T\u00eb shumt\u00ebt e t\u00eb ndryshmit n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrplaseshin, por ai nga kjo fitonte e n\u00eb gjer\u00ebsin\u00eb e hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb veta k\u00ebto i g\u00ebrshetonte pa asnj\u00eb \u00e7udi a mundim.<\/p>\n<p>Kaq e fort\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrplasja e i ngusht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi mes t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve e t\u00eb ndryshm\u00ebve n\u00eb qytet sa vlerat q\u00eb ai prodhonte b\u00ebheshin me doemos aktore, protagoniste, p\u00ebrkufizuese n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet e m\u00eb tej. Kaq shum\u00eb kishte par\u00eb, d\u00ebgjuar, jetuar, kaluar historia e qytetit sa dhe e vetme ajo tregonte si ngriheshin e binin shtete e perandori.<\/p>\n<p>Aq shum\u00eb kishte n\u00eb qytet sa fjala e thjesht\u00eb s&#8217;kishte fuqi ta tregonte. Prandaj qyteti fjal\u00ebn e kishte art e artistin k\u00ebdo e gjithk\u00ebnd. Kjo fjal\u00eb e ky artisti nuk b\u00ebhej pjes\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb a artit m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, por i jepte ngjyr\u00eb, theks, tjet\u00ebr kuptim atij.<\/p>\n<p>Cilit autoritet qendror i p\u00eblqen t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet, energjia e t\u00eb cilit mund t\u00eb transformoj\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn?<\/p>\n<p>Cilit autoritet qendror i duhet nj\u00eb qytet fjala e t\u00eb cilit i jep ngjyr\u00eb gjith\u00eb bised\u00ebs e t\u00eb gjitha bisedave? Cilit autoritet i duhet nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb nuk pranon ta identifikosh, por identifikohet me vetveten? Cilit autoritet qendror i duhet nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb nuk mbyt t\u00eb ndryshmen, t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn?<\/p>\n<p>Si rrjedhim e ndrydh\u00ebn qytetin. U munduan t&#8217;i japin ngjyr\u00eb, form\u00eb, gjuh\u00eb. I ndaluan fjal\u00ebn. K\u00ebng\u00ebn e artin ia lan\u00eb t\u00eb rrethuar duke i kufizuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ngjizte ndryshimin. Me gjith\u00eb ndrydhjen, presionin, terrorin qyteti rezistonte. N\u00eb p\u00ebshp\u00ebrima e fshihte energjin\u00eb. N\u00eb ujin q\u00eb e rrethonte, e ujiste, i shuante etjen e ruante k\u00ebng\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e vriste ai t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, e fshihte p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht. Nuk e braktiste ai pretendimin, aktronte sikur s&#8217;kishte ndonj\u00eb pretendim. Nuk dukej si konkurrent i autoritetit, nd\u00ebrsa e qeshte sikur s&#8217;po e qeshte. Ishte lodhur qyteti, por nuk mbytej ai. Nuk mbytej se ruante besimin se me energjin\u00eb, forc\u00ebn, shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebn e tij mund t\u00eb ndryshoheshin rajone, merrnin ngjyr\u00eb zona t\u00eb t\u00ebra, hapeshin horizonte krejt t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb momentin kur dhe bota, dhe rajoni, dhe vendi ishte drejtuar me fytyr\u00eb nga shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebria, qytetit do t&#8217;i vinte dita.<\/p>\n<p>Kishte ardhur koha kur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb jetonin s\u00eb bashku, ashtu si\u00e7 Shkodra dinte t\u00eb jetonte t\u00eb ndryshmen, por n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim. Pretendohej tashm\u00eb se askush nuk do t\u00eb ndrydhte fjal\u00ebn e nuk t&#8217;i vinte barriera artit e k\u00ebng\u00ebs, e as politik\u00ebs q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb ato.<\/p>\n<p>Duhej t\u00eb kishte ardhur momenti i Shkodr\u00ebs dhe ajo besoi ashtu. Por, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb besim lindi fatkeq\u00ebsia. Ajo m\u00eb e madhja. E lan\u00eb t\u00eb besoj\u00eb n\u00eb liri, por i hoq\u00ebn pretendimin.
