N\u00ebse ky francez me nam, i cili jetoi dhe veproi n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore dhe pas saj, mendonte k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst kulturor substancial, ku tradita filozofike dhe mendimi kritik, qysh her\u00ebt kishte ngulitur rr\u00ebnj\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb shtrohet doemos pyetja, si do t\u00eb ting\u00ebllonte kjo referenc\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin kosovar?<\/p>\n<p>Ma ha mendja se ekziston nj\u00eb kompromis i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb mendjet shqiptare, se fjalimet e shumta q\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, se k\u00ebto vardisje politike q\u00eb shohim k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, se k\u00ebto dokrra q\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb tani, se k\u00ebto improvizime politike q\u00eb b\u00ebhen pa pra, p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb thesin e shkyer t\u00eb Baba Dimrit, menj\u00ebher\u00eb para Krishtlindjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht at\u00ebher\u00eb kur do t\u00eb duhej me ndodh e kund\u00ebrta. Me 13 dhjetor, qytetari yn\u00eb sfilitet me jet\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb. Pa rrug\u00eb normale. Pa qeveri t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb interes t\u00eb ideve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme e t\u00eb mirave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Pa perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb, e izoluar, pa rrym\u00eb dhe uj\u00eb t\u00eb bollsh\u00ebm, pa p\u00ebrkujdesje sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb sigurt, pa pun\u00eb dhe paperspektiv\u00eb stabile. Dhe me nj\u00eb klas\u00eb politike grindavece dhe super luksoze.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti i Kosov\u00ebs, ende i pakonsoliduar nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr deputet mendjengusht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>A ka shanse mos me ndodh kjo? Dhe a kan\u00eb partit\u00eb tona njer\u00ebz t\u00eb aft\u00eb me i mvesh me pushtet? Edhe pse larg ideales, sigurisht se po. Mir\u00ebpo q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh kjo, duhet qytetari i Kosov\u00ebs mos me besua n\u00eb imazhe t\u00eb rreme, n\u00eb figura q\u00eb luksin e fjal\u00ebve ngash\u00ebnjyese, i kan\u00eb t\u00eb ruajtur enkas p\u00ebr fushata dhe me to dalldisin popullin e vuajtur, q\u00eb pret, vet\u00ebm pret.<\/p>\n<p>Mos me qen\u00eb nihilist, kjo q\u00eb e tham\u00eb, assesi nuk n\u00ebnkupton me refuzua instrumentin esencial t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, daljen n\u00eb votime. P\u00ebrkundrazi, kjo duhet t\u2019i motivoj njer\u00ebzit e mir\u00eb, sidomos ata q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rezistojn\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje, ndaj k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave q\u00eb na kan\u00eb kapluar, me dit\u00eb me zgjedh, pa inercion, duke e flakur mentalitetin e farefisnis\u00eb dhe sajesat e paq\u00ebndrueshme, q\u00eb politik\u00ebn e b\u00ebjn\u00eb qoft\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij e qoft\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb atij.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00eb faktin se k\u00ebto zgjedhje, Kosov\u00ebs i erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb pavolitshme, n\u00eb fakt, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, qysh kur Kosova praktikon jet\u00ebn e lir\u00eb plurale, brenda subjekteve politike t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb vjetra, ka disa solucione t\u00eb mira. Assesi ideale. Mir\u00ebpo, s\u00eb paku shpres\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019i kthehemi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb mendimit t\u00eb lart\u00ebshkruar. N\u00ebse ky mendim gjente shprehej n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduar, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Franca, aty ku kishin lindur e ishin zhvilluar shum\u00eb rryma filozofike dhe politike per\u00ebndimore, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mendoj njeriu yn\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin shqiptar? A duhet ai t\u00eb jet\u00eb i verb\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb mos k\u00ebrkoj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se fjalime t\u00eb lodhshme nga nj\u00eb politik\u00eb q\u00eb deri me tani \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar krejt\u00ebsisht e paaft\u00eb me nd\u00ebrtuar shtet funksional, shtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, shtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mirat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb arsyesh, t\u00eb cilat nuk kishin me p\u00ebrfunduar edhe m\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra shkrime, jo. Populli i Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb, duhet me tregua zgjuarsi dhe me qen\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se \u00e7far\u00eb po zgjedh, k\u00ebnd po e zgjedh dhe pse po e zgjedh. Qytetari i Kosov\u00ebs duhet me i largua idet\u00eb e marra e imagjinatave, se po fitoj X partia, Kosova brenda dit\u00ebsh, po na u rritka p\u00ebr disa p\u00ebrqind ekonomikisht, papun\u00ebsai po na u zvogloka automatikisht, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Populli i Kosov\u00ebs duhet me harrua se n\u00eb Europ\u00eb hyhet me ata q\u00eb s\u2019 i p\u00ebrqafojn\u00eb dhe duan idet\u00eb europiane, vlerat dhe parimet evropiane, demokracin\u00eb evropiane, esencialisht. Populli i Kosov\u00ebs, duhet me i refuzuar ofertat t\u00eb cilat duan q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pron\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb partie, p\u00ebr ambicie t\u00eb vockla biznesi apo \u00e7ka do tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Populli i Kosov\u00ebs duhet me dit\u00eb se t\u00eb mirat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta nuk munden me i realizuar ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se pushtetin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duhet ta ket\u00eb X rajoni apo Y klani, gj\u00ebra k\u00ebto t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebditura te ne. Populli i Kosov\u00ebs, duhet me dit\u00eb me zgjedh ata q\u00eb interesin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm shteformues, munden me vu, pa hipoteka, para atij individual. E t\u00eb till\u00eb ka.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb amulli politike q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, shpjegimet politike jan\u00eb t\u00eb zorshme. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur ngarendjet pas politik\u00ebs kan\u00eb verbuar edhe kokat m\u00eb racionale e m\u00eb gjakftohta. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur i gjith\u00eb populli \u00ebsht\u00eb fut n\u00eb korin e politik\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkaq d\u00ebgjues ka pak, shum\u00eb pak, madje tmerr\u00ebsisht pak. Prandaj qytetari, ai i cili e ka pushtetin n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb tij dhe me t\u00eb e mvesh dik\u00eb, duhet me dit\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht dhe pa hamendje, k\u00ebnd po e mvesh me pushtet dhe pse po e mvesh?<\/p>\n<p>Logjika t\u00eb thot\u00eb se referenca e p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij teksti, mundet me na sh\u00ebrbyer si nj\u00eb dritrr\u00ebfyese p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb votuar apo votojn\u00eb me inercion, t\u00eb prirur nga idet\u00eb e ngushta rajonale, farefisnore e \u00e7far\u00ebdo tjera. \u00c7udit\u00ebrisht, k\u00ebsaj here n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike, ekziston nj\u00eb shans\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb, me zgjedh. S\u00eb paku n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe duken ca lule, t\u00eb cilat, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb diell i mir\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vullnet qytetar, n\u00eb pranver\u00ebn e ardhshme, mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb shenjat e nj\u00eb arome m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb.
