebr. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ilustrimi i shtetit q\u00eb punon p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb NATO e p\u00ebr rrug\u00eb miliarda euroshe dhe l\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e nj\u00eb argjinature.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si punon kjo qeveri, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb i sheh si pal\u00eb, si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb sipas saj jan\u00eb me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta. Dhe Jozefina Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb simboli i k\u00ebsaj m\u00ebnyre t\u00eb menduari e t\u00eb punuari. Shiheni me sa krenari thot\u00eb q\u00eb do e mund t\u00eb opozit\u00ebn, pas e pasur t\u00eb qart\u00eb konceptin e opozit\u00ebs. Duke harruar se opozita mundet vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebher\u00eb, n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme.
