Dikush kish qen\u00eb af\u00ebr postbllokut t\u00eb Kuvendit, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb tek Rruga e Elbasanit, dikush n\u00eb furgon ose duke folur n\u00eb telefon. Krimi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk kan\u00eb ndalur tre ish- t\u00eb burgosurit politik\u00eb t\u00eb komunizmit, q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur rrug\u00ebve, pa sht\u00ebpi dhe buk\u00eb, q\u00eb me kursimet e tyre kishin bler\u00eb nj\u00eb qese mielli p\u00ebr t\u2019ia hedh n\u00eb surrat Sali Berish\u00ebs, i cili flet p\u00ebr boll\u00ebk para njer\u00ebzve me bark bosh. T\u00eb mart\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn 13:00, k\u00ebta ish- t\u00eb burgosur do t\u00eb dalin para gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu nd\u00ebshkuar p\u00ebr atentatin me miell ndaj Berish\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa 20 polic\u00eb do t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb radh\u00ebt e t\u00eb papun\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb panikut t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu, q\u00eb nuk di si t\u00eb ruhet nga populli i vet.<\/p>\n<p>Por 20 polic\u00ebt e pushuar nuk jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb fatzinj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Mund ta kishin p\u00ebsuar dhe m\u00eb keq. Gjat\u00eb dy jav\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit krimi ka ekzekutuar rreth 20 shqiptar\u00eb, e mes tyre dhe nj\u00eb kryekomisar policie. N\u00eb disa prej vrasjeve makabre fshihen drama t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sociale, n\u00eb t\u00eb tjerat fshihet arroganca e krimit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rastin e kryekomisarit degradimi i autoritetit t\u00eb shtetit. Por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tragjedi nuk ka asnj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim. Ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb kemi Minist\u00ebr t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm nj\u00eb njeri, q\u00eb shfaqet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebr varrime me nj\u00eb pamje idiote dhe Drejtor t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Policis\u00eb nj\u00eb fytyr\u00eb t\u00eb hutuar, q\u00eb duket sikur do t\u00eb shfaj\u00ebsohet, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kryepolic.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dhimbshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm drama sociale e 20 polic\u00ebve t\u00eb papun\u00eb, por vlera e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb shqiptari dhe nj\u00eb kryekomisari policie, krahasuar me makthin e nj\u00eb kryeministri. Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr makthin q\u00eb Sali Berisha ka nga ideja se do ta vrasin, 20 polic\u00eb pushohen nga puna, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vend vriten nga dy- tri vet\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb dhe asnj\u00eb zyrtar policie nuk jep dor\u00ebheqje. Tre qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb i hodh\u00ebn miell Berish\u00ebs, thjesht desh\u00ebn ta posht\u00ebrojn\u00eb. Ata nuk shkuan tek postblloku as me bomba, as me \u00e7adra- pistolet\u00eb, as me thika me helm dhe as me \u00e7akmak\u00eb- pistolet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shkuan me nj\u00eb qese miell, kursyer me shum\u00eb mund nga varf\u00ebria e tyre ekstreme, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia hedhur n\u00eb surrat njeriut, q\u00eb ua b\u00ebri lirin\u00eb e tyre pas burgut politik, m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe se vet\u00eb burgu. Nuk kishin asnj\u00eb q\u00ebllim ta vrisnin dhe as q\u00eb tentuan p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. N\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, gjestet mospajtuese ndaj qeveritar\u00ebve b\u00ebhen me miell, vez\u00eb, domate, boj\u00eb apo di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ngjashme. Rasti i Xhorxh Bushit ishte paksa m\u00eb simbolik, kur nj\u00eb gazetar tentoi ta q\u00ebllonte me k\u00ebpuc\u00eb, por asnj\u00eb polic nuk u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Nuk u d\u00ebnua pasi nuk ishte p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr vrasje, por p\u00ebr ta posht\u00ebruar. Vet\u00eb Xhorxh Bushi ishte m\u00eb i qet\u00eb dhe gazmor pas gjestit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjest ndaj Berish\u00ebs shkarkohen 20 polic\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr 20 t\u00eb vrar\u00eb p\u00ebr dy jav\u00eb, nuk shkarkohet as ai dordoleci q\u00eb nuk tremb as sorra dhe fryhet si Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm, as Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb dhe as ndonj\u00eb zyrtar tjet\u00ebr i lart\u00eb i policis\u00eb shqiptare. P\u00ebrkundrazi, k\u00ebta servil\u00eb t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar veten e tyre dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i hequr makthet Sali Berish\u00ebs, l\u00ebn\u00eb pa buk\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e 20 polic\u00ebve, vet\u00ebm pse kryeministri nd\u00ebrroi pantallonat nga frika pasi hyri n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkimi i 20 polic\u00ebve nuk ka lidhje me ndonj\u00eb faj t\u00eb tyre personal dhe as me ndonj\u00eb paaft\u00ebsi t\u00eb tyre. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit t\u00eb burgosur kan\u00eb q\u00eblluar dhe mbi Ilir Rusmalin, mbi Ridvan Boden, i kane b\u00ebr\u00eb ben\u00eb Genc Pollos dhe Eduard Halimit, dhe pse jo dhe Jozefina Topallit. Ata jan\u00eb aty p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndeshur me qeverin\u00eb. Ata polic\u00eb po aty kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe n\u00eb rastet e tjera t\u00eb gjesteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj ministrave, por nuk i ka pushuar askush. Jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar protestuesit n\u00eb komisariat dhe kaq.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha po i arreston jo se kan\u00eb faj, jo se nuk do t\u00eb barazohet me ministrat e tij t\u00eb dhunuar, por se \u00ebsht\u00eb i tmerruar q\u00eb po preket miti i njeriut t\u00eb papreksh\u00ebm. Ai do t\u2019u tregoj\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb mos guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb ngren\u00eb dor\u00ebn mbi t\u00eb, se dhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qese mielli shkarkohen 20 polic\u00eb. Ideja se ndaj tij mund t\u00eb ngrihet dora e nj\u00eb qytetari e tmerron dhe e vendos at\u00eb n\u00eb pozitat e nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb preksh\u00ebm, t\u00eb dhunuesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb vdeksh\u00ebm, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit fatzinj t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb sundohet prej tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ai, q\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot terrorin e ka p\u00ebrdorur si mjet sundimi dhe posht\u00ebrimi ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendur i tmerruar para faktit se dhe ai mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet viktim\u00eb e zem\u00ebrimit qytetar. Jeleku i tij antiplumb, nga m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjtit n\u00eb bot\u00eb, eskortat e tij q\u00eb ia kalojn\u00eb Gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Gadafit, paniku i tij n\u00eb momentin kur u q\u00ebllua me miell, jan\u00eb pasoja t\u00eb maktheve q\u00eb ai ka nga p\u00ebrballja e mundshme me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb kur t\u00eb jet\u00eb qytetar i lir\u00eb. Nd\u00ebshkimi i eg\u00ebr ndaj polic\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal se ai nuk do t\u00eb toleroj\u00eb t\u2019i afrohet rreziku n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e ka personalisht me ata polic\u00eb fatkeq\u00eb q\u00eb u gjenden n\u00eb at\u00eb territor at\u00eb dit\u00eb, e ka me policin\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, dhe me shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb duan ta p\u00ebshtyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. K\u00ebrkon t\u2019u tregoj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i papreksh\u00ebm dhe nuk mund t\u2019i afrohen. \u00cbsht\u00eb makthi i njeriut q\u00eb ka hesape t\u00eb pambyllura me qytetar\u00ebt, me t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Familjes s\u00eb tij, me ata q\u00eb ka ekzekutuar para kryeministris\u00eb, me ata q\u00eb u dogj\u00ebn n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, me ata q\u00eb po vriten p\u00ebrdit\u00eb rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb degradimit t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij. Ai e la t\u00eb lir\u00eb krimin t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me shpres\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria do gjunj\u00ebzohej dhe tani befas shkarkon 20 polic\u00eb, kur shikon se ka njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb humbasin, po ngren\u00eb dor\u00ebn ndaj tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e ka me 20 polic\u00ebt. E ka me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne, q\u00eb flasim kund\u00ebr tij, q\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij, q\u00eb jemi gati t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb dor\u00ebn kund\u00ebr tij. Po na paralajm\u00ebron si nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr kauboj. Ndaj nuk duhet t\u2019ia falim k\u00ebt\u00eb standard nd\u00ebshkimi ndaj polic\u00ebve t\u00eb pafat, q\u00eb jan\u00eb shkarkuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb qet\u00ebsuar makthet e tij. Prej sot e tutje duhet me mbajt\u00eb nga nj\u00eb qese mielli n\u00eb makin\u00eb, ose n\u00eb xhep t\u00eb xhaket\u00ebs. Nuk dihet ku u del p\u00ebrpara, n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb miting, n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb pritje a restorant. Hidhjani n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, se u tmerruaka dhe nga mielli, pa le t\u00eb shkarkohen nga 20 polic\u00eb \u00e7do her\u00eb.
