Duke e pjes\u00ebtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb shif\u00ebr me numrin e popullsis\u00eb prej 2.8 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb censusit t\u00eb INSTAT, rezulton nj\u00eb borxh prej 2070 eurosh p\u00ebr secilin prej nesh.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo shif\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e lart\u00eb po t\u00eb krahasohet me t\u00eb ardhurat p\u00ebr frym\u00eb, q\u00eb sipas kuadrit t\u00eb ri makroekonomik t\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb gusht nga qeveria, rezultojn\u00eb mesatarisht 3200 euro n\u00eb vit. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave tregojn\u00eb qart\u00eb rritjen e vazhdueshme t\u00eb borxhit krahasuar me fundin e vitit 2011, pra vet\u00ebm n\u00eb 6 muaj borxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb thelluar me 28.2 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb vihet re \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje m\u00eb e madhe e borxhit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, pra qeveria gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti ju ka marr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb borxh qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj sesa partner\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, borxhi i brendsh\u00ebm arriti n\u00eb fund t\u00eb qershorit nivelin e 453,1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebve duke sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje prej 14.6 miliard\u00eb kundrejt fundit t\u00eb 2011-\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa borxhi i jasht\u00ebm llogaritet 347.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb me nj\u00eb rritje prej 13.8 miliard\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti.<\/p>\n<p>Mbajtja n\u00ebn kontroll e borxhit brenda kufijve t\u00eb 60% t\u00eb PBB \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb. N\u00eb kushtet kur t\u00eb ardhurat nuk po realizohen sipas planit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsimit t\u00eb aktivitetit ekonomik, qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb shkurtoj\u00eb shpenzimet, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shpresa e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur buxhetin mbetet privatizimi i kompanis\u00eb Albpetrol.
