Meqen\u00ebse, n\u00eb krahasim me k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebrshim, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mund t\u00eb quheshin t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, at\u00ebher\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka ishte n\u00eb rregull. Me p\u00ebrmbytjen q\u00eb vinte befas \u201cprej gjithkah\u201d, prej Liqenit, prej Bun\u00ebs prej Drinit e Kirit, qyteti nisi ta m\u00ebsoj\u00eb veten se nj\u00eb e mir\u00eb e madhe, pasuria ujore, ishte n\u00eb fakt edhe nj\u00eb mallkim i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm. Ishte nj\u00eb e keqe e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb krahasim me m\u00eb t\u00eb madhen gj\u00eb, q\u00eb u kishte dhuruar Zoti apo Allahu, me vet\u00eb jet\u00ebn. <\/p>\n<p>Dhe k\u00ebshtu nisi q\u00eb uji t\u00eb shihej si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballohet. \u201cAi ban \u00e7\u2019ka din vet\u00eb\u201d, thon\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Si \u00e7do marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie n\u00eb qytete mij\u00ebravje\u00e7are, edhe kjo synon t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb legjend\u00eb. Tashti kemi njer\u00ebz t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur q\u00eb presin \u201ct\u00eb teren\u201d, kemi t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb rrotullojn\u00eb syt\u00eb t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm, por kemi edhe nga ata, njer\u00ebzit e kahersh\u00ebm t\u00eb popullit q\u00eb kujtohen p\u00ebr historit\u00eb e vjetra. Dhe k\u00ebshtu pak nga pak, disa nga njer\u00ebzit rrin\u00eb e kujtojn\u00eb m\u00eb fort legjendat se sa t\u00eb sotmen. Shenj\u00eb e dukshme e nj\u00eb dor\u00ebzimi, q\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebrse t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb le t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb me historit\u00eb e vjetra\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar ndaj ujit. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn ka pasur njer\u00ebz q\u00eb jan\u00eb munduar t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb ball\u00eb furis\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr ta ishte Filip Parruca, tregtar i madh e burr\u00eb i njohur i Shkodr\u00ebs. Ky, n\u00eb mesin e viteve \u201870 t\u00eb shekullit XIX, mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb lidhej me nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri franceze t\u00eb specializuar. Kjo, p\u00ebr bonifikimin e uj\u00ebrave rreth qytetit k\u00ebrkoi 250 napolona ar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr projektin, gati nj\u00eb thesar i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb koh\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Parruca k\u00ebt\u00eb shum\u00eb e pagoi n\u00eb mir\u00ebbesim, me shpres\u00ebn e madhe se do kishte edhe tregtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb investonin n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjen q\u00eb do t\u00eb shp\u00ebtonte qytetin nga p\u00ebrmbytjet. P\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar projektin mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, bash e n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Parruc\u00ebs, nj\u00eb inxhinier italian, Vigentini. Por pun\u00ebs po i vinte era ca si shum\u00eb para, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nisi rivaliteti mes francez\u00ebve dhe austriak\u00ebve. Nga Stambolli, mb\u00ebrrin nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr inxhinier. Ky ishte austriak e quhej Menosi. Ky solli me vete nj\u00eb projekt alternativ, i cili, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kushtonte edhe m\u00eb lir\u00eb. Ky fitoi tenderin e at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>Vigentini i d\u00ebrguar nga francez\u00ebt u largua. Menozi nisi nga puna. Ai ishte p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e punimeve. Por nj\u00eb dit\u00eb prej dit\u00ebsh bie n\u00eb Bun\u00eb dhe mbytet. Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt bes\u00ebtyt\u00eb e pan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Zoti dhe i braktis\u00ebn kantieret. Parruca, iniciatori, nuk mori pas as t\u00eb hollat e projektit. <\/p>\n<p>I zhg\u00ebnjyer, ai u largua me gjith\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e katandi drejt Italis\u00eb, ku pasardh\u00ebsit e tij jetojn\u00eb ende diku pran\u00eb Venecias. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb histori e shkruar, me projekte, dokumente, let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbime. T\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb t\u00eb ruajtura, por n\u00eb popull kjo tregohet si nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e si gjysm\u00eblegjend\u00eb. Nj\u00ebsoj sikur t\u00eb duan t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se mbytja e Menozit ka qen\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb mallkim i ardhur nga lart, nj\u00ebsoj sikurse vjen vet\u00eb shiu a bora.<\/p>\n<p>Tani Shkodra \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebrish e mbuluar nga \u201cUji i Madh\u201d. Askush nuk di t\u00eb thot\u00eb gj\u00eb.
