{"id":5047,"date":"2013-10-17T08:55:44","date_gmt":"2013-10-17T07:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=5047"},"modified":"2013-10-17T08:55:44","modified_gmt":"2013-10-17T07:55:44","slug":"xhamia-e-re-premtimi-i-rames-dhe-interesi-publik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2009-2015\/xhamia-e-re-premtimi-i-rames-dhe-interesi-publik\/","title":{"rendered":"Xhamia e re, premtimi i Ram\u00ebs dhe interesi publik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-218934 alignleft\" alt=\"xhamia-e-tiranes-960x400\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gazetatema.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/xhamia-e-tiranes-960x400-300x125.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"125\" \/>Nga <b>Petrit Qejvani<\/b>,\u00a0<em>16 tetor 2013<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Kurban Bajramit, kryeministri Rama artikuloi m\u00eb\u00a0 qart\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb tha para disa dit\u00ebsh, kur mori vendimin p\u00ebr anulimin, apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr reduktimin e projektit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb pallat tet\u00ebkat\u00ebsh, si pjes\u00eb e kompleksit.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim spekuloi boll opozita e sotme, e cila, q\u00eb nga krer\u00ebt e deri te avokat\u00ebt dal\u00ebboje t\u00eb saj, u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb argumentonin me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se kryeministri Rama ishte kund\u00ebr xhamis\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se ai deklaroi heqjen e \u201cbishtit\u201d korruptiv\u00a0 t\u00eb projektit, nj\u00eb pallat tet\u00ebkat\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa dit\u00ebn e Kuraban Bajramit Rama i hoqi \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi te re spekulimi opozit\u00ebs diversioniste kur tha se besimtar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb do ken\u00eb nj\u00eb xhami pa pallat dhe jo nj\u00eb pallat me xhami.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb normale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, edhe nj\u00eb projekt teknik u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb debat politik. Politizimi i skajsh\u00ebm edhe i projekteve thjesht teknike, tregon shkall\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb politizimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb. Mendoj se kjo, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht kur ndodh me fen\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00eb rrezikshme.<\/p>\n<p>Manipulimi p\u00ebr efekte politike me besimet dhe besimtar\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbarsur me pasoja t\u00eb paparashikueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Avokat\u00ebt e opozit\u00ebs e sulmojn\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebn si njeri q\u00eb nuk e mbajti fjal\u00ebn para komunitetit mysliman, nd\u00ebrsa u kishte premtuar nd\u00ebrtimin e xhamis\u00eb, kur ishte kryetar bashkie dhe gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale.<\/p>\n<p>Por sot prej opozit\u00ebs, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk e mban fjal\u00ebn, Rama djall\u00ebzisht tentohet t\u00eb paraqitet indirekt si armik i mysliman\u00ebve, duke qen\u00eb \u201cortodoks\u201d. Dhe kjo akuz\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb pa sensibilitete negative dhe e v\u00eb n\u00eb pozit\u00eb jokomode Ram\u00ebn moralisht. Prandaj, dit\u00ebn e sh\u00ebnuar t\u00eb Kurban Bajramit, ai e artikuloi fare qart\u00eb se xhamia e re do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet dhe se qeveria, por dhe ai vet\u00eb familjarisht, do kontribuojn\u00eb edhe me fonde p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse dy pal\u00ebt e interesuara direkt, Komuniteti Mysliman (m\u00eb sakt\u00eb krer\u00ebt e tij) dhe qeveria kan\u00eb interesa reciproke n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, pjesa tjet\u00ebr e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn dhe maxhoranc\u00ebn, gjykojm\u00eb m\u00eb asnjan\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh vendin e nd\u00ebrtimit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb park t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr (nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebt n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb), mendoj se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb krim ambiental. Interesi qytetar e do q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ishte park dhe jo xhami, as kish\u00eb, as teqe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb komuniteti mysliman \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madhi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri rreth, por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb po aq p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Sepse, si kudo, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt besojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb populli m\u00eb pak besimtar i Europ\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb anketim i nj\u00eb fondacioni amerikan, q\u00eb merrej posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe t\u00eb publikuar disa muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme serioze, tregonte se nga kampioni i anketuar vet\u00ebm 14% e shqiptar\u00ebve besojn\u00eb dhe se, prej tyre, vet\u00ebm 4% jan\u00eb praktikant\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb frekuentojn\u00eb institucionet e kultit (kjo p\u00ebr t\u00eb tre besimet s\u00eb bashku).<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht kjo nuk do t\u2019u p\u00eblqej\u00eb krer\u00ebve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare, por kjo nuk ndryshon gj\u00eb. Po dhe n\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb anketim e marrim me rezerv\u00eb (si \u00e7do lloj sondazhi dhe anketimi), le ta \u00e7ojm\u00eb n\u00eb 20-30% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb q\u00eb besojn\u00eb, kur edhe n\u00eb Itali (qendra bot\u00ebrore\u00a0 e katolicizmit) p\u00ebr shembull rreth 25% e popullsis\u00eb frekuentojn\u00eb kishat, apo n\u00eb Franc\u00eb ku kjo shif\u00ebr arrin rreth 30%.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse zbehja e ndjenj\u00ebs fetare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri globale. Kurse te ne, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb apo t\u00eb keq, kjo zbehje \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrt (koha e komunizmit, q\u00eb e ndaloi me ligj fen\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Kombi shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur sipas deviz\u00ebs \u201cAtdhe dhe fe\u201d dhe jo \u201cFe dhe atdhe\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb historike e imponuar nga ekzistenca e tre besimeve fetare, q\u00eb e b\u00ebnte t\u00eb pamundur krijimin e kombit mbi baza t\u00eb besimit fetar, pra sipas deviz\u00ebs \u201cFe dhe atdhe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj rilind\u00ebsit e m\u00ebdhenj, mendje t\u00eb ndritura si Naimi dhe Pashko Vasa do t\u00eb thoshin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb me forma t\u00eb ndryshme. I pari do t\u00eb shprehej: \u201cL\u00ebreni m\u00eb nj\u2019an\u00eb fen\u00eb\\ T\u00eb shikojm\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhen\u00eb\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa i dyti do artikulonte th\u00ebnien e famshme: \u201cFeja e shqyptarit asht shqyptaria.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nuk besoj se do ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb (cilido qoft\u00eb ai) q\u00eb do t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb t\u2019i quaj\u00eb ata ateist\u00eb apo kriptokomunist\u00eb. Aq m\u00eb pak mund t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsoj\u00eb dhe \u201czbukuroj\u00eb\u201d kuptimin e k\u00ebtyre shprehjeve pa ekuivok, as me pehlivanll\u00ebqe interpretimesh tekstore, kontekstore, altertekstore etj\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebrfundim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar \u00e7do keqkuptim lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, si qytetar pajtohem me kryeministrin p\u00ebr domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, por nuk pajtohem me vendin e nd\u00ebrtimit. Sigurisht q\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr do t\u00eb qe m\u00eb mir\u00eb, por qendra e Tiran\u00ebs nuk mban dot m\u00eb asnj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbingarkes\u00ebs s\u00eb betonit.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb problem kam shkruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb muajin korrik ku n\u00ebnvizoja se shoq\u00ebria civile (pa shpirt civil) dhe qytetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetnin nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb ambientalist\u00ebsh t\u00eb vetmuar, q\u00eb protestonin pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr prerjen e pem\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, por pa e p\u00ebrmendur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt xhamin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, krer\u00ebt e komunitetit mysliman e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb xhamin\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs edhe p\u00ebr shkak se kisha ortodokse, para disa vitesh, \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs (bile mur m\u00eb mur me Ministrin\u00eb e Mbrojtjes) dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb krim urbanistik.<\/p>\n<p>Por kjo s\u2019do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb, meq\u00eb u gabua n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast, t\u00eb vazhdohet t\u00eb gabohet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Sipas meje, trysnit\u00eb negative mbi qeverit\u00eb nga subjekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb \u00e7do lloji jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme. Dhe qeverit\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb intimidohen nga k\u00ebto.<\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr rastin konkret mendoj se, duke q\u00ebndruar larg presioneve dhe intimidimit prej tyre, kryeministri, duke mbajtur nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh premtimin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re, duhej t\u00eb anulonte projektin t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht dhe, sipas kompetencave dhe ligjit duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebrgonte n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb urdh\u00ebruesit dhe ekzekutuesit e k\u00ebtij krimi ambiental si dhe t\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte rehabilitimin e mjedisit t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar prej atyre q\u00eb e shkaktuan masakr\u00ebn, duke e risjell\u00eb n\u00eb identitet.
