Mrekulli, k\u00ebshtu funksionon shteti!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt ai kishte nd\u00ebrtuar tre mure n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb, ku nuk ka e nuk ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur kurr\u00eb studim urbanistik, pasi banon n\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat, ku jan\u00eb tri sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr e tri n\u00eb nj\u00eb breg dhe as prish e as ndreq urbanistik\u00eb aty. Polic\u00ebt e kishin par\u00eb se ku po nd\u00ebrtonte, apo \u00e7far\u00eb kishte nd\u00ebrtuar ai, \u00e7far\u00eb sht\u00ebpie dhe katandie kishte dhe kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ikin, duke r\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cdakord\u201d se ai ishte nd\u00ebrtim i vjet\u00ebr. Ai thjesht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi grir\u00ebsen e mishit, por ishin njer\u00ebzit vet\u00eb q\u00eb hidhin nj\u00ebri-tjetrit brenda saj. Jo se donin shtetin, por nga lig\u00ebsia e shpirtit.<br \/>\nShteti pa bashk\u00ebpunimin e qytetar\u00ebve nuk funksionon. Por pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e denoncimeve jan\u00eb fqinji p\u00ebr fqinjin e kushuriri p\u00ebr kushuririn, q\u00eb po lyen sht\u00ebpin\u00eb apo po nd\u00ebrron der\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrsa shteti b\u00ebn t\u00eb nj\u00ebtin gabim, fut n\u00eb brug at\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton nj\u00eb streh\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb pyllit, 5 km nga rruga m\u00eb e af\u00ebrt, dhe nuk fut at\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton n\u00eb buz\u00eb t\u00eb detit.
