Votimi p\u00ebr kufizimin e imunitetit, megjith\u00ebse nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e ngarkuar me shum\u00eb spekulime, \u00ebsht\u00eb akti m\u00eb i fresk\u00ebt i nj\u00eb serie aktesh pararend\u00ebse dhe takimesh t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb opozitar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb anemban\u00eb Europ\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb lobuar k\u00ebt\u00eb aspirat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e v\u00eb dor\u00ebn n\u00eb zjarr &#8211; zyra e komisionerit p\u00ebr zgjerimin Stefan Fyle e di m\u00eb mir\u00eb-, por me aq sa e kam ndjekur un\u00eb procesin e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb integrimit t\u00eb vendeve ish-komuniste n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb si kjo e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb kaq e provokuar, deri edhe e vrar\u00eb nga qeveria dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb kaq e interesuar p\u00ebr integrimin e vendit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Edhe pse kjo mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb kushtuar dhe vazhdon t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb varg keqkuptimesh me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb elektoratit t\u00eb saj apo me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb opinionit publik sikur po mbush me oksigjen bombolat e qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb, kur kujtojm\u00eb parregullsit\u00eb evidente n\u00eb zgjedhjet e vitit 2009 dhe ato t\u00eb vitit 2011 t\u00eb reflektuara nj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb n\u00eb raportet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb OSBE\/ODHIR-it dhe, m\u00eb tej kur kujtojm\u00eb vrasjet e 21 janarit, p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebria e opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb takimin me detyrat e integrimit dhe lobimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm i saj pran\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve ngjan me nj\u00eb sublimim. N\u00eb fakt e ka k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmas\u00eb. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe pragmatiz\u00ebm. Demokracia shqiptare e ka fatin e mir\u00eb brenda dhe jo jasht\u00eb Europ\u00ebs. Vet\u00eb opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb fituese vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis demokratik.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim tradicional, meskin dhe partizan t\u00eb problemit, opozit\u00ebs s&#8217;ka \u00e7far\u00eb i duhet e merr apo nuk e merr Shqip\u00ebria statusin e vendit kandidat, madje ku ta gjej\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria t\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb e t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt derisa t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb fytyr\u00eb t&#8217;u k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzve vot\u00ebn. E kam shkruar shpesh dhe e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris se aspirata komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr integrimin e p\u00ebrjashton k\u00ebt\u00eb qasje. Ne nuk e kemi p\u00ebr zbukurim integrimin. E kemi histori.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij kuptimi kur sillet me integrimin si t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb pushtet. Madje me nj\u00eb impenjim t\u00eb shtuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimeve dhe ekuivokeve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Kur gjykojm\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb opozite kemi, ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb dy pyetje kryesore. E para, a \u00ebsht\u00eb opozit\u00eb reale apo dekorative. E dyta, a \u00ebsht\u00eb europiane, a \u00ebsht\u00eb per\u00ebndimore, apo jo. Opozita shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb reale, pa dyshim, pavar\u00ebsisht se dikush do ta donte m\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, dikush m\u00eb t\u00eb orientuar nga temat e zhvillimit, dikush m\u00eb t\u00eb iluminuar, dikush m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur me njer\u00ebzit, e k\u00ebshtu pa fund. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb mjaft e gjer\u00eb q\u00eb rrok nj\u00eb larmi vler\u00ebsimesh e pik\u00ebpamjesh.<\/p>\n<p>Por ka nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e gjith\u00ebpranuar deri edhe p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb: Sot kemi nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore. Per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb program, per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb orientim, per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb prurjet e reja q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb n\u00eb partin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs nj\u00eb lloj rithemelimi i but\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrt\u00ebrit\u00ebs i saj, per\u00ebndimore edhe n\u00eb sjelljen e atyre pak ish zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Socialiste.<\/p>\n<p>Oksidentalizmi i nj\u00eb grupi politik q\u00eb vjen nga nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi e fort\u00eb izolimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arritje me vete e demokracis\u00eb. Kryeministri Berisha n\u00eb fakt i b\u00ebri nj\u00eb reklam\u00eb t\u00eb bukur vendit t\u00eb tij kur pohoi pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel se kemi nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb europiane. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm gjithmon\u00eb i mir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i qet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe siguris\u00eb s\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen. Edhe kur jemi me opozit\u00ebn, edhe kur jemi kund\u00ebr saj p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Por t\u00eb q\u00ebnit per\u00ebndimore \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn edhe nj\u00eb kart\u00eb e fuqishme elektorale. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb alternativ\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb dhe ka shanse t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet vet\u00ebm si e till\u00eb. Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e dyzuar n\u00eb orientim si shoq\u00ebria serbe apo ukrahinase, fjala vjen, ku ndodh t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet opozita t\u00eb deklaruar si antieuropiane. Kjo nuk mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb dhe zhvillimet shqiptare jan\u00eb t\u00eb tilla sa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb un\u00eb mendoj se opozita i ka n\u00eb favor edhe elektoralisht lajmet e mira. Ja, pra. Nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb europiane nuk e shtron dhe nuk e sh\u00ebrben me nj\u00eb koncept partizan \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e integrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Drama reale e k\u00ebsaj opozite dhe e publikut n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi jan\u00eb vonesat q\u00eb krijon qeveria me mosp\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrave t\u00eb saj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ligjzbatimit, n\u00eb luf\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, etj. Nj\u00eb problem m\u00eb vete jan\u00eb edhe ekuivoket dhe dyzimet e brend\u00ebshme p\u00ebr integrimin, duke luajtur me t\u00eb loj\u00ebn e kungulleshk\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta l\u00ebn\u00eb varur si nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb rezultonte i djegur si synim n\u00eb skenarin e stopimit apo shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes eventuale t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit me mentalitet \u00e7ifligar\u00ebsh e pallashallar\u00ebsh jan\u00eb nga natyra armiq t\u00eb \u00e7do lloj hapjeje. P\u00ebr ta pushteti q\u00ebndron mbi integrimin.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht, keqkuptimet, kund\u00ebrshtimet apo kritikat e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb opinionit publik me qasjen pozitiviste t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb sens: \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e gjetjes s\u00eb raportit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb midis misionit t\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar rotaconin e pushtetit dhe interesave komb\u00ebtare nd\u00ebrpartiake. T\u00eb sh\u00ebrbesh integrimin, por t\u00eb mos i b\u00ebsh asnj\u00eb koncension qeveris\u00eb. K\u00ebtu talenti i politkan\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00ebn e profesionalizmit, talentit, kultur\u00ebs dhe intuit\u00ebs. Opozita, pavar\u00ebsisht se si \u00ebsht\u00eb spekuluar e spekulohet gjat\u00eb nga qeveria, ka rolin e saj, por ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuese as p\u00ebr bllokimin, as p\u00ebr zhbllokimin e integrimit. Detyrat kryesore, m\u00eb t\u00eb shumtat edhe n\u00eb num\u00ebr, i ka gjithmon\u00eb qeveria.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbushja e kritereve q\u00eb lidhen me luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe krimit t\u00eb organizuar jan\u00eb ekskluzivitet i qeveris\u00eb. P\u00ebrmbushja e kriterit q\u00eb lidhet me zgjedhjet e lira e t\u00eb ndershme \u00ebsht\u00eb themelori p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pika ku opozita nuk duhet t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb asnj\u00eb korridor t\u00eb hapur q\u00eb pushteti t\u00eb mund t\u00eb manipuloj\u00eb me flamurin e Europ\u00ebs n\u00eb dor\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. Do t\u00eb ishte sarkazma m\u00eb e madhe dhe atentati m\u00eb i madh ndaj integrimit.
