Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi juaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para 20 vitesh, Shqip\u00ebria ishte vendi i tret\u00eb m\u00eb i varf\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, ne ishim p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb kolapsi, papun\u00ebsia arrinte n\u00eb nivelin 80 p\u00ebrqind, t\u00eb ardhurat p\u00ebr frym\u00eb ishin 200 dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Atyre pak turist\u00ebve q\u00eb vinin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri gjat\u00eb sundimit komunist, u shkurtoheshin flok\u00ebt n\u00eb aeroportin e Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrshtatur modelit komunist. Prerjet e flok\u00ebve sipas modeleve hipie, ishin nj\u00eb tabu. K\u00ebto koh\u00ebra t\u00eb err\u00ebta i kemi l\u00ebn\u00eb pas nesh. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit 3.5 milion\u00eb turist\u00eb kaluan pushimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb eksportit n\u00eb nivelin e 60 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebve. Thuajse gjysma e 3.2 milion\u00ebve shqiptar\u00ebve tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me internetin- para 5 vitesh, kur Partia ime Demokratike mori pushtetin, ishin vet\u00ebm 5 p\u00ebrqind. Para nj\u00ebzet vitesh, Shqip\u00ebria ishte nj\u00eb gulag i Mesdheut, sot vendi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar i NATO-s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebtij progresi, BE i ka refuzuar Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat. Akuzat e ngritura nga Brukseli jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda: institucionet demokratike mezi funksionojn\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavarur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puna e parlamentit \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar prej disa muajsh p\u00ebr shkak se opozita socialiste nuk pajtohej me humbjen n\u00eb zgjedhjet e vitit t\u00eb shkuar.<\/p>\n<p>Por e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se zgjedhjet e fundit parlamentare kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lirat q\u00eb pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mendimi i v\u00ebzhguesve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. N\u00eb progres- raportin e fundit t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian, vler\u00ebsohet lufta jon\u00eb kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe forcimi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb mbetet ende shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb. Ne i marrim seriozisht kritikat nga Brukseli. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht BE na ka shp\u00ebrblyer p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb reforma: nga dhjetori qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb do t\u00eb lejohen t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb pa viza n\u00eb shtetet e zon\u00ebs Shengen. Shqip\u00ebria po p\u00ebrjeton tani r\u00ebnien e Perdes s\u00eb Hekurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mbi t\u00eb gjitha shtetet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb BE kan\u00eb pranuar heqjen e vizave pa ndonj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Frika p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorimin e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe. A k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet Europa Per\u00ebndimore tani nga nj\u00eb val\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebsh?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo. Ka kaluar koha kur bashk\u00ebatdhetar\u00ebt e mi rr\u00ebmbenin anije t\u00eb ndryshkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb Itali.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria ime \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar ndaj t\u00eb gjitha shteteve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs Shengen p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konsekuente kund\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij regjimi.<\/p>\n<p>Momentalisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin po vazhdon nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb informative n\u00eb lidhje me lirin\u00eb e vizave. Q\u00eb prej vitit 2006, n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat tona nuk lejohet t\u00eb lundrojn\u00eb m\u00eb skafe. Kjo mas\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb ende n\u00eb fuqi. P\u00ebrpara ndalimit t\u00eb tyre, trafikant\u00ebt e qenieve njer\u00ebzore kan\u00eb \u00e7uar drejt vdekjes rreth 400 persona. M\u00eb pas ne nuk kemi asnj\u00eb viktim\u00eb t\u00eb vetme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00eb politik\u00ebn e jashtme Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpara sfidave t\u00eb reja. N\u00eb Beograd jan\u00eb shtuar z\u00ebrat q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndarjen e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar numri i atyre q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb iden\u00eb e bashkimit me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. A i mb\u00ebshtesni ju p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb tilla?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo. Q\u00ebndrimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb: me pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebrfundimisht kufijt\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan. Shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb rajon mb\u00ebshtesin an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian. Ne do t\u00eb bashkohemi n\u00ebn Komunitetin Europian. At\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim kufijsh. Un\u00eb jam lindur pran\u00eb kufirit me Kosov\u00eb dhe prej shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh kam besuar n\u00eb iden\u00eb e bashkimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trojeve shqiptare. Sot them: ne duhet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojm\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fqinj\u00ebt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kufijt\u00eb t\u00eb humbasin kuptimin dhe njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb mund t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin lirsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kreu serb i shtetit, Boris Tadi\u00e7, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kompromis historik mes shqiptar\u00ebve dhe serb\u00ebve. Por ndryshimi i kufijve nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tem\u00eb bisedimesh. Kush mendon se me bashkimin e pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, zgjidhet \u00e7\u00ebshtja shqiptare, gabohet ose k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb nxis\u00eb konflikte. Grupet e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Jug t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, n\u00eb Maqedoni dhe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht qeveria maqedonase duhet t\u2019i trajtoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. Vizatimi i kufijve t\u00eb ri do na largonte nga Europa dhe n\u00eb 20 vitet e ardhshme do na duhej t\u00eb varrosim ambiciet p\u00ebr BE-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qeveria juaj po nd\u00ebrton rrug\u00eb t\u00eb reja q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan. A mund t\u00eb lind\u00eb nga kjo nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Madhe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me nd\u00ebrtimin e autostrad\u00ebs s\u00eb re nga qyteti port i Durr\u00ebsit deri n\u00eb kufirin me Kosov\u00ebn duam t\u00eb inkurajojm\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonit.
