“Qytetari duhet ta njoh\u00eb dhe kontrolloj\u00eb pushtetin”. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb moto shumica d\u00ebrmuese e t\u00eb anketuarve online kan\u00eb votuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb blog, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur rrjedhjen e lumit t\u00eb informacionit, me t\u00eb cilin “Wikileaks” po trondit bot\u00ebn. N\u00eb fakt, nuk ka shum\u00eb vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb tronditur shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Gazetar\u00ebt nuk po gjejn\u00eb “skupet” p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bombastike mediat e shkruara dhe vizive. Publiku, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 lajmeve globale, nuk po merr ndonj\u00eb “gj\u00eb t\u00eb re” p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe qeverisjen e saj vitet e fundit.<\/p>\n

Dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00eb kot presin. Ato \u00e7far\u00eb mund t’u thot\u00eb “Wikileaks”, shqiptar\u00ebt i kan\u00eb par\u00eb dhe i kan\u00eb “ngr\u00ebn\u00eb”. Ato \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb provonin se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb hallka t\u00eb zinxhirit t\u00eb skandaleve qeveris\u00ebse, ata i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb kurrizin e tyre.<\/p>\n

Kur gazeta “Shekulli” publikoi dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb skandalin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb biznesit n\u00ebn hyqmin e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar jet\u00ebt njer\u00ebzore, skandali ishte konsumuar dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe ishte publikuar.<\/p>\n

Kompania e naft\u00ebs q\u00eb me etjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar fitimet p\u00ebr vete dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb shqiptare, kishte arritur q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhej vet\u00eb “Zoti” duke iu sjell\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb mbi 300 sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb Zharr\u00ebz\u00ebs n\u00eb Patos t\u00ebrmetin q\u00eb u shkat\u00ebrroi sht\u00ebpit\u00eb, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pabanueshme.<\/p>\n

Ata dol\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, desh\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrzinin firm\u00ebn grabit\u00ebse t\u00eb naft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb jet\u00ebve njer\u00ebzore, k\u00ebrkuan m\u00eb kot nd\u00ebrhyrjen e qeveris\u00eb dhe e lan\u00eb me aq, protest\u00ebn e tyre legjitime n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb. Si qyqar\u00eb!
\nEdhe m\u00eb tragjikisht n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec.<\/p>\n

Nuk ka pse na e thot\u00eb “Wikileaks”, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet diplomat\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj, se NATO ishte dhurat\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb merr jet\u00eb njer\u00ebzish. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e mbajm\u00eb mend shendin e kryeministrit n\u00eb 3 prill 2008, kur mori ftes\u00ebn p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb NATO n\u00eb samitin e Bukureshtit.<\/p>\n

Aty mungonte vet\u00ebm ish-ministri i G\u00ebrdecit dhe ish-shefi i shtabit, q\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohej “krahu i armatosur” qeveritar, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm 18 dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb 26 jet\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, mes tyre disa f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe n\u00ebna t\u00eb reja, kishte hedhur n\u00eb er\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb pran\u00eb kryeqytetit t\u00eb vendit dhe kishte hapur nj\u00eb krater t\u00eb madh korruptiv, q\u00eb sot pas dy vitesh e gjysm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i thell\u00eb. Qeveris\u00eb i duhej kjo kamerdare shp\u00ebtimi dhe Per\u00ebndimi ia hodhi at\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb NATO-s dhe zgjerimit t\u00eb frontit anti-terror.<\/p>\n

Sot ende ata njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli, “gjall\u00eb e p\u00ebr seri”, zvarriten n\u00ebp\u00ebr seanca gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebhen kurr\u00eb, shohin se si vras\u00ebsit e tyre me kostume qeveritar\u00ebsh jan\u00eb edhe m\u00eb lart dhe m\u00eb harbut\u00eb se sa ishin para masakr\u00ebs q\u00eb u mori t\u00eb dashurit e tyre dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb apele t\u00eb dhimbsura p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi. Si qyqar\u00eb!
\nTragjikomike edhe m\u00eb keq n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Duhet t\u00eb qeshim apo t\u00eb qajm\u00eb p\u00ebr dram\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb po luhet n\u00eb djepin e kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs? Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ai popull q\u00eb kat\u00ebr dekada e sfidoi regjimit m\u00eb obskurantist t\u00eb lindjes komuniste, me shpirtin e rezistenc\u00ebs qytetar\u00eb dhe sarkazm\u00ebn shkodrane?<\/p>\n

Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb moti se si\u00e7 thon\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr “shkodran t\u00eb terun dhe lezhjan t\u00eb krehun nuk ka”, por \u00ebsht\u00eb qeveria. \u00cbsht\u00eb ai model qeveris\u00ebs ndaj t\u00eb cilit, n\u00eb vitin 1989 nis\u00ebn t\u00eb par\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri rr\u00ebzimin e busteve, protestat e hapura politike dhe sfid\u00ebn e hapur ndaj komunizmit shkat\u00ebrrimtar.<\/p>\n

Sot shpirti rebel, qytetar dhe intelektual i Shkodr\u00ebs ka vdekur, bluja politike \u00ebsht\u00eb mavia n\u00eb fytyrat e mardhura prej t\u00eb ftohtit q\u00eb u ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb palc\u00eb nga uji, nj\u00eb boj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb ka pushtuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb pest\u00ebn her\u00eb brenda vitit ult\u00ebsir\u00ebn m\u00eb pjellore dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb veriper\u00ebndimit.<\/p>\n

Shkodran\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb bjerr\u00eb humorin, por kan\u00eb humbur sarkazm\u00ebn dhe thon\u00eb se tani po hedhin grepin p\u00ebr peshk nga dritaret e pallateve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbytura, prej nga shohin dhe d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb prej goj\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs dhe Topallit komplotet galaktike q\u00eb natyra i paska b\u00ebr\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2010. Si qyqar\u00eb! Tragjikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne.

Q\u00eb kur kan\u00eb dal\u00eb “kabllat” e sajtit t\u00eb Julian Assange, nuk del m\u00eb as deputeti i radh\u00ebs me fletushkat e korrupsionit qeveritar n\u00eb duar.
